Abstract

본 발명은 나노 튜브 형태의 리튬 티탄 산화물을 제공하며, 또한, 준안정상태의 TiO2 분말을 마련하는 제 1 단계와, LiOH 수용액에서 상기 TiO2 분말을 반응시켜 이온 교환법에 의해 상기 Li 성분을 함유한 층상 구조의 티타네이트를 형성하는 제 2단계와, 상기 Li 성분을 함유한 층상 구조의 티타네이트가 나노튜브구조로 전환되도록 상기 티타네이트를 열처리하는 제 3 단계: 및, 상기 결과물을 건조시키는 제 4 단계를 포함하는 나노구조 형태의 리튬 티탄 산화물 제조 방법을 제공한다.
