Abstract

Disclosed is a method for evaluating video data by a contest. The method for evaluating video data by a contest according to the present invention first allows a video data contest mediation sever to receive information on a video data producing request and a video data producing cost from a sponsor terminal and to transmit information on the video data producing request and the video data production cost to terminals. Thereafter, when the video data contest mediation server receives video data from a producer terminal and transmits the video data to a client terminal, it selects specific video data among video data and receives victory video data selection information from a spreader terminal that registers the selected specific video data in other web pages. The method for evaluating video data by a contest distributes a predetermined prize to the producer of video data and the spreader of video data, making it possible to rapidly spread the produced video data, pays the predetermined prize according to the established method for evaluating video data, making it possible to allow the producer to produce the video data with better quality, and can provide the video data with better quality to the sponsor of video data in a defined budget.

Description

Description METHOD FOR EVALUATING VIDEO DATA BY CONTEST

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a method for evaluating video data by a contest, and more specifically, to a method for evaluating video data by a contest capable of increasing a spreading effect of the video data. Background Art

[2] Since the introduction of the Internet, kinds of services using the Internet have been expanded and the use of the Internet has been increased. In particular, portal sites providing moving pictures have been increased. Examples of representative portal sites providing moving pictures may include YouTube (kr.youtube.com), Pandora TV (www.pandora.tv), Gom TV(www.gomtv.com), Afreeca (www.afreeca.com), AURA (video.iple.com), mgoon(www.mgoon.com), MNCAST(www.mncast.com), q. freechal(q.freechal.com), and the like. The number of contents, such as User Created Contents (UCCs) produced by users, has been gradually increased in these portal sites. The large portal sites make profits by combining an advertisement with the UCCs by various methods.

[3] However, since UCCs are spread in the existing portal sites by producers of the

UCCs or extremely limited staffs, such as managers of portal sites in which the UCCs are uploaded, the spreading efficiency is degraded and since sponsors, which request the production of video data, pay the compensation of production costs of video data to only a producer producing the video data, it is difficult to expect the voluntary participation of spreaders that spread the UCCs. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[4] The present invention proposes to solve the above problems. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for evaluating video data by a contest so that sponsors of video data can be supplied with more various video data with good quality in a defined budget.

[5] It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for evaluating video data by a contest capable of rapidly spreading produced video data. Technical Solution

[6] To achieve the above objects, there is provided a method for evaluating video data by contest, comprising: a) allowing a video data contest mediation server to receive, from a sponsor terminal, a video data producing request in order to produce a video data from producer terminals transmitting the video data among client terminals through a web page and video data production cost information that is fixed by the video data evaluating result for the video according to a video data evaluation manner established by the video data contest mediation server; b) allowing the video data contest mediation server to transmit the video data producing request and the video data production cost information to the plurality of client terminals; c) allowing the video data contest mediation server to receive the video data from the producer terminals and to transmit the video data to the client terminals through the web page; and d) as a predetermined client terminal that selects a predetermined video data of the video data becomes a spreader terminal that registers the predetermined video data on other web pages, allowing the video data contest mediation server to receive victory video data selection information transmitted to the video data contest mediation server from the spreader terminal.

[7] Preferably, the video data producing request includes information on the object, concept and producing period for the video data.

[8] Preferably, the video data evaluation manner includes the frequency of the victory video data selection information which the video data contest mediation server receives from the spreader terminal.

Advantageous Effects

[12] The method for evaluating video data by a contest according to the present invention distributes a predetermined prize to the producers of video data and the spreaders of video data, making it possible to rapidly spread the video data.

[25] Referring to FIG. 1, a system implementing a method for evaluating video data by a contest includes a video data contest mediation server 100, wherein the video data contest mediation server 100 provides video data contest mediation sites to producers, spreaders, consumers, and sponsors that are accessed through the Internet and stores and manages information on video data by interworking with a video data contest mediation database 110. Herein, a concept of the producers, spreaders, consumers, and sponsors of course includes general Internet users that perform a series of works through an advertisement mediation site and the producers, spreaders, consumers, and sponsors are not classified depending on their own works. In other words, as one example, there may be the spreaders performing the spread of video data among the producers. Alternatively, since the sponsors can access the advertisement mediation site as general consumers, the producers, spreaders, consumers, and sponsors do not have an exclusive relation to each other and thus, they can perform two or more works.

