- the locking claw 15 and the flange 13 of the main body 2 sandwich the attached member, whereby the clip 1 is attached to the attached member.
- a multi-stage locking shoulder is formed at the tip of the locking claw, which can cope with a difference in plate thickness of the mounted member.
- the one locking claw 15 and the other locking claw 15 are connected to each other by an elastic locking claw connecting piece 19 in the central space 18 of the fixing portion 3.
- the locking claw connecting piece 19 is formed so as to add elasticity to the pair of locking claws 15 so as to project the respective locking claws 15 outward.
- the locking claw connecting piece 19 is a thin elastic strip that connects the ends of the pair of locking claws 15 to each other.
- the locking claw connecting piece 19 is bent into a gentle (large) substantially S-shape in the cross section by the inward tilting of the locking claw 15 when the fixing portion 3 is inserted into the mounting hole of the mounted member. It is formed into a shape. Thereby, when the locking claw bends inward, the locking claw connecting piece 19 does not obstruct the easy insertion of the fixing portion.
- the locking claw connecting piece 19 is formed in a large S-shape even when the locking claw 15 is not applied with a force of falling inward.
- the pair of locking claws 15 arranged in the diagonal direction along the long sides L1 and L2 in the cross section of the fixed portion 3 are connected to each other by the elastic locking claw connecting pieces 19. Therefore, overall rigidity is imparted to the pair of latching claws 15, and in addition to the elasticity of the latching claws themselves, elasticity is provided to project the pair of latching claws 15 outward. Therefore, the locking force of the locking claw 15 is increased, thereby supplementing the low rigidity of the locking claw 15 and strengthening the fixation of the clip 1 to the attached member. Even after the attachment, even when an external force is applied to the clip 1 so as to come off, the locking claw connecting piece 19 applies a sufficient force in the overhanging direction to the locking claw 15, so that the removal prevention effect is high.
- the wire harness 5 is placed on a base portion formed on the upper surface of the buckle 10 of the main body 2, the band 9 is wound so as to hold the wire harness 5, and the band 9 is inserted into the guide hole of the buckle 10. The band tip is pulled out strongly.
- the lock claw 11 of the buckle 10 is engaged with the ratchet claw of the band 9, and the clip 1 is fixed at a predetermined position of the wire harness 5.
- the wire harness 5 is usually long, and the clips 1 are arranged at a plurality of locations.
- the clip 1 is fixed to the panel 6 by inserting the fixing portion 3 into a mounting hole 7 formed at a predetermined position of the panel 6.
- the fixing portion 3 When the fixing portion 3 is inserted into the mounting hole 7, the flange 13 of the main body 2 comes into contact with the panel 6, and the elastic outer peripheral edge portion of the flange 13 elastically presses the panel 6 by pressing strongly.
- the locking shoulder at the tip of the locking claw 15 of the fixed portion 3 penetrates the panel 6 and locks to the edge of the mounting hole 7.
- each locking claw 15 falls inward due to its elasticity, and when the locking shoulder of the locking claw 15 passes through the mounting hole 7, the elasticity is restored to the original.
- the locking shoulder of the locking claw 15 is locked to the edge of the mounting hole.
- the locking claw 15 and the flange 13 of the main body 2 sandwich the panel 6, whereby the clip 1 holding the wire harness 5 is attached to the panel 6, and the wire harness 5 is attached to the panel 6.
- the pair of locking claws 15 are connected to each other by an elastic locking claw connecting piece 19.
- the locking claw connecting piece 19 further extends the locking claw 15 outward. Gives elasticity to overhang. Accordingly, the locking force of the locking claw 15 is increased, thereby supplementing the low rigidity of the locking claw and strengthening the fixing of the clip to the attached member.
- the outer peripheral edge portion of the flange 13 is formed in a sucker shape and elastically presses against the panel 5, wobbling after the clip 1 is attached to the panel 5 can be absorbed, and the engagement of the fixing portion 3 can be absorbed.
- the locking of the pawl 15 is strengthened.
- the wire harness 5 is usually long, and in many cases, the clips 1 are arranged at a plurality of locations, and the clips 1 are attached to the mounting holes 7 at a plurality of predetermined positions of the panel 6. In this case, the interval between the clips 1, that is, the pitch, and the interval between the mounting holes 7, that is, the pitch may be shifted.
- the clip 1 in the illustrated embodiment can absorb the pitch deviation by correcting the pitch deviation. 7 and 8, the mounting hole 7 of the panel 6 is formed as a long hole that is long in the longitudinal direction of the wire harness 5.
- the band 9 and the buckle 10 formed on the main body 2 are formed so as to hold the wire harness 5 on the main body 2 in a state where the longitudinal direction thereof is along the long sides L1 and L2 of the fixed portion 3.
- the fixing part 3 is formed so as to have a rectangular or oval outline in its transverse section, and the locking claw 15 forms a part along the long sides L1 and L2 in the transverse section of the fixing part 3. It is formed to do.
- the locking claw 15 projects outward as indicated by two arrows 21.
