Description

卧式高温热风炉 技术领域
本发明涉及一种卧式高温热风炉, 是一种将煤气、 蒸汽、 空气等气体, 经 过高频换热, 实现超高风温的换热装置。
技术背景
传统的热风炉, 以现代高炉配套拷贝式热风炉和球式热风炉为代表的气体 换热装置, 上述换热装置热效率偏低, 热风温度偏低, 最高只能达到 1250°C, 体积庞大, 一次性投资高, 特别是用较低热值高炉煤气燃烧热风炉, 难以获得 高风温等不足。
发明内容
本发明是为了进一歩节能, 减少二氧化碳等温室气体的排放, 特别为适应 高炉工艺、 煤气发生炉工艺对蒸汽、 煤气、 空气等气体高效换热需要而设计的 一种卧式高温热风炉。
采用的解决方案是:
卧式高温热风炉, 包括炉体、 球床、 冷风口、 热风口, 其特征在于炉体内 的左右两侧分别设有燃烧室, 炉体的底部位于燃烧室的下方装设有多个燃嘴, 所述的冷风口设置在炉体的左侧, 所述的热风口设置在炉体的右侧, 且冷风口 和热风口分别与炉体左右两侧的燃烧室相联通, 所述的球床设置在炉体的中部, 球床的两侧采用格子砖结构, 中间加入高铝小球, 球的直径为 Φ 10— Φ 60ιηηι, 炉体的顶部开设有人孔。
本发明所述的卧式高温热风炉工作原理为:
在烧嘴内通如煤气和空气, 燃烧后使球床温度升高, 待球床温度升高至一 定温度, 然后停止加热, 从冷风口引入待换热气体, 低温气体经过球床, 吸收 球床热量, 然后从热风口排出热风炉。 当球床温度等于或低于换热温度时, 停 止冷风吹入, 继续开始加热。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、 采用蓄热式烧嘴加热, 使烟尘排放温度低于 150°C, 减少了燃料消耗, 提高了能源利用率。
2、 本发明所述热风炉, 不仅可以预热空气, 也可以预热煤气或水蒸汽,
-1- 同时也可以用于预热和重整其它可燃气体。
3、 本发明所述的热风炉, 可以提供更高的预热温度, 温度可达 1250-1450 °c。
4、 本发明所述的热风炉, 因采用了比传统热风炉直径更小的小球 (Φ 10- Φ 20ιηηι), 在换热面积相同时, 体积和重量縮小为原来的 60-66%, 同时炉体也 得以减小, 因此本热风炉造价得以降低。
5、 本发明结构简单, 投资少, 换热效率高, 容易用低热值煤气达到高换热 温度, 其换热效率可达 80%。

具体实施方式
实施例一
卧式高温热风炉, 包括炉体 6、 球床 4、 冷风口 1、 热风口 9, 炉体 6为方 形, 在炉体 6内的左右两侧分别设有燃烧室 2, 炉体 6的底部位于左右燃烧室 2 的下方分别安装有蓄热式烧嘴 3, 在炉体 6的左侧开设有冷风口 1, 在炉体 6的 右侧开设有热风口 8。 球床 4由格子砖隔墙 8和小球 7组成, 小球 7采用直径 Φ 20ιηηι的一级高铝球。 炉体的顶部开有一人孔 5。 球床 4内的小球 7及格子砖 隔墙 8经加热, 达到 1500— 1550 °C后, 空气经冷风口鼓入, 空气经过球床 4后, 被预热到 1250— 1450°C, 然后经热风口 9通过管道送入反应器。

1、 卧式高温热风炉, 由炉体、 球床、 冷风口、 热风口, 其特征在于炉体内 的左右两侧分别设置有燃烧室, 炉体的底部位于燃烧室的下方装设有多个燃嘴, 所述的冷风口设置在炉体的左侧, 所述的热风口设置在炉体的右侧, 且冷风口 和热风口分别与炉体左右两侧的燃烧室相联通, 所述的球床设置在炉体的中部, 球床的两侧采用格子砖结构, 中间加入高铝小球, 球的直径为 Φ 10— Φ 60ιηηι, 炉体上方设置有人孔。
