Abstract

The invention relates to a septic tank for fluids, the inlet of which can be loaded at the lower part thereof and which employs biological backflow. According to the invention, free ducts are used to remove intermediate liquid from the upper part, thereby creating more space for the aforementioned processes, and the trapped filtered material is recirculated with that from the inlet, providing recirculation or backflow that improves the processes. The invention includes a slow-speed outlet that prevents short circuits. The invention is self-cleaning since it also allows the trapped material to be discharged. The filtering material is contained in the filter and is preferably stratified.

Description

TANQUE SÉPTICO CON FILTRO AUTOLIMPIABLE Y CON RETROAUMENTACIÓN PARA DECANTACIÓN DESNATACIÓN. SEPTIC TANK WITH SELF-CLEANING FILTER AND WITH RETROAUMENTATION FOR DESNATATION DECANTATION.
ANTECEDENTES:BACKGROUND:
There are septic tanks of all kinds: some of square shapes and others rounded with less short circuits and dead spaces, but usually due to the configuration problem, the arrangement of its elements causes interference in its flows, and its shape does not make them efficient in each of its parts or in the sum of these. Here we present a team that in its individualities such as filter, skimmer, decanter, bioreactor and feedback are designed to work more efficiently, in addition their arrangement allows them to work optimally together.
-*The equipment presented may have cylindrical shapes with a normal or reverse cone or bottom cone. It has a water inlet from the top that goes down to the bottom through free conduits and through that same access falls to the decanter tank or container and mixes with the deposit deposited at the bottom. The filter can be conical, round or inverse, cylindrical or a mixture of both. The filter material can be of any type, but preferably stratified by the cleaning effect. The discharge can be of the normal type or due to overflow of excess. The apparatus presented in figures 1, 2,3,4 and 5 consists of: Figure 1 shows the cylindrical outer tank with the lower cone and the conical cylindrical filter. - *
Figure 2 shows the conical tank with the conical filter. Figure 3 shows the conical cylinder tank with the reverse conical filter.
With the number 1 the entrance, with the number 2 the duct or collecting duct of the entrance towards the filtering material is indicated, with the number 3 the access to the filtering material and the return of the retained material for self cleaning that allows by its In order to prevent access by this point, the number 4 is the filtering material while the number 5 is the output element.
In figures 4 and 5 the output element is detailed in the following way: With figure 4 a central one is expressed and in figure 5 a peripheral one; with number 7 the collector or spout is represented and with number 8 the discharge pipe connected to the spout. The advantage is that it allows a slower effluent speed and can even represent another complementary process.
Then the less heavy rises to the upper part (where the supernatant floats and the dense intermediate) through submerged ducts returns to the bottom of the filter that can be inside or outside the tank.
