Abstract

The invention relates to instruments and tools with optical devices for carrying out medical examination of internal cavities and can be also used for industrial endoscopy, including the automobile, aviation, turbine building, power and other industries. The inventive video photo endoscopic device is designed in the form of a pistol and comprises a rigid or flexible endoscope with a light source, namely a light conductor, attached thereto. The endoscope is connected to a body in which the following components are accommodated: a video photo camera, a control unit for the photo camera, a data record unit, a voice recorder and a monitor which is connected to the body and is designed in such a way that it can be folded back or turned, wherein the pistol grip is made so that the tilt angle thereof can be changed in relation to the axis of the video photo camera. The invention makes it possible to extend the functionalities of the video photo endoscopic device including: the unlimited mobility and the ease of use, the improved quality of photographs, the unlimited recording and storage of photographs and the possibility of recording video and audio information.

Description

VIDEOFOTOENDOSKOPICHESKOE DEVICE

The invention relates to devices and instruments with optical devices for the medical examination of internal cavities and can also be used in industrial endoscopy - in engineering, where endoscopy, including automotive, aviation, turbine construction, the energy industry and others.

Endoscopy - a method the internal cavities of the study with the help of special devices - endoscopes. The term "Endoscopy" is derived from two Greek words: epdo - inside and ssorio - watch, explore. This method is widely used in medicine for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes - in surgery, gastroenterology, pulmonology, urology, gynecology, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, orthopedics, dentistry and other medical fields.

Modern endoscopes used fiber optics (fiber), which allows to get a real, undistorted image of the inner cavity. The last decade has witnessed the advent of new endoscopes, in which an image is obtained at the expense of the CCD or CMOS sensor, placed on the end of the endoscope, which greatly improves the image quality. Now you can record the resulting image on the monitor and in the database. In recent years, there were video endoscopes with zoom 100-150 times and get a picture on the screen structural framework inside face of the cavity.
