Description
一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种预填式自动回縮的安全针具,尤指一种附有经预先填 装药液的瓶体于施打动作完成后,经可缩式推杆推压迫使瓶体抵顶针座向 前,再藉由可縮式推杆的回缩及弹簧的伸张,使针座、瓶体回缩至针筒中, 以降低针扎伤害及污染, 并保护使用者安全的安全针具。
背景技术
按针具的使用,可对人体施以注射或血液抽取, 并可将体内中的病菌 控制或清除及各种病症与症状作筛检与治疗, 为了治疗上使用的方便性、 管理的效率性、 用药的正确性、 剂量的准确性、 伪药的防赌性、 产品的差 异性等考虑, 预填式针剂已成为医药产业非常重要的发展趋势,传统型的 预填式针具已有 30多年历史,虽然皆采用一次使用完毕后即抛弃的针筒, 但使用后已污染的针尖仍暴露在外,经由已污染的针具感染的血液病原性 疾病如 AIDS、 B型、 C型肝炎等高达 20余种, 且在针扎事件发生后的后 续追踪处理上也都必需付出相当大的经济及社会成本。又如当糖尿病患者 或需定时自行施打药物的使用者, 如在外地, 如办公室、 餐厅、 旅馆等场 地施打时,于施打完毕后通常均将针具弃置于一般垃圾桶,甚至任意丢弃, 其使用后污染的针尖均暴露于外,极易对垃圾清洁人员或拾获的儿童产生 针扎伤害, 造成极严重的社会健康问题。
缘此, 发明人积极深研安全针具的设计, 除使用的方便性外, 更以顾 及使用者、清洁人员甚至任何可能意外触及者的健康安全作为设计考虑的 主要方向,使预先装填药液的药瓶结合于具有自动回缩结构的针具中, 而 于施打注射完成后, 可将针座及药瓶自动回縮于针筒中, 以防止使用后已 感染的针尖因外露而对医疗人员、清洁人员, 或任何其它第三者造成针扎
伤害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种预填 式自动回縮的安全针具, 使该针具施打注射完成后, 可将针座及药瓶自动 回缩于针筒中, 以防止使用后已感染的针尖因外露而对医疗人员、清洁人 员, 或任何其它第三者造成针扎伤害。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明所采用的技术方案是: 一种预填式自动 回缩的安全针具, 至少包括一针筒及一针座, 还包括一瓶体, 该瓶体可预 先装填液状或粉状药物, 并具有胶塞、 盖体及可动式塞体, 其中塞体具有 一被固定件供与可缩式推杆嵌合; 该针筒具有若干扣钩供扣持该针座, 并 于注射完成后引导该针座与瓶体回缩至针筒内;该针座中心处设置双头形 成尖端的贯穿针管, 供与瓶体的穿剌及注射; 一弹簧设于针座间, 供针座 具有回弹的动力; 一可缩式推杆包含有两者相互嵌合的杆体,其一者管径 较大于另一者, 且于一端形成一柱体, 于动作时能缩合为同一管体。
一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具, 至少包括一针筒及一针座, 该针筒 具有若干扣钩供扣持该针座, 并于注射完成后引导该针座回缩至该针筒 内; 该针座中心处设置双头形成尖端的贯穿针管, 且一端所形成的挡片套 设一胶圈; 一弹簧设于针座间, 供针座具有回弹的动力; 以及一可缩式推 杆, 其包含有两者相互嵌合的杆体, 其一者管径较大于另一者, 且一者管 体的一端形成一橡胶头, 于动作时能缩合为同一管体。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的针座端部形成若干 U型滑道,以供针筒端部的若干扣钩于其 中作滑移动作; 其藉由一弹簧设于针座的环围处, 经可缩式推杆迫使瓶体 及针座抵顶针座向前推动, 使弹簧动作以带动扣钩于针座各滑道中动作, 以完成自动回缩的动作。
本发明提供一种预先装填药液的瓶体可容置于具自动回缩的安全针 筒中,该可缩式推杆的前段杆回缩至后段杆中,而后段杆具有凸起部使其 嵌卡于针筒内, 以完成一体回收。

具体实施方式
首先, 请参阅图 1所示: 系本发明各部位零件立体图及组合示意图。 其中本发明一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具为一种预先装填药液的瓶体 可容置于具自动回缩的安全针筒中,其至少包括有: 一连接针管 130的针 座 13及其胶圈 14、 一护盖 10、 一针筒 11、 一预先装填药液的瓶体 15以 及一容置于针筒 11中的可缩式推杆 16, 针筒 11可扣持该针座 13, 并藉 由一环形弹簧 12引导施打完毕后的针座 13与瓶体 15朝注射反方向回缩。
