Description

Secondary battery distribution system, secondary battery distribution system terminal and secondary battery distribution system server
The present invention relates to a secondary battery distribution system for determining a distribution value of a used secondary battery in a replaceable secondary battery and providing an exchange service based on the distribution value of the used secondary battery. It is.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, replaceable secondary batteries have been used in various ways for batteries for electronic devices such as mobile phones and personal computers or batteries for electric devices, batteries for electric vehicles such as electric cars, and power supplies for power generation devices.
Especially, due to environmental and energy problems, electric vehicles are attracting attention as a means of reducing pollution and saving energy.
Secondary batteries for electric vehicles are large and inconvenient to carry alone. In addition, a special charger is required for the charging, and the charging time is long. For this reason, even if charging stations for secondary batteries for electric vehicles are installed in various places, such as gas stations, it is not a major cause of the widespread use of electric vehicles. I can't expect.
In addition, in a secondary battery for an electric vehicle, the mileage of the electric vehicle is limited by the remaining amount of charge. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a secondary battery for an electric vehicle or alternative energy for long-distance driving of the electric vehicle. There is.
Therefore, an electric vehicle energy supply system is disclosed in which a secondary battery for an electric vehicle is converted into a cassette type for easy attachment and detachment, and a used secondary battery is replaced with a charged secondary battery at an energy supply station. (Patent Document 1).
In addition, a power supply service system is disclosed that allows a secondary battery for an electric vehicle to be rented and the battery to be replaced at a service station so that the electric vehicle can be restarted quickly and the travel distance of the electric vehicle can be extended. (Patent Document 2).
Also, a secondary battery power supply system that guides a replaceable desk lamp for a secondary battery via a communication network is disclosed (Patent Document 3).
Furthermore, a battery exchange service system is also disclosed in which a used secondary battery is exchanged for a charged secondary battery at a store where a battery exchange service is provided at a destination, etc., targeting a secondary battery that can be charged by the user as well ( Patent Document 4).
特開2001-57711号公報JP 2001-57711 A 特開2002-140398号公報JP 2002-140398 A 特開2004-215468号公報JP 2004-215468 A 国際公開番号:WO2006/090636号公報International publication number: WO2006 / 090636
However, in consideration of the distribution value of secondary batteries for electric vehicles, in Patent Document 1, the amount of electricity used and the service of the secondary battery in Patent Document 2 are compared with the amount of electricity charged in the cassette type secondary battery. On the other hand, in Patent Document 3, payment is made for the amount of electricity and service for charging the secondary battery, and in Patent Document 4 for the amount of electricity of the secondary battery. Has not been.
This is considered to be because payments are always made on the assumption that the performance of the secondary battery is the same, and performance degradation due to performance degradation or new development is not considered.
In Patent Documents 1 to 4, it is necessary to manage individual secondary batteries and customers in each system.
The above is considered to be one factor that hinders the free distribution and popularization of secondary batteries for electric vehicles.
The present invention mainly proposes a secondary battery distribution system that enables free distribution of secondary batteries and promotes the distribution of secondary batteries.
The secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention includes a replaceable secondary battery 2, a charging stand 20 for replacing a used secondary battery with a charged secondary battery for the secondary battery, and the secondary battery From the management station 10 that manages information including the standard of the distribution value of the battery and the inventory of the charging station, and the server 11 provided in the management station connected to the terminal 21 provided in the charging station via the network 6 A configured secondary battery distribution system, which is a used secondary battery state confirmation unit 22 for confirming a state of the used secondary battery, and a used secondary battery state confirmation unit obtained by the used secondary battery state confirmation unit Distribution value determining means 12 for used secondary batteries for determining the distribution value of used secondary batteries based on secondary battery information and secondary battery distribution value standards; Secondary battery distribution value presenting means 23 for presenting the difference in distribution value with a charged secondary battery that can be replaced based on the distribution value of the used secondary battery obtained by the secondary battery distribution value judging means to the terminal. And a settlement means 24 for replacement of the secondary battery presented by the distribution value presentation means of the secondary battery.
