Abstract

본 발명은 전자결제방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 매출채권발행업체가 수령업체에 매출채권을 발행하면, 수령업체의 금융기관에서 결제대행시스템으로 매출채권이 발행되었음을 통보하고, 결제대행시스템에 가입된 모든 업체는 수령한 매출채권 또는 전자증서를 담보로 발행업체가 되어 전자증서를 발행할 수 있으며, 전자증서를 받은 모든 수령업체는 받은 전자증서를 담보로 새로운 전자증서를 발행하지 않은 경우에 해당 전자증서의 현금화를 결제대행시스템에 요청할 수 있으며, 현금화가 요청되면 결제대행시스템은 현금화가 요청된 전자증서와 관련된 모든 전자증서, 매출채권의 경로를 추적하며, 경로상에 있는 모든 업체의 금융계정으로 현금화가 진행되므로써, 발행업체는 기 수령한 구매카드대금, 전자어음 등의 매출채권이나, 전자증서, 현금, 신용 등을 지급정지시키고 용이하게 전자증서를 발행할 수 있고, 수령업체는 지급정지되어 담보가 확실한 전자증서를 수령할 수 있으며, 필요에 따라 전자증서를 저렴한 수수료로 용이하게 할인받을 수 있다. 또한, 발행업체는 수령업체가 전자증서를 현금화하는 경우에 중소기업진흥보상금을 지급받아 추가적인 수익을 올릴 수 있는 효과가 있는 전자결제방법에 관한 것이다.