然, 该针座 13容纳两端型成尖部并贯穿针座 13中心部的针管 130, 于针座 13—端的适当位置上设有若干定位槽 131、 坡道 132、 回转滑道 133及贯穿滑道 134, 其形成近似 ϋ型回缩动作滑道, 而定位槽 131系用 与针筒 11一端部所形成的扣钩 110形成卡扣,使其定位于定位槽 131内,

当弹簧 12进一步被压縮时,针筒 11的扣钩 110沿着定位槽 131、坡道 132、 回转滑道 133及贯穿滑道 134形成近似 U型滑道移动, 而使针座 13朝注 射反方向回缩, 而于针座 13另一端则形成一圆盘状的挡片 135, 该挡片 135具有环形凹状的胶圈槽 1350供胶圈 14套设其中, 其提供弹簧 12回 缩时与针筒 11的内筒 112环围壁面抵接之用。
又, 该针筒 11形成中空状且一端具有耳把 111, 又于一端设有若干 个具适当变形裕度且面向圆心的扣钩 110, 在未使用时, 扣钩 110稳定卡 扣于针座 13的定位槽 131内, 待施打完毕后,使用者再向针座 13方向施 力, 压迫扣钩 110使针座 13与扣钩 110间的卡扣解除而产生回缩动作。
再请同时参阅图 2、 图 3、 图 4-1、 图 4- 2及图 4- 3所示, 系为本发 明一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具的瓶体与可缩式推杆结合示意图与使 用动作示意图, 其中可预先填装药液的瓶体 15为中空管体, 于一端开口 盖设一胶塞 150及一中空 Π型盖体 151 , 另一端则穿塞一端具有被固定件 1520的塞体 152,供可缩式推杆 16旋合于其中,而可缩式推杆 16具有前 段杆 160与后段杆 161, 该前段杆 160系一侧开口的中空管体, 于一端中 心部形成柱体 1600, 以供与瓶体 15的塞体 152的被固定件 1520旋合对 应, 该后段杆 161 系近似中空管体, 于管体环围纵壁面形成环状凸起部 1610及若干挡块 1611, 以供与针筒 11卡扣。
而于使用时,该可缩式推杆 16的前段杆 160—端的柱体 1600固定于 瓶体 15中塞体 152的被固定件 1520中, 并将固定瓶体 15的可缩式推杆 16容置于针筒 11的内筒 112中向前推进, 经瓶体 15的胶塞 150穿刺于 针管 130的下尖部 1301, 使可缩式推杆 16可向前推进将瓶体 15中的药 液经由针管 130 进入人体中; 然, 于施打注射完毕时, 再将可缩式推杆 16向针座 13方向施力推进, 使卡扣于针座 13定位槽 131的扣钩 110顺 着针座 13—端形成近似 U型滑道的坡道 132、 旋转滑道 133及贯穿滑道
134中移动, 导致弹簧 12伸张, 带动使针座 13及瓶体 15向与注射方向 相反的方向回縮。
请再参阅图 5及图 6所示,系为本发明一种预填式自动回缩的安全针 具的可縮式推杆结合实施示意图, 该可缩式推杆 16的前段杆 160直径小 于后段杆 161的直径, 于前段杆 160的一端环围处形成环状凸肋部 1601, 而后段杆 161于一端的内缘处形成环状凹肋部 1611, 其于组构时, 该可 缩式推杆 16系为具有适当变形裕度的塑料材料,使凸肋部 1601可卡扣于 凹肋部 1611中,而于可缩式推杆 16动作时, 该前段杆 160可滑入后段杆 161中;
又, 另一实施例, 该可缩式推杆 16'的前段杆 160'的直径可大于后段 杆 16Γ的直径, 其于前段杆 160'的一端环围处形成环状凹肋部 160 , 而后段杆 161 '于一端的内缘处形成环状凸肋部 1611', 其于组构时, 该使 前段杆 160'的凹肋部 160 可卡扣于后段杆 16 的凸肋部 161 Γ中,另于 可缩式推杆 16'动作时, 该前段杆 160'可滑落于后段杆 161 '外环围上。
