将吊装在各台车前置支承梁 27下面的台车球铰支撑座 42向下伸长预设距 离, 使台车下层平板 22的水平高度相应的下降预设距离。 这样, 台车下层平 板 22降到台车前置支承梁 27、 后置支承梁 28、 台车内侧密封板 24及台车外 侧密封板 26之下, 并且具有预设的高度差。球铰支撑座 42的长度大于此预设 的高度差。 同时, 台车下层平板 22向台车前置支承梁 27、 后置支承梁 28、 台 车内侧密封板 24和台车外侧密封板 26四个方向水平延伸, 使台车下层平板 22的环向 (围绕环冷机 20的中心)长度大于台车前置支承梁 27和后置支承 梁 28之间的距离,径向 (指向环冷机 20的中心)长度大于台车内侧密封板 24 和台车外侧密封板 26之间的距离。
在台车下层平板 22延伸至台车前置支承梁 27、后置支承梁 28、 台车内侧 密封板 24及台车外侧密封板 26的下面设置与台车下层平板 22相密封的橡胶 密封件 30、及橡胶密封件 30的安装支架。 以上所述预设距离可以为密封件 30 的高度。这种以台车下层平板 22为密封面的台车单元静密封, 其漏风率极低, 密封效果好, 对台车卸料无阻挡。
台车下层平板 22整体为梯形,台车下层平板 22的环向长度大于前置支承 梁 27的后支撑板 23和后置支承梁 28的前支撑板 25的间距; 台车下层平板 22的径向长度大于台车内侧密封板 24和台车外侧密封板 26的间距。 这样, 使得台车下层平板 22相当于从前置支承梁 27的后支撑板 23、 台车内侧密封 板 24、 后置支承梁 28的前支撑板 25、 及台车外侧密封板 26等设备底边向四 周延展出来, 在延展出来的位置的上部组成部件上设置密封胶件 30, 有利于 密封胶件 30的安装和提高单元静密封装置 29的密封效果。
后置支承梁 28的前支撑板 25与台车下层平板 22构成第一密封边 251 , 台车内侧密封板 24与台车下层平板 22构成第二密封边 241 , 前置支承梁 27 的后支撑板 23与台车下层平板 22构成第三密封边 231 , 台车外侧密封板 26 与台车下层平板 22构成第四密封边 261。
后置支承梁 28通过铰接头 40将设置在后置支承梁 28底部的球铰支撑座
42与环冷机台车 21铰接(见图 4 ), 环冷机台车 21在卸料时, 后置支承梁 28 被环冷机支撑构件(图中未示出)托起, 环冷机台车 21绕铰接头 40转动而倾 斜, 台车下层平板 22与其上部构件分离, 密封装置也随之脱开。 当环冷机台 车 21复位后, 台车下层平板 22与其上部构件恢复密封状态, 后置支承梁 28 与台车下层平板 22恢复压紧状态。 为保证后置支承梁 28与台车下层平板 22 脱离后又回复压紧状态,就须使后置支承梁 28的前支撑板 25与台车下层平板 22为压紧状态的硬接触, 而前置支承梁 27的后支撑板 23、 台车内侧密封板 24、 及台车内侧密封板 26只需与台车下层平板 22保持软接触。
后置支承梁 28的前支撑板 25通过第一密封体支架 252硬接触搭在该环冷 机台车 21的台车下层平板 22上。 后置支承梁 28的前支撑板 25起支撑作用, 支撑后置支承梁 28 自身及其以上物料的大部分重量, 第一密封体支架 252将 该部分重量传递到台车下层平板 22上,再通过车轮 41传递到环冷机轨道上(图 中未示出)。因第一密封体支架 252需支撑后置支承梁 28自身及其以上物料的 大部分重量, 因此, 第一密封体支架 252与该环冷机台车 21的台车下层平板 22是压紧状态的硬接触。
参见图 5 , 为本发明第一密封边剖视图, 支承梁底板 271与第一密封体支 架 252固定连接,第一密封体支架 252用安装螺栓 253在单元静密封装置的外 侧固定装配一弹性材质的密封胶件 30, 密封胶件 30包括密封本体 301 , 和在 密封本体 301两端倾斜向外伸出的密封触头 302和密封触头 303 ,密封触头 302 和密封触头 303为圓弧形。 密封胶件 30固定装配在第一密封体支架 252上, 朝向单元静密封装置的外侧, 密封胶件 30的密封触头 302和密封触头 303分 别接触支承梁底板 271和台车下层平板 22, 密封胶件 30的高度稍大于第一密 封体支架 252的高度, 密封胶件 30工作时处于压紧状态, 圓弧形的密封触头 302和密封触头 303具有一定的形变, 以保证密封效果。
第一密封体支架 252与台车下层平板 22是压紧状态的硬接触, 第一密封 体支架 252可阻挡落到台车下层平板 22上的高温的物料烧灼密封胶件 30。
参阅图 6, 为本发明第二密封边剖视图, 内侧密封板 24的底板 244与第 二密封体支架 242固定连接,第二密封体支架 242用安装螺栓 243固定装配一 弹性材质的密封胶件 30, 密封胶件 30朝向单元静密封装置的外侧。 密封胶件 30包括密封本体 301和在密封本体 301两端倾斜向外伸出的密封触头 302和 密封触头 303 , 密封触头 302和密封触头 303为圓弧形。 密封触头 302和密封 触头 303分别接触台车内侧密封板 24的底板 244和台车下层平板 22, 密封胶 件 30的高度稍大于内侧密封板 24的底板 244至台车下层平板 22之间的高度, 密封胶件 30工作时处于压紧状态, 圓弧形的密封触头 302和密封触头 303具 有一定的形变, 以保证密封效果。
