본 발명에 따른 태양 전지는 기판 상에 순차 형성된 하부 전극, 정공 수송층, 코어(core)-쉘(shell) 구조 나노입자가 부착된 탄소 나노튜브로 이루어진 활성층, 그리고 상부 전극을 포함한다.