请再参阅图 7、 图 8及图 9所示, 系为本发明一种预填式自动回缩的 安全针具的可缩式推杆动作示意图, 于施打注射完毕时, 将可缩式推杆 16向针座 13方向施力推进, 使卡扣于针座 13定位槽 131的扣钩 110向 两侧微张脱离定位槽 131, 同时可缩式推杆 16经向前迫使抵顶, 使前段 杆 160的凸肋部 1601向一端脱离后段杆 161的凹肋部 1611,并因弹簧 12 具有适当张力, 将针座 13、 瓶体 15与前段杆 160向注射的反方向缩回, 而于后段杆 161环围处形成的凸起部 1610卡合于针筒 11内筒 112—端开 口处的凹肋部 1120中,另于后段杆 161环围处形成的挡块 1612系抵顶于 耳把 111的一侧, 以阻挡后段杆 161再向前推进; - 而经后段杆 161卡合于针筒 11中, 该弹簧 12将针座 13、 瓶体 15与 前段杆 160回缩留置于针筒 11中, 完成一种匣式的安全针具。
再请参阅图 10所示, 系为本发明一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具的 另一实施例示意图, 其中该可缩式推杆 16的前段杆 160'直径大于后段杆 16Γ直径, 而针筒 1 于耳把 11 一侧形成中空柱状的阻挡件 113'且于 开口端内部环围处形成凹肋部 114', 于注射完毕时, 该前段杆 160'的凹 肋部 160 脱离后段杆 16 的凸肋部 1611', 经弹簧 12的扩张而将针座 13、瓶体 15及前段杆 160'朝注射反方向回縮于针筒中;另,该后段杆 16 一端的推板 1613'于针座 13、瓶体 15及前段杆 160'回缩时,该推板 1613' 卡合于针筒 1 Γ的阻挡件 113'内部环围处的凹肋部 114'中, 而形成固持。
再请同时参阅图 11、 图 12所示, 系为本发明一种预填式自动回缩的 安全针具的针座实施例示意图,该针座 13的针管 130贯穿针座 13中心部, 其中该针管 130可为二者所实施, 其一者针管 130'容置于针座 13的一端 部中, 另一者针管 130' '则容置于针座 13'另一端挡片 135'中心处。
Claims
1. 一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具, 至少包括一针筒及一针座, 其 特征在于: 还包括一瓶体, 该瓶体可预先装填液状或粉状药物, 并具有胶 塞、 盖体及可动式塞体, 其中塞体具有一被固定件供与可缩式推杆嵌合; 该针筒具有若干扣钩供扣持该针座,并于注射完成后引导该针座与瓶体回 缩至针筒内; 该针座中心处设置双头形成尖端的贯穿针管, 供与瓶体的穿 剌及注射; 一弹簧设于针座间, 供针座具有回弹的动力; 一可缩式推杆包 含有两者相互嵌合的杆体,其一者管径较大于另一者,且于一端形成一柱 体, 于动作时能缩合为同一管体。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具, 其特征 在于, 该针座的针管可为二者分别设于针座的二端部所实施。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具, 其特征 在于, 该针座于端部形成若干 U型凹槽滑道。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具, 其特征 在于, 该塞体的被固定件为螺旋型或锥扣部。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具, 其特征 在于, 该可缩式推杆为前段杆外缘的直径小于后段杆内缘的直径所实施。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具, 其特征 在于, 该前段杆可于后段杆内缘滑移。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具, 其特征 在于, 该可缩式推杆为前段杆的内缘直径大于后段杆的外缘直径所实施。

14. 一种预填式自动回缩的安全针具, 至少包括一针筒及一针座, 其 特征在于: 该针筒具有若干扣钩供扣持该针座, 并于注射完成后引导该针 座回缩至该针筒内; 该针座中心处设置双头形成尖端的贯穿针管,且一端 所形成的挡片套设一胶圈; 一弹簧设于针座间, 供针座具有回弹的动力; 以及一可缩式推杆, 其包含有两者相互嵌合的杆体, 其一者管径较大于另 一者, 且一者管体的一端形成一橡胶头, 于动作时能缩合为同一管体。
