Description
具液晶显示的花洒固定座 技术领域
[1] 本发明涉及一种卫浴设备, 尤指一种具液晶显示的花洒固定座。
背景技术
[2] 花洒用于沐浴者淋浴之用, 因此其出水温度的高低直接影响沐浴者的舒适度。
目前人们在调节花洒的出水温度吋, 通常系以不断尝试的方式进行, 即以手去 不断感触水的温度, 直到水温合适为止。 然而此种方式却有些不足之处, 因为 对于首次试温吋沐浴者通常无法知道其温度, 从而常会出现由于太烫而被烫伤 , 或者由于太凉而使人极不舒适。 为此有业者在花洒本体上设置了液晶显示屏 以显示花洒的出水温度。 但是受限于花洒本体自身的体积, 该液晶显示屏通常 设在本体后部或是手柄上且设置得较小, 因此不利于使用者的观察。
发明内容
[3] 本发明的目的是提供一种具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 其对花洒出水温度实现直 接清晰的显示功能。
[4] 为实现上述目的本发明的解决方案是:
[5] 一种具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 该花洒固定座包括本体及固定于本体前端的固 定座, 花洒是活动插置于此固定座中, 其中: 该本体的后端为进水口而连接供 水管, 而本体的下端为出水口而连接花洒软管, 该本体内设有水力发电装置及 热敏电阻; 在本体一侧连接有一显示组件, 该显示组件包括主板及液晶显示屏 ; 主板、 液晶显示屏与本体内的水力发电装置及热敏电阻由导线进行电连接。
[6] 所述的水力发电装置其包括发电机的线圏、 磁铁和可带动磁铁旋转的叶轮。
[7] 所述的本体进水口处设有一整流的斜水体。
[8] 所述的本体一侧设有枢接孔用于枢接显示组件。
[9] 所述的显示组件包括主板、 液晶显示屏、 窗板镜片及壳体, 壳体的后部形成一 枢座, 在壳体下部形成固定窗板镜片的窗口, 液晶显示屏及主板依次置于窗板 镜片的后部且位于壳体中。
[10] 所述的本体及显示组件由一中空的枢轴进行枢接。
[11] 釆用上述方案后, 由于本发明改变了传统出水装置的显示方式, 利用具有接头 作用的花洒固定座外设显示组件实现对花洒出水温度直接清晰的显示, 在水流 进入固定座本体中吋, 其中设有水力发电装置提供给主板和液晶显示屏电源, 而热敏电阻将温度参数传给主板, 再由主板传给液晶显示屏显示当前水温, 该 另设于花洒固定座本体之外的显示组件可令液晶显示屏设置得较大, 令使用者 可以清晰的观看到显示的水温数字。 另外, 该显示组件与本体的活动枢接关系 , 可以令显示组件相对本体进行旋转, 以方便使用者调整观看角度。

具体实施方式
[17] 如图 1至图 5所示, 本发明具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 所述的花洒固定座主要包 括本体 1及固定于本体 1前端的固定座 2, 花洒 A是活动插置于此固定座 2中, 本发 明的关键在于: 该本体 1的后端为进水口而连接供水管 B, 而本体 1的下端为出水 口而连接花洒软管 3, 在本体 1内设有水力发电装置 4, 而在本体 1的一侧连接有 一显示组件 5。
[18] 配合图 4、 5所示, 在本体 1内部为一 Y型腔体 16, 水力发电装置 4设置 Y型腔体 1 6中心; 在的进水口处设有斜水体 15, 斜水体 15下方设有电动机线圏 12及位于线 圏 12外周的磁铁 13, 磁铁 13是装设在叶轮 14内部, 以此构成一水力发电装置 4。 在水力发电装置 4的下方为本体 1的出水口连接花洒软管 3, 其中一热敏电阻 6是 设在本体 1的水路中, 并与水力发电装置 4及显示组件 5进行电连接。
[19] 在本体 1一侧设有用于枢接显示组件 5的枢接孔 11。
[20] 所述显示组件 5主要包括主板 51、 液晶显示屏 52、 窗板镜片 53及壳体 54, 壳体 5 4的后部形成一枢座 541, 在壳体 54下部形成固定窗板镜片 53的窗口, 液晶显示
屏 52及主板 51依次置于窗板镜片 53的后部且位于壳体 54中。
