図2に、上記各カットサンプルによるアルデヒド類残存量を示す。図2の結果より、本発明のカットサンプルは優れたアルデヒド類除去性能を示すことが分かる。特に、フェルト層表面に揮発性有機物質捕捉剤を塗布したサンプルはアルデヒド類除去性能に優れていることが分かる。
Claims (5)
- 少なくともフェルト層と該フェルト層上に載置又は固着された非通気性又は難通気性の樹脂層とから構成される基材と、該基材上に載置又は固着された表皮を備える自動車用カーペットであって、該基材を構成するフェルト層の底面に、揮発性有機物質捕捉剤が混入、塗布又は散布されていることを特徴とする自動車用カーペット。
- 前記基材が更に吸音層を備え、前記フェルト層と該吸音層の間に前記非通気性又は難通気性の樹脂層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用カーペット。
- 前記吸音層が前記フェルト層よりも揮発性有機物質の含有量が少ない材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動車用カーペット。
- 前記吸音層に揮発性有機物質捕捉剤が混入、塗布又は散布されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の自動車用カーペット。
- 前記揮発性有機物質捕捉剤が平均粒径1~200nmを有する二酸化珪素のアミノシラン反応物であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の自動車用カーペット。
