权 利 要 求
1、 一种新型大吨位吊管机, 包括起升机构、 吊臂 (4)、 配重 (6)、 伸 缩油缸、 变幅机构、 吊钩 (1)、 动力装置、 驾驶室(2)、 履带式底盘 (3)、 安全装置; 液压装置的操作机构设置在驾驶室(2) 内, 吊臂(4)一端通过 销轴与工作台铰接连接, 起升机构通过其钢丝绳将吊钩设置在吊臂 (4) 的 另一端;伸缩油缸安装在工作台的另一侧,变幅机构、配重(6)、伸縮油缸、 起升机构与液压装置联接; 动力装置与液压装置联接, 其特征在于: 驱动轮
(5) 的齿轮采用外倾式; 配重(6)通过四连杆结构设于车架上, 并处于吊 臂 (4) 的对侧。

8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型大吨位吊管机, 其特征在于: 所述 的变幅机构和起升机构设置为一体化, 并设置在吊臂 (4) 的对侧。
9、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种新型大吨位吊管机, 其特征在于: 所述 的变幅机构设置为机械与液压一体化, 安装在工作台并在吊臂(4)的对侧, 液压马达采用低速大扭矩马达。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型大吨位吊管机, 其特征在于: 所述 的起升机构设置为包含有离合器,离合器设置为与驱动液压马达的输出端联 接,离合器的输出端设置为与起升机构卷筒联接,起升机构固定安装在工作 台上并在吊臂 (4) 的对侧。