[21] 一中空的枢轴 7的两端分别固定于固定座本体 1的枢接孔 11及壳体 54的枢座 541 中, 以此将显示组件 5与本体 1活动枢接在一起, 而主板 51、 液晶显示屏 52与水 力发电装置 4及热敏电阻 6的电连接接线 8, 是穿过中空的枢轴 7进行电连接。
[22] 当水进入花洒固定座本体 1后, 水流经斜水体 15整流, 对叶轮 14产生斜向冲击 力, 带动叶轮 14旋转, 叶轮 14内部装有磁铁 13, 磁铁 13跟着叶轮 14相对线圏 12 旋转, 做切割磁力线的运动, 从而在线圏 12上产生感应电势, 通过接线 8引出, 接在主板 51回路中, 便产生了电流, 产生的电流成为主板 51和液晶显示屏 52的 电源。 由于热敏电阻 6会随着水温的改变而发生电阻值的变化, 这种变化由软件 程序识别, 热敏热阻 6通过接线 8和主板 31联接, 则会在液晶显示屏 52上显示相 应的温度。 这样使用者在淋浴吋打开供水开关, 接设在花洒固定座本体 1之外的 显示组件 5显示的数字即可知晓花洒的出水温度。 本发明是有效利用于花洒固定 座, 其外接的另外显示组件 5可令液晶显示屏 52设置得较大, 令使用者可以清晰 的观看到显示的水温数字; 该显示组件 5与本体 1的活动枢接关系, 可以令显示 组件 5相对本体 1进行旋转, 以方便使用者调整观看角度。 由此可见, 本发明改 变了传统出水装置的显示方式, 利用花洒固定座实现对花洒出水温度直接清晰 的显示。
工业实用性
[23] 本发明一种具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 利用自身水动力提供电源, 直接显示花 洒的出水温度, 结构简单, 使用方便, 具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims
权利要求书
一种具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 该花洒固定座包括本体及固定于 本体前端的固定座, 花洒是活动插置于此固定座中, 其特征在于
: 该本体的后端为进水口而连接供水管, 而本体的下端为出水口 而连接花洒软管, 该本体内设有水力发电装置及热敏电阻; 在本 体一侧连接有一显示组件, 该显示组件包括主板及液晶显示屏; 主板、 液晶显示屏与本体内的水力发电装置及热敏电阻由接线进 行电连接。
如权利要求 1所述的具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 其特征在于: 水力 发电装置包括发电机的线圏、 磁铁和可带动磁铁旋转的叶轮。 如权利要求 1所述的具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 其特征在于: 本体 进水口处设有一整流的斜水体。
如权利要求 2或 3所述的液晶显示顶喷花洒, 其特征在于: 发电机 的线圏及线圏外围的磁铁设置在斜水体的下部, 磁铁装在叶轮内 ; 水流经斜水体整流对叶轮产生斜向冲击力, 带动叶轮转旋转, 磁铁跟着叶轮相对线圏旋转做切割磁力线的运动, 从而在线圏上 产生感应电势, 通过接线引出, 接在主板回路中便产生了电流, 产生的电流成为主板和液晶显示屏的电源。
如权利要求 4所述的具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 其特征在于: 本体 的内部为 Y型腔体, 水力发电装置设置在 Y型腔体的中部。
如权利要求 1所述的具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 其特征在于: 本体 的一侧设有枢接孔用于枢接显示组件。
如权利要求 1所述的具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 其特征在于: 显示 组件包括主板、 液晶显示屏、 窗板镜片及壳体, 壳体的后部形成 一枢座, 在壳体下部形成固定窗板镜片的窗口, 液晶显示屏及主 板依次置于窗板镜片的后部且位于壳体中。
如权利要求 1所述的具液晶显示的花洒固定座, 其特征在于: 本体 及显示组件由一中空的枢轴进行枢接。
