Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément de toiture (3) et un bâtiment comportant un tel élément de toiture. Cet élément de toiture (3) comprend une base en matériau thermoconducteur dont une face forme une surface rayonnante (5) revêtue d'une couche supérieure en polymère transparent. La face opposée comprend un ou plusieurs canaux (6) définissant un chemin d'écoulement d'un fluide d'échange thermique. L'élément de toiture peut être parabolique et peut comporter sur son axe focal un dispositif photovoltaïque tel qu'une cellule solaire. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de recueillir un réfrigérant liquide refroidi, notamment de l'eau. Le réfrigérant est conduit dans les canaux de l'élément de toiture, puis est transporté vers un réservoir tel qu'un aquifère. L'invention concerne enfin un procédé permettant de recueillir l'eau de condensation dans l'air ambiant, la condensation étant provoquée par le rayonnement thermique de l'élément de toiture.
