Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a system for calculating the number of people on a given territory, classifying said people according to specified groups, determining the speed and direction of movement of the people in the specified groups and directing the behavior of owners of personal devices. The method involves defining a territory on which the number of people is to be calculated, transmitting, upon request, the unique identifiers of radio-frequency emitting marks and reading said marks, wherein the emitting mark is an interface (2) for the transmission of data from personal devices (1), transmission is carried out by sending a request according to a data exchange protocol and a response is read by means of a transceiver (3) in the form of a radio access device operating with the same protocol as that used by the wireless data transmission interface. The method also involves recording the response, which contains the unique identifiers of the wireless data transmission interface and the fields that characterise the personal device, and determining the number of people Q according to a formula. The system comprises at least one device with a unique identifier, a receiver, at least one calculator (6) and a transmitter which is combined with the receiver (3) so as to form a radio access device that operates with the same protocol as that used by a wireless data transmission interface, wherein a personal device (1) with a wireless data transmission interface (2) is used as the device with a unique identifier.

 METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE NUMBER, SPEED AND DIRECTION OF MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE IN A PRESET TERRITORY AND SYSTEM FOR

The technical field The invention relates to the field of identification of objects using radio waves based on wireless data transmission technologies that are present in personal devices and can be used to calculate the number of people in a given territory, assign them to certain groups, determine the speed and direction of movement of people, certain groups, managing the behavior of personal device owners.

State of the art

A known method and system for recognizing objects and tracking them using a matrix sensor designed to perform the functions of a sensor of the first type, which provides the ability to detect the presence of an object in the working area of the sensor and determine the position of this object, and a second type sensor that allows the use of this position of the object, defined by the sensor of the first type, for identification and recognition of the object, and the ability to focus or work with a higher resolution, than m sensor of the first type (see patent for the invention RF N ° 2251739, IPC G06K9 / 78, G06T7 / 00)

However, the method and system have a more complex implementation in comparison with the proposed solutions. The system also does not provide for the possibility of an object receiving a request and transmitting to it a unique identifier due to the lack of a transceiver at the object of control. In addition, there are no additional sensors in the system that allow flexible control of the shape of the controlled area.

A known method and system for recording and analyzing the flow of passengers and visitors, comprising a counter-recorder, infrared sensors installed one above each metering point and connected via a cable system with a counter-recorder, a power supply and a data center, the counter-recorder contains microprocessor, input channels for receiving information from sensors, the first archive designed to record information from the sensors, the second archive designed to emergency situations registration, a real-time clock connected to a microprocessor designed to control the recording of incoming information, and the infrared sensor contains a microprocessor, nodes for measuring illumination and ambient temperature, a first infrared generator, a second infrared generator, an infrared signal receiver, and an information transmitter via cable. All of the above nodes are connected to a microprocessor designed to adjust the beam length of the infrared generators, and the infrared sensor is connected to the door opening and closing relays, while the information processing center is capable of processing and analyzing the contents of archives. Infrared sensors count incoming / outgoing passengers and transfer this information to the counter-recorder by cable, the counter-recorder saves data in two non-volatile archives: an archive for recording the number of passengers at each door separately and an archive in which all emergency situations are recorded (see patent for invention of the Russian Federation (JN2304809, IPC G07C 9/00).

However, the method and system do not provide for the calculation of the actual number of passengers or visitors in the entire controlled area, the calculation is made only by changing the number of people in the controlled area, and only at its border by placing sensors in the places of entry and exit of passengers or visitors. In addition, the system does not contain transceivers at the monitoring object and does not provide for the monitoring object to receive a request and transmit a unique identifier to them. Another drawback is the lack of additional sensors that allow flexible control over the shape of the controlled area. Closest to the proposed solutions of the method and system is the method and system of radio frequency identification using a radio frequency emitting tag, which transmits the identifier continuously or, being in an electromagnetic field, inducing the necessary energy for transmission from this field, this identifier is received by the receiver and verified for authenticity, thus thus, the object is identified. The identification system includes a tag, which consists of: a generator for receiving a constant signal in the radio frequency range, a power source for supplying power to these circuits, a switching circuit connected to a generator for transmitting the specified constant signal, the first circuit used to store a predetermined code representing the unique code of the specified label, a second circuit, used to transmit the specified code to the specified switching circuit, antennas, for transmitting an radio frequency signal containing the predetermined code. The electronic system also includes a receiver for receiving an RF signal from a tag, converting the signal to a predefined code, and determining the authenticity of the tag (see U.S. Patent No. JNs4384288 IPC G06K19 / 07).

However, the method and system does not provide for the calculation of the number of objects in a given territory, but only in the zone of the receiver, which is determined in advance. Also, the method and system provides for the presence of labels at each control object. In addition, the disadvantage is the limited area of use.

Disclosure of invention

The objective of the invention is to calculate the number of people at any given time in a given territory using personal devices.

The technical result is the ability to automatically calculate the number of people in a given territory at any time, the flexible control of the shape of the territory (place), which determines the number of people, expanding the area of use. In addition, the proposed system will provide additional functions:

• classifying people to a specific group based on fields characterizing personal use devices; • automatic calculation of the speed and direction of movement of people, groups of people within the store, district, city, country, etc., if the calculators are combined with a data collection center and the location of the calculators is known;

• control of human behavior by sending messages to a personal device.

The problem is solved in that in the method of determining the number of people, including the transmission in response to a request of unique identifiers of radio-frequency emitting tags, their reading, according to the solution, form a given territory on which it is necessary to determine the number of people, as the emitting label, choose the data transfer interface of personal devices, the transmission is carried out by submitting a request using the data exchange protocol, the response is read by the transceiver, which is selected as a radio access device that works with the same protocol as the wireless data transfer interface , save the response, which includes a unique identifier for the wireless data transmission interface and fields characterizing the device for personal use, number Q people are determined by the formula: Q = U * K, where U is the number of unique identifiers of wireless data transmission interfaces, K is a coefficient calculated in advance for the region or territory of control and determining the number of people in the transceiver coverage area for one switched on personal device wireless interface .

The formation of a given territory can be carried out by changing the sensitivity / power of the transceiver or by changing the reflector of the antenna of the transceiver or using at least one additional transceiver by combining or intersecting the locations of the transceivers, which are determined by applying the functions of combining or intersection to the sets of identifiers received from different transceivers.

Unique identifiers and their detection time are sent to the data collection center to calculate the speed and direction of movement of people.

Fields characterizing personal use devices for calculating the speed and direction of movement of groups are also transmitted to the data collection center. Send messages to personal devices to change the behavior of people, groups in a controlled territory.

Also, the problem is solved in that the system for determining the number of people containing at least one device with a unique identifier, a receiver, characterized in that it further comprises at least one transmitter and transmitter, combined with a receiver, made in as a device with radio access, working with the same protocol as the wireless data interface, a personal device with a wireless interface has been selected as a device with a unique identifier edachi data. To determine K, studies were conducted in the following sequence:

Flexible control over the shape of the place at which the number of people is determined is carried out by changing the sensitivity / power of the transceivers 3, by changing the reflectors of the antennas of the transceivers 3 and by applying the union or intersection functions to the sets of identifiers 2 received from different transceivers 3, which is equivalent to combining or to the intersection of the transceivers 3.