The secondary battery according to the present invention is a battery that can be repeatedly charged and discharged, and generally, the stored electricity is gradually lost without using the charged electricity. This phenomenon is called spontaneous discharge. The amount of spontaneous discharge varies depending on the type of secondary battery and the storage state.
The secondary battery according to the present invention may be any type of secondary battery, such as a lead storage battery, a nickel cadmium battery, a nickel-metal hydride battery, or a lithium ion battery, which can be used in consideration of existing secondary batteries and future developed secondary batteries.
There are various types of secondary batteries that can be replaced, such as a cassette type and a pack type, but it is preferable to unify the standards in order to improve versatility and distribution.
The charging station according to the present invention is a base that mainly provides a service for replacing a used secondary battery with a charged secondary battery.
At the charging stand, the used secondary batteries are charged and discharged, and preferably a constant number of charged secondary batteries are always kept in stock.
This charging station is scattered in a wide range like a gas station, but if it is added to an existing gas station, etc., convenience will be improved and necessary expenses for new construction will be reduced.
The management station according to the present invention is a base that mainly manages the standard of the distribution value of secondary batteries and the inventory of charged secondary batteries at each charging station.
The management station mainly transmits the distribution value of the used secondary battery and the processing information of the used secondary battery to the terminals provided at each charging station.
Management stations may be provided for each region for load distribution.
In the used secondary battery status confirmation means according to the present invention, after performing a defect inspection such as visual inspection of the used secondary battery in the charging stand, the serial number of the used secondary battery is provided on the terminal provided in the charging stand. Specific information including the date of manufacture and manufacturer, etc., and electrical information including the number of charge / discharge cycles, remaining charge, etc. acquired by the measuring device are acquired.
Here, information that requires history such as the number of times of charging / discharging is excluded from necessary acquisition information, measured with the same measuring device that manages the history, or an information recording unit is provided in the secondary battery body, and its information recording A history such as the number of times of charging / discharging is recorded in the unit, and the history information is read with a measuring instrument.
Therefore, preferably, the secondary battery is provided with an information recording device such as an IC chip and a memory and an information output device, which makes it easier to obtain information on the secondary battery and the confirmation process is completed quickly.
In the secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention, the standard of the distribution value of the secondary battery is determined in advance, and the used secondary battery and the charged secondary battery prepared in advance at the charging stand provided at each site. When the battery is replaced, the distribution value is determined based on the information of the used secondary battery acquired by the state confirmation unit according to the present invention from the reference value of the distribution value of the secondary battery.
The standard of the distribution value of the secondary battery is preferably registered in advance as a database for each condition of the secondary battery in a server provided in the management station or an external storage device connected to the network. Here, the condition of the secondary battery is a range in which the information of the secondary battery is classified into each class. For example, the date of manufacture is from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008 (made in 2008).
In addition, the standard of the distribution value of the secondary battery also varies depending on the distribution and inventory status of the secondary battery, and therefore maintenance such as correction is required periodically.
The determination of the distribution value of the used secondary battery is to extract (acquire) data that matches the secondary battery information obtained by the used secondary battery state confirmation means from the above database. is there. This extracted data becomes the distribution value of the used secondary battery of the secondary battery system according to the present invention.
In general, new secondary batteries are traded at the original distribution value (market price) as an initial transaction, but the distribution value of secondary batteries once sold and used in the market is unknown, and the secondary battery When distributing a battery, it is necessary to newly determine a distribution value. For this reason, in the secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention, the distribution value of the secondary battery is uniquely determined in advance.
In the secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention, the charging stand is provided with the distribution value of the used secondary battery and the distribution value of the charged secondary battery that is a replacement candidate from the pre-registered secondary batteries in the inventory. Distribution value of used secondary battery brought in by user, distribution value of charged secondary battery that is in stock and replacement candidate, and each secondary battery to user who transmits to terminal and replaces secondary battery The difference in the distribution value is presented in a list.
Here, the difference in the distribution value of secondary batteries is expressed by the following equation.
(1) Difference in secondary battery distribution value = "Distribution value of charged secondary batteries in stock and replacement candidates"-"Distribution value of used secondary batteries" (1)
The user selects a charged secondary battery as a replacement candidate presented in the list based on the distribution value of the used secondary battery, and makes a settlement for the difference in distribution value of the secondary battery.
