Abstract
Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による給電システムの全体構成図である。図1を参照して、この給電システムは、電動車両100と、給電装置200とを備える。電動車両100は、二次自己共振コイル110と、二次コイル120と、整流器130と、DC/DCコンバータ140と、蓄電装置150とを含む。また、電動車両100は、パワーコントロールユニット(以下「PCU(Power Control Unit)」とも称する。)160と、モータ170と、車両ECU(Electronic Control Unit)180と、通信装置190とをさらに含む。
図5を参照して、DC/DCコンバータ140は、直交変換部142と、トランス部144と、整流部146とを含む。直交変換部142は、車両ECU180からの信号PWDに基づいてオンオフ駆動されるスイッチング素子を含み、図4の整流器130から供給される直流電力を交流電力に変換してトランス部144へ出力する。
図6を参照して、共鳴する二次自己共振コイル110に近接して受電用の二次コイル120が配置されている。二次コイル120の一端がリレー112を介して整流器130に接続され、受電コイルの他端は整流器130に直接接続されている。整流器130は、たとえばダイオードブリッジで形成されている。整流器130で整流された電圧は平滑コンデンサで平滑される。この平滑された電圧が電圧VHとして電圧センサ192で検出される。電圧VHは、充電器として作動するDC/DCコンバータ140に与えられる。
図8を参照して、車両の非接触受電装置が受電中は、ステップS51において正常終了トリガが発生するか否かが監視されている。たとえば、蓄電装置150の充電状態(SOC)が管理上限値(満充電とする値)となるまで充電が進んだ場合や、充電終了ボタンが押された場合や、電池温度や電池電圧が充電に適する所定範囲外になった場合に正常終了トリガが発生する。
実施の形態2は、実施の形態1の図4や図6に示したリレー112の構成を変形したものである。したがって、他の部分の構成については、実施の形態1と同様であるので、説明は繰返さない。
図10を参照して、共鳴する二次自己共振コイル110に近接して受電用の二次コイル120が配置されている。二次コイル120の一端がリレー112Bを介して整流器130に接続され、受電コイルの他端はリレー112Gを介して整流器130に接続されている。このリレー112Gが追加されている点が、実施の形態2が実施の形態1と異なる点である。リレー112Bが溶着する故障を起こしたときでもリレー112Gをオフにすれば受電されている電力を遮断することができる。
Claims (14)
- 電源から電力を受けて送電を行なう送電コイル(240)から電力を受電する非接触受電装置であって、
前記送電コイル(240)から送電された電力を電磁共鳴により受電する受電コイル(110,120)と、
前記受電コイル(110,120)によって受電した電力を整流する整流器(130)と、
前記整流器(130)で整流された電力が供給される負荷(150)と、
前記受電コイル(110,120)から前記整流器(130)に電力を送る経路上に設けられ電力を遮断する第1リレー(112)とを備える、非接触受電装置。 - 前記整流器(130)で整流された電力を前記負荷(150)に供給するために電圧変換する電圧変換部(140)と、
前記電圧変換部(140)から前記負荷(150)に電力を送る経路上に設けられ電力を遮断する第2リレー(SMR2)とをさらに備える、請求の範囲第1項に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記負荷(150)は、蓄電装置であり、
前記非接触受電装置は、
前記電圧変換部(140)と前記第2リレー(SMR2)とを結ぶ送電経路の電圧(V2)を検出する第1電圧検出部(191)と、
前記第2リレー(SMR2)を制御する制御部(180)とをさらに備え、
前記制御部(180)は、前記送電コイル(240)から送電が行なわれていないときに前記第2リレー(SMR2)によって前記電圧変換部(140)から前記負荷(150)に電力を送る経路を遮断させ、前記第1電圧検出部(191)で検出された電圧に基づいて前記第2リレー(SMR2)の遮断が正常に行なわれているか否かを判断する遮断確認動作を実行する、請求の範囲第2項に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記送電コイル(240)を用いて送電を行なう給電装置(200)と通信する通信部(190)をさらに備え、
前記制御部(180)は、前記遮断確認動作の結果、前記第2リレー(SMR2)の遮断が正常に行なわれることが確認された後に、前記第1リレー(112)を接続状態とし、前記通信部(190)を用いて前記給電装置(200)に送電を要求する、請求の範囲第3項に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記非接触受電装置は、
前記電圧変換部(140)と前記第2リレー(SMR2)とを結ぶ送電経路の電圧(V2)を検出する第1電圧検出部(191)と、
前記整流器(130)と前記電圧変換部(140)とを結ぶ送電経路の電圧(VH)を検出する第2電圧検出部(192)と、
