Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has been developed in order to provide a dispensing machine that solves the previously stated disadvantages, moreover, providing other additional advantages that will be apparent from the accompanying description below.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a dispensing machine blister packs for the supply of tablets, the type in which said blister includes a plurality of individual housings to receive tablets, proceeding said pellets of one or more blister packs previously manufactured or in bulk, characterized by the fact that it comprises:

Another advantage is that said dispensing machine can be installed in pharmaceutical establishment in which the available space is limited so does not require a considerable space for installation and operation.

In one embodiment of the invention, each platform includes a template formed by a substantially laminar body provided with a plurality of housings in which are deposited individually supplying tablets.

According to another aspect of the invention, said extraction means consist of a pusher mechanism movable axially in two axes X and Y in a sequential manner, supported by a portal structure disposed on the at least one platform.

Advantageously, means are provided for guiding the tablets from the at least one platform to the blister pack to be filled. Preferably, the guide means of the metering machine comprising a metering hopper that collects the tablets coming from at least one platform, movable on one axis of coordinates located on the bottom of the at least one platform and above the means transporting the blister packs or blister bands.

According to another feature of the invention, each platform has inferiorly of a transport element, such as a slightly inclined ramp to the horizontal plane or in an alternative embodiment of a conveyor belt associated to an evacuation channel, the end of the discharge channel is coupled to the metering hopper. 82

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

As shown in the accompanying drawings, an embodiment of the machine of the invention comprises a storage area referenced generally by (1) intended for storing a plurality of pills. Such tablets come from blister packages previously made or bulk of at least two different types of tablets, said storage area (1) on its outside a housing within which is disposed a plurality of platforms (2) horizontal or substantially horizontal placed at different height levels.
