Une plaque inférieure (2) est fixée sur un corps de moteur (1); un arbre central (11), un premier arbre d'engrenage baladeur (12), un arbre à cames (13), un second arbre d'engrenage baladeur (14) et un arbre de sortie (15) sont montés sur la plaque inférieure (2); un engrenage plus grand (4) et un engrenage plus petit (5) sont montés de manière coaxiale sur l'arbre central (11); l'engrenage plus grand (4) vient en prise avec un engrenage de distribution de vilebrequin (3); un engrenage entraîné par un arbre à cames (7) est monté sur l'arbre à cames (13); un premier engrenage baladeur (6) est monté sur le premier arbre d'engrenage baladeur (12) et un second engrenage baladeur (8) est monté sur le second arbre d'engrenage baladeur (14); l'engrenage plus petit (5) vient en prise avec le premier engrenage baladeur (6) et le second engrenage baladeur (8), respectivement; le premier engrenage baladeur (6) vient en prise avec l'engrenage entraîné par l'arbre à cames (7); le second engrenage baladeur (8) vient en prise avec un engrenage de pompe d'injection (9) qui est fixé sur l'arbre de sortie (15).