前記送電コイル(240)を用いて送電を行なう給電装置(200)と通信する通信部(190)と、
前記第2リレー(SMR2)を制御する制御部(180)とをさらに備え、
前記制御部(180)は、前記通信部(190)を用いて前記給電装置(200)に送電停止を要求した後前記第2リレー(SMR2)を遮断状態に制御し、前記第2電圧検出部(192)で検出される電圧が所定値以下になったときに、前記第1電圧検出部(191)で検出された電圧に基づいて前記第2リレー(SMR2)が正常に遮断されたか否かを判断する、請求の範囲第2項に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記制御部(180)は、前記第2リレー(SMR2)が正常に遮断されたと判断した場合に、前記第1リレー(112を遮断状態に制御して、受電を終了する、請求の範囲第5項に記載の非接触受電装置。
- 前記第1、第2リレー(112,SMR2)を制御する制御部(180)をさらに備え、
前記制御部(180)は、受電終了時において、正常終了時には前記第2リレー(SMR2)を遮断させた後に、前記第1リレー(112)を遮断させ、修理を要する故障が発生した異常終了時には、前記第2リレーよりも前記第1リレーを先に遮断させる、請求の範囲第2項に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記負荷(150)は、蓄電装置であり、
前記非接触受電装置は、
前記電圧変換部(140)と前記第2リレー(SMR2)とを結ぶ送電経路の電圧(V2)を検出する第1電圧検出部(191)と、
前記第2リレー(SMR2)を制御する制御部(180)とをさらに備え、
前記制御部(180)は、前記送電コイル(240)から送電が行なわれていないときに前記第2リレー(SMR2)によって前記電圧変換部(140)から前記負荷(150)に電力を送る経路を遮断させ、前記第1電圧検出部(191)で検出された電圧に基づいて前記第2リレー(SMR2)の遮断が正常に行なわれているか否かを判断する遮断確認動作を実行する、請求の範囲第2項に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記第1リレー(112)は、
前記受電コイルの両端部にそれぞれ接続されるリレー対(112B,112G)を含み、
前記送電コイル(240)を用いて送電を行なう給電装置(200)と通信する通信部(190)とをさらに備え、
前記制御部(180)は、前記遮断確認動作の結果、前記第2リレー(SMR2)の遮断が正常に行なわれることが確認された後に、前記リレー対(112B,112G)の一方を接続状態、他方を非接続状態とし、前記通信部(190)を用いて前記給電装置(200)に送電を要求して、前記リレー対の前記他方が正常に非接続状態に制御されたかを確認する、請求の範囲第8項に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記非接触受電装置は、
前記整流器(130)と前記電圧変換部(140)とを結ぶ送電経路の電圧(VH)を検出する第2電圧検出部(192)をさらに備え、
前記制御部(180)は、前記給電装置(200)に対して送電要求を行ない、前記第2検出部(192)で検出する電圧(VH)が上昇しなければ、前記リレー対の前記他方(112B)の遮断が正常に行なわれていると判断する、請求の範囲第9項に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記制御部(180)は、前記リレー対の前記他方(112B)の遮断が正常に行なわれたと判断した場合には、前記給電装置(200)に対して一旦送電停止を要求し、前記リレー対の前記一方(112A)を非接続状態、前記他方(112B)を接続状態に制御し、再び前記給電装置(200)に対して送電を要求して前記リレー対の前記一方(112A)の遮断が正常に行なわれているか確認する、請求の範囲第10項に記載の非接触受電装置。
- 前記制御部(180)は、前記リレー対の前記他方(112B)および前記一方(112A)がともに遮断が正常に実行できることを確認した後に、前記第1、第2リレー(112B,112G,SMR2)をともに接続状態に制御し、前記給電装置(200)に対して送電要求を行ない、前記負荷(150)に対して電力供給を実行させる、請求の範囲第11項に記載の非接触受電装置。
- 車両であって、
電源から電力を受けて送電を行なう送電コイル(240)から電力を受電する非接触受電装置を備え、
非接触受電装置は、
前記送電コイル(240)から送電された電力を電磁共鳴により受電する受電コイル(110,120)と、
前記受電コイル(110,120)によって受電した電力を整流する整流器(130)と、
前記整流器(130)で整流された電力が供給される負荷(150)と、
前記受電コイル(110,120)から前記整流器(130)に電力を送る経路上に設けられ電力を遮断する第1リレー(112)とを含む、車両。 - 前記非接触受電装置は、
前記整流器(130)で整流された電力を前記負荷(150)に供給するために電圧変換する電圧変換部(140)と、
前記電圧変換部(140)から前記負荷(150)に電力を送る経路上に設けられ電力を遮断する第2リレー(SMR2)とをさらに含む、請求の範囲第13項に記載の車両。
