Vardenafil was rapidly absorbed (median tmax of 0.75 to 1 h) and eliminated with a half-life of 3 to 5 h. BAY 60-4552 exposure increased in proportion to the dose following administration of 1 mg to 2 mg doses in combination with vardenafil (2.5 mg to 20 mg). BAY 60-4552 reached maximum plasma concentrations after 0.5 to 1 h (median tmax) and was eliminated with a half-life of 13 to 14 h.
