図1に、本発明の一実施の形態に係るOAローラ用梱包容器にOAローラを組み込んだ状態を示す斜視図を示す。また、図2は、図1に示す梱包容器を角度を変えて見た状態を示す斜視図である。さらに、図3は、図1に示す梱包容器の平面図であり、図4は図3中のA-A線に沿う断面図である。
(実施例1)
図1に示すような箱体形状を有するOAローラ用梱包容器を、段ボール(K5W)により製造した。1容器あたりのOAローラの収納本数は15本とし、二対の立設部の高さの差は3mmとした。
図7に示すような箱体形状を有するOAローラ用梱包容器を、段ボール(K5W)により製造した。1容器あたりのOAローラの収納本数は15本とし、二対の立設部の高さの差は3mmとした。
図21に示すような箱体形状を有するOAローラ用梱包容器を、段ボール(K5W)により製造した。1容器あたりのOAローラの収納本数は15本とし、二対の立設部の高さの差は3mmとした。
1容器あたりのOAローラの収納本数が15本である従来の梱包容器を、ポリプロピレン(PP)により製造した。
Claims (18)
- 矩形状の底部と、その周囲に設けられた互いに対向する二対の立設部とからなる箱体形状を有するOAローラ用梱包容器において、
段ボールにより全体が一体的に形成された組立て式容器であって、少なくともOAローラの軸保持部を備え、かつ、前記二対の立設部のうちのいずれか一対が、他方よりも高く形成されていることを特徴とするOAローラ用梱包容器。 - 前記二対の立設部のうちのいずれか一対の立設部で、該一対の立設部のうち少なくとも一方の立設部に、前記軸保持部と、該立設部の上端から該軸保持部まで延在するスリットとが形成されている請求項1記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- スリットを形成されていない一対の立設部が、他方よりも高く形成されている請求項2記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記一方の立設部と対向する立設部には、前記軸保持部のみが形成されている請求項2記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 少なくとも一方の立設部に、立設部の上端から該軸保持部まで延在するスリットが形成された前記一対の立設部の軸保持部側の側面で、OAローラの軸長手方向の移動を規制している請求項2記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 軸保持部側の側面で、OAローラの軸長手方向の移動を規制している一対の立設部のうち少なくとも一方の立設部の外側の側面に、OAローラ取り出し用の帯状開封部を設けた請求項5記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- スリットが、前記帯状開封部の上端から軸保持部まで延在して形成されている請求項6記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記スリットが、前記段ボールの中芯の筋目方向に沿って形成されている請求項2記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記二対の立設部のうちいずれか一対の立設部に、OAローラの軸保持部を備え、
前記底部に、OAローラの軸を保持するための溝を有する切起し部が形成され、
該一対の立設部のうち少なくとも一方の立設部のOAローラの軸保持部が、前記切起し部を立設して形成された切起し軸保持部である請求項1記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。 - 前記切起し軸保持部の溝の開口部を閉塞する蓋部材を有する請求項9記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記蓋部材が、前記切起し軸保持部を有する立設部の側面上部を屈曲して、前記溝の開口部の上部に延在して形成されてなる第一蓋片を有し、該第一蓋片で前記溝の開口部を閉塞する請求項10記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記蓋部材が、前記溝の開口部の上部から梱包容器内側に延在した第一蓋片部と、
該第一蓋片に連接され、前記切起し軸保持部に向けて屈曲した第二蓋片部と、
さらに、該第二蓋片に連接され、先端を前記底面に向けて屈曲して前記切起し軸保持部を押さえた保持片部と、を有する請求項11記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。 - 前記溝の開口部の上部から延在してなる前記蓋部材の両側に突起部を有し、OAローラの軸保持部を備えていない一対の立設部の梱包容器内側上端部に、前記突起部と嵌合する切欠き部を有する請求項10記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記底部に複数の前記切起し部が形成され、該切起し部同士の間にリブ部を有する請求項9記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記軸保持部が、略円形の切欠き孔からなる請求項1記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記一方の立設部と対向する立設部の軸保持部が、略円形の切欠き孔からなる請求項9記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記切欠き孔が、一部不連続の円形切断部により形成される請求項15記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
- 前記切欠き孔が、一部不連続の円形切断部により形成される請求項16記載のOAローラ用梱包容器。
