It is a figure which shows the external appearance structure of the dependence drug craving suppression instrument 12 concerning the 2nd Embodiment of this invention, (A) is the schematic front view, (B) is the schematic rear view. 3 is a schematic front view showing an external configuration of a fake tablet 32.
- FIG. It is a schematic front view which shows the other example of a fake container.
- It is a schematic front view which shows the other example of a fake injection label.
- It is a schematic front view which shows another example of an injection label.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the overall configuration of the dependence drug craving suppression device 11 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the dependence drug craving suppression device 11 according to the present embodiment is configured such that a pseudo injection 31 is enclosed in a pseudo container 21.
- the fake container 21 is an ampoule-type container having an appearance and structure similar to that of a dependent drug (dependent drug X) container. That is, the fake container 21 has a shape, color, pattern, size, weight, and the like similar to the injection container (ampoule type) of the addictive drug X, and has a similar structure. As a result, a dependent drug dependent person sees the fake container 21 of the dependent drug craving suppression device 11, picks it up, or opens the container to view the real dependent drug X injection container. It is possible to obtain a condition stimulus that is almost the same as the condition stimulus obtained when it is picked up by hand or opened.
- the material of the fake container 21 is not particularly limited, and for example, glass, hard plastic, soft plastic, or the like can be used. For the same reason, a material similar to the injection container for the dependent drug X is used. It is preferable.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic front view showing the external configuration of the fake container 21.
- a fake injection label 41 is affixed to the outer surface of the fake container 21.
- this pseudo-injection label 41 has an appearance similar to a product label attached to an injection container of an addictive drug X, and the product name “XX” of the addictive drug X
- the product label is almost the same as that of the product label affixed to the injection container for the addictive drug X, except that “false” is added in front of the label.
- This letter “false” indicates that the pseudo injection 31 enclosed in the pseudo container 21 of the addictive drug craving suppression device 11 is not a real injection of the dependency drug X but a fake injection. Is.
- Addictive drug craving suppression device 11 may be mistakenly used for self-use of genuine addictive drug X, or conversely, when a dependent person performs a medical act, it may be mistaken for real addictive drug X Medical accidents such as using the sex drug craving suppression device 11 for a patient can be prevented.
- the dependent drug dependent person knows that the dependent drug craving suppression device 11 is originally a fake and uses it for the craving suppression treatment of the dependent drug, so the fake container 21 is a fake. Even if there is an indication to show that, the therapeutic effect is not affected.
- the pseudo-injection 31 is liquid and has an appearance similar to that of the injection of the dependent drug X including color and viscosity.
- the dependent drug dependent person inserts the injection needle into the opened fake container 21 of the dependent drug craving suppression device 11 and sucks up the pseudo injection 31 with the syringe, thereby injecting the genuine dependent drug X.
- Conditional stimulation that is almost the same as that obtained when the agent is sucked up with a syringe can be obtained.
- the pseudo-injection 31 does not contain the active ingredient of the injection of the addictive drug X, and is composed of physiologically acceptable ingredients that are harmless to the human body. As a result, even if the pseudo-injection 31 is ingested, it is safe and does not adversely affect the treatment. Therefore, it becomes possible to actually inject the pseudo-injection 31 to the dependent drug addict, and the first signal system condition Since a series of actions by the activation of the reflex chain can be completed, it is possible to obtain an excellent effect on the craving suppression treatment of an addictive drug.
- Examples of such a pseudo-injection 31 include those composed of the same components as those other than the active ingredient of the dependent drug X, an alternative solution of the active ingredient of the dependent drug X such as physiological saline and glucose solution, and distilled water. The thing etc. which mixed the additive etc. are mentioned.
- the pseudo container 21 may be subjected to false packaging having an appearance and structure similar to the packaging.
- the addict who depends on the addictive drug releases the false packaging applied to the fake container 21, thereby stimulating the same condition stimulus as when the packaging applied to the injection container of the genuine addictive drug X is released.

It may be a collective package containing the sachet, or an individual package (not shown) for each fake injection container.
- the fake packaging may have a display indicating that the fake injection 31 included is a fake, as in the case of the fake injection label 41.
- the dependent drug craving suppression device 11 is given to a dependent drug dependent person who is a patient, and the dependent person himself / herself picks up the dependent drug craving suppression device 11 and uncovers the fake packaging so that the fake container 21 is removed. Remove (Procedure 1).
- the fake container 21 taken out by the relying party is scratched by glass cutting or the like at the connecting portion between the body part and the head part, and the fake container 21 is opened by breaking the head part and removing it (procedure) 2).
- the needle of the syringe is inserted into the pseudo container 21 opened by the relying party, and the pseudo injection 31 in the pseudo container 21 is sucked up by the syringe (procedure 3). Then, the hypodermic needle 31 is pierced into the vein of the dependent person's own arm or the like to inject the pseudo-injection 31, and when the injection is completed, the injection needle is removed from the body (procedure 4). Finally, have the relying party clean up all the equipment used in steps 1-4.
- each action constituting a series of actions for obtaining and taking the addictive drug is controlled by thinking, and a reward is given after the series of actions is completed.
- a series of actions before the reward is conditioned, and each action constituting the series of actions is controlled by a corresponding circuit of the first signal system conditional reflection.
- Each circuit forms a chain by a mechanism in which one circuit becomes a stimulus of the next circuit, and if there is a stimulus related to an addictive drug, this conditional reflex chain reacts actively and takes a series of taking the addictive drug. The state of the action is going to progress.
- the behavior of the first signal system reflex is automatically activated, as well as the acquisition and intake of substances, because the behavior is conditioned in the early stages of treatment.
- the conditioning is suppressed because there is no reward after each series of actions in the treatment action, that is, the operability of the first signal system conditional reflex chain that establishes the series of actions is gradually suppressed.
- the craving for addictive drugs due to conditioned reflexes will disappear.
- steps 1 to 4 are performed at least 300 times intensively every day from 5 to 15 times in an environment such as hospitalization isolated from society because of craving. It is preferable to repeat about 500 times.
- a series of actions for searching for, obtaining and ingesting a drug is performed by repeating all steps 1 to 4 in order to perform the operation from the start of the operation to the operation immediately before obtaining the reward by the drug.
- the quality and quantity of stimulation can be achieved by interrupting the action in the middle of steps 1 to 4 or performing only a part of the action. May be adjusted.
- Procedures 1 to 4 are preferably repeated not only during a certain intensive treatment period, but also regularly afterwards at a predetermined timing in order to prevent craving for dependent drugs and prevent recurrence.