[27] In addition, each of the producers, spreaders, consumers, and sponsors accesses the video data contest mediation site through the Internet by using a producer terminal 300, a spreader terminal 400, a consumer terminal 500, and a sponsor terminal 200. The number thereof is not limited.

[28] Meanwhile, the video data contest mediation site, which is a web site provided from the video data contest mediation server 100 may be various portal sites, personal blogs, personal homepages, and the like, that are provided from Internet. The producer terminal 300, the spreader terminal 400, the consumer terminal 500, and the sponsor terminal 200 access the web site through the Internet, making it possible to confirm video data in real time. [30] Referring to FIG. 2, in the method for evaluating video data by a contest, the video data contest mediation server 100 is first subjected to a step (S710) of receiving a video data producing request from the sponsor terminal 200 through the web page.

[31] The video data producing request includes information on an object, concept, and production period of sponsor desired video data as well as information on a method for evaluating video data to be produced by the producer and video data evaluating results according to the method for evaluating video data. In the present embodiment, the method for evaluating video data includes a frequency of victory video data selection information, a frequency of a reply, a reading frequency, etc. The detailed method for evaluating video data will be described below.

In the present embodiment, the object of the video data is 00 potato chip and the detailed limitation of the concept is excluded from the video data producing request report of the present embodiment.

[37] The video data evaluation manner includes a frequency of victory video data selection information, a frequency of a reply, a reading frequency, a spread frequency, etc.

[38] In detail, the frequency of the victory video data selection information is a frequency that the client terminal selects the specific video data and when the client terminal selects the specific video data, since the qualification of the spread terminal 400 for the specific video data is given, the selection frequency of the specific video data is substantially the same as the number of the spreader terminals 400. The selection frequency is described as the number of supporters in the video data evaluation report and the frequency that the supporters register the specific video data in other web sites is described as the spread number in the video data evaluation report.

The reply inputs the description of contents so that the specific video data can be easily searched for on the web. Through the above steps, even though the contest of the corresponding video data is finished, the search for the corresponding video data can be performed well.

[1] A method for evaluating video data by contest, comprising: a) allowing a video data contest mediation server to receive, from a sponsor terminal, a video data producing request in order to produce a video data from producer terminals transmitting the video data among client terminals through a web page and video data production cost information that is fixed by the video data evaluating result for the video according to a video data evaluation manner established by the video data contest mediation server; b) allowing the video data contest mediation server to transmit the video data producing request and the video data production cost information to the plurality of client terminals; c) allowing the video data contest mediation server to receive the video data from the producer terminals and to transmit the video data to the client terminals through the web page; and d) as a predetermined client terminal that selects a predetermined video data of the video data becomes a spreader terminal that registers the predetermined video data on other web pages, allowing the video data contest mediation server to receive victory video data selection information transmitted to the video data contest mediation server from the spreader terminal.
[2] The method for evaluating video data by contest according to claim 1, wherein the video data producing request includes information on the object, concept and producing period for the video data.
[3] The method for evaluating video data by contest according to claim 1, wherein the video data evaluation manner includes the frequency of the victory video data selection information which the video data contest mediation server receives from the spreader terminal.
[4] The method for evaluating video data by contest according to claim 1, wherein when the spreader terminal registers the predetermined video on other web pages, a description for the predetermined video data is added to the predetermined video data from the spreader terminal.
[5] The method for evaluating video data by contest according to claim 4, wherein the video data evaluation manner includes the frequency of the reply and the spread frequency of the predetermined video data.
[6] The method for evaluating video data by contest according to claim 1, wherein the video data contest mediation server counts the reading frequency of the video data from the client terminal and the video data evaluation manner includes the reading frequency.
