Abstract

An apparatus for supercooling comprises: a water container (1300) positioned in a space maintained at a temperature below 0 C, for storing water; a heating device (1310) positioned at an upper part of the water container; and an outlet (1320) positioned at a lower part of the water container. By this configuration, it is possible to store water in a supercooled state for a long time, and obtain water in a slush state by taking out supercooled water through the outlet.