For example, an unused charged secondary battery in stock (the distribution value of this secondary battery is taken as the purchase price) and a used secondary battery made by the user in 2008 (this distribution value is the trade-in price). )), The user pays (receives) the cost of (purchase price-trade-in price) and replaces the secondary battery.
Here, if a fee such as a fee is necessary for this settlement, it can be presented at the same time as the list. It is also possible to include expenses such as fees in advance in the distribution value of charged secondary batteries in stock.
In the settlement means for the replacement of the secondary battery in the secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention, generally, when the user pays the cost for the replacement of the secondary battery, the completion of the settlement is notified to the management station. That is. This is performed in order to reflect the charged secondary battery that has been out of stock in the replacement of the secondary battery and the used secondary battery that has been collected, in the inventory data managed by the management station.
In the secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention, the post-processing determination unit 13 for the used secondary battery that performs post-processing determination including charging, repair, transportation and disposal of the used secondary battery after the settlement unit; Stock information on the post-processing unit 25 for the used secondary battery determined by the post-processing determination unit for the used secondary battery and the post-processing for the used secondary battery completed by the post-processing unit for the used secondary battery It is also possible to provide post-processing reflecting means 14 for the used secondary battery that is reflected in the above.

In the secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention, information acquisition of a used secondary battery, determination of the distribution value of the secondary battery, exchange guidance based on the distribution value of the secondary battery, settlement and collection for replacement of the secondary battery By replacing the used secondary battery with a series of systems, the replacement work for the secondary battery, which is a shorter work than the charging work for the secondary battery, can be performed more efficiently in a shorter time. .
In addition, since it is an exchange operation only for determining the distribution value of the secondary battery, it is possible to replace the secondary battery without specifying the user. As a result, electric vehicles can be widely used and the secondary battery market for electric vehicles can be expanded.
The secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention is not intended only for secondary batteries for electric vehicles, but for electronic devices such as mobile phones and personal computers or batteries for electric devices, batteries for electric vehicles, or power generation devices. It can also be used as a power source.
In the secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention, the charging / discharging device of the secondary battery is connected to at least one of a household power source, a wind power generator, and a solar power generator, and can be charged. In the connection of the power generation device and the solar power generation device, further effects of energy saving measures and environmental measures can be expected.
In the secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention, a secondary battery charging / discharging device may be connected to the smart grid 53. A smart grid is a power transmission network using IT technology such as a network composed of servers and terminals. The power transmission network is composed of power transmission lines, substations, distribution lines, etc. that connect the power plant to the home or company. The power generated by the power plant is transmitted to the home or company using this power transmission network. .
Smart grid optimizes the use of power by matching the demand and supply of power based on information on consumers and power plants. For example, the consumer information includes power consumption during a certain time period and the current power consumption, and the power plant information includes power generation during a certain time period and current power generation. In particular, a wind power generation system or a solar power generation system using renewable energy such as wind power or solar light does not stabilize the power generation amount due to the weather or the like. For this reason, an optimal power transmission path can be calculated by a smart grid, and power can be stably sent from a suitable power plant to a consumer. Similarly, even when power plants are dispersed in a plurality of regions or concentrated in a certain region, power can be efficiently and stably sent from the power plant to consumers.
Also, it is possible to supply electricity stored in the secondary battery to the smart grid by connecting a charged secondary battery to the smart grid.
This makes it possible to efficiently charge the secondary battery with renewable energy and to effectively use the electricity stored in the secondary battery. Therefore, the consumption of exhaustible energy such as coal and oil and the accompanying emission of carbon dioxide can be suppressed, and further effects of energy saving measures and environmental measures can be expected.
According to the secondary battery distribution system according to the present invention, by giving distribution value to the replaceable secondary battery, the value of the secondary battery itself can be increased and distributed freely without specifying the user. The secondary battery can be used efficiently.
Also, since it greatly contributes to the development of equipment, devices, vehicles, etc. that use secondary batteries, the secondary battery distribution market can be expected to expand accordingly.
Furthermore, by using a wind power generator or a solar power generator for charging the secondary battery, further effects of energy saving measures and environmental measures can be expected.