第二密封体支架 242与台车下层平板 22之间具有缝隙 35 , 缝隙 35的宽 度范围可为 3mm - 10mm, 优选为 5 mm。
第二密封体支架 242在单元静密封装置的内侧设置可上下活动的隔灰板
31 , 隔灰板 31上设导向槽 32, 导向槽 32穿套在第二密封体支架 242的销子 34上。 销子 34将隔灰板 31定位在第二密封体支架 242上, 朝向单元静密封 装置的内侧。 在导向槽 32宽度的范围内, 隔灰板 31可上下活动。 当台车下层 平板 22相对于台车内侧密封板 24移动时, 隔灰板 31由于自重, 落到台车下 层平板 22上, 挡住缝隙 35 , 防止高温的物料经缝隙 35烧灼密封胶件 30。
在第二密封边装置设计中, 台车内侧密封板 24的底板 244到台车下层平 板 22的距离与支承梁底板 271至台车下层平板 22的距离相等,保证了第二密 封边 241的密封胶体 30的横截面高度和形状与第一密封边 251的密封橡胶体 30的横截面高度和形状完全一致, 有利于制造加工和检修更换。
第三密封边 231和第四密封边 261的密封结构与第二密封边 241的密封结 构完全相同, 不再赘述。
以上对本发明所提供的一种用于环冷机台车的单元静密封装置,进行了详 实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时,对于本领 域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有 改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述环冷机台车为双层结构, 上层为 用于通风的篦板, 下层为台车下层平板, 所述台车下层平板的四周依次延伸到 前置支承梁的后支撑板、 台车内侧密封板、 后置支承梁的前支撑板、 及台车外 侧密封板所涉及的静密封范围,所述台车下层平板的环向长度大于所述前置支 承梁的后支撑板与所述后置支承梁的前支撑板的距离,径向长度大于所述台车 内侧密封板与所述台车外侧密封板的距离。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述台车下层平板的 水平高度低于所述前置支承梁的后支撑板、 台车内侧密封板、后置支承梁的前 支撑板、 及台车外侧密封板的底端。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 前置支承梁和后置支 承梁的铰接头座长度大于所述台车下层平板与所述前置支承梁的后支撑板、台 车内侧密封板、 后置支承梁的前支撑板、 及台车外侧密封板的底端的高度差。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述台车下层平板与 所述前置支承梁的后支撑板、 台车内侧密封板、 后置支承梁的前支撑板、 及台 车外侧密封板构成四条连续密封边,所述四条连续密封边的外侧用密封胶件密 封。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述台车下层平板与 设置在所述后置支承梁的前支撑板底部的第一密封体支架之间是硬接触。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述台车下层平板与 设置在所述内侧密封板底部的第二密封体支架之间具有间隙,第二密封体支架 的内侧装配有可上下活动的隔灰板。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述台车下层平板与 设置在所述前置支承梁的后支撑板底部的第三密封体支架之间具有间隙, 第 三密封体支架的内侧装配有可上下活动的隔灰板。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 设置在所述外侧密封 板底部的第四密封体支架与所述台车下层平板之间具有间隙, 第四密封体支 架的内侧装配有可上下活动的隔灰板。
9、 如权利要求 6、 7或 8所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述间隙的范 围是 3 mm - 10mm。
10、 如权利要求 6、 7或 8所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述隔灰板 上设有导向槽, 所述导向槽套接在销子上。
11、 如权利要求 4所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述密封胶件包括密 封本体和在所述密封本体两端倾斜向外伸出的密封触头,所述密封触头为圓弧 形。
12、 如权利要求 1-8任一项所述的环冷机台车, 其特征在于, 所述台车下 层平板为梯形。
