- the preheating was carried out with an effect of 5 to 10 %, i.e. about 2 to 4 kW to heat the steel to a temperature of 60 0 C before application of primer (EP).
- the actual coating with polyethylene was carried out with an effect of 35 to 40 % of the output effect of the heater to increase the temperature to about 200 0 C.
