本出願は、2008年9月29日に日本国特許庁に出願された特願2008-250545号に基づいて優先権を主張し、その全ての開示は完全に本明細書で参照により組み込まれる。
Claims (14)
- 建物ユニット本体の両短辺面に、着脱可能な仮設補強部材が設けられ、該仮設補強部材には、その下端部に下方に突出する前記建物ユニット本体を支持するための突出部が設けられていることを特徴とする仮設補強部材付き建物ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットにおいて、
前記仮設補強部材に、吊上げ用の引掛け部が設けられていることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットにおいて、
前記仮設補強部材に、輸送固定用の引掛け部が設けられていることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットにおいて、
前記仮設補強部材は、前記建物ユニット本体の短辺面の左右両端に配置した補強柱間にブレースが架設されて成ることを特徴とする。 - 請求項4に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットにおいて、
前記補強柱間の前記建物ユニット本体の底面より低い高さ位置に、補強梁が架設されていることを特徴とする。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットにおいて、
前記補強柱の上端部に、吊上げ用の引掛け部が形成されていることを特徴とする。 - 請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットにおいて、
前記補強柱の下端部に、輸送固定用の引掛け部が形成されていることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットにおいて、
前記建物ユニット本体の長辺面の開口部に、着脱可能な仮設補強ブレースが設けられていることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットが用いられ、前記仮設補強部材が取り除かれた前記建物ユニット本体が複数組み付けられて成ることを特徴とするユニット建物。
- 請求項9に記載のユニット建物において、
前記建物ユニット本体が、横に複数個並べられ、縦に複数段積み上げられ、これらの建物ユニット本体は、短辺面間が、柱同士及び梁同士を、複数のボルト及びナットにより鋼製プレートで剛状態に一体化する合成接合と単に接続するだけのピン接合とを組み合わせることにより、下階にいくにしたがって接合強度が大きくなるように組み付けられていることを特徴とする。 - 請求項9又は10に記載のユニット建物において、
前記建物ユニット本体の短辺面側に、これよりも幅狭なオーバーハング部材が取付けられ、外側に面する前記建物ユニット本体のコーナー部分には、コーナー外壁パネルも取付けられ、前記オーバーハング部材と前記外壁パネル間及び前記オーバーハング部材同士間に、化粧部材がそれぞれ取付けられ、これらの化粧部材の内側に、空きスペースが形成されていることを特徴とする。 - 請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のユニット建物において、
前記建物ユニット本体の短辺面側に、オーバーハング部材が取付けられ、これらのオーバーハング部材により、片持ちバルコニー又は片持ち廊下が形成されていることを特徴とする。 - 輸送手段の荷台に積載された請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットの前記仮設補強部材を取り除いてから、前記建物ユニット本体を、両短辺面側から、少なくとも2台のクレーンにより、バランスを保ちながら吊上げ、所定の位置に移載していき、前記建物ユニット本体を組み付け、ユニット建物を構築することを特徴とするユニット建物の構築工法。
- 輸送手段の荷台に積載された請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の仮設補強部材付き建物ユニットの前記引掛け部に両短辺面側から、少なくとも2台のクレーンの係合部をそれぞれ引っ掛け、バランスを保ちながら吊上げ、所定の位置に移載していき、前記仮設補強部材を取り除いてから、前記建物ユニット本体を組み付け、ユニット建物を構築することを特徴とするユニット建物の構築工法。
