在实现本发明的过程中,发明人经过研究发现, 上述现有技术中终端在初 次接入核心网时, 可能不请求分配 IP地址, 而仅仅建立数据通道。 网络如果 需要实施策略控制, 由于现有的策略控制会话是基于 IP连接的, 所以现有的 EPS 网络数据连接相关的策略控制流程不适用于终端与数据网关间的数据通 道不建立 IP连接的情况。 此外, 对网关间的移动管理协议而言, 现有技术仅 适用于可以不需要 IP地址的 GPRS隧道协议( GTP, GPRS Tunneling Protocol ), 而不适用于移动 IP协议。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种移动网络的数据连接的建立方法、移动网络及策略 控制实体, 能够在终端与网关之间建立数据通道之后, 由网关触发策略控制实 体实现策略控制会话的建立或更新。
本发明实施例提供以下技术方案:
本发明实施例提供一种移动网络的数据连接的建立方法, 包括: 建立终端与网关之间的数据通道;
根据终端发送的地址分配请求消息或者数据通道建立请求消息为终端分 配 IP地址;
发送策略控制会话建立或更新请求消息至策略控制实体,所述请求消息包 含所述 IP地址, 以便于所述策略控制实体根据所述策略控制会话建立或更新 请求消息建立或更新策略控制会话。
本发明实施例还提供一种策略控制实体, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收网关发送的策略控制会话建立请求消息, 所述策略控 制会话请求消息携带数据通道标识信息;
建立单元,用于根据所述策略控制会话请求消息携带的数据通道标识信息 建立策略控制会话;
更新单元,用于根据所述策略控制会话更新请求消息更新策略控制会话的 IP地址信息及策略控制规则信息。
此外, 本发明实施例还提供一种移动网络, 包括:
网关, 用于建立与终端之间的数据通道,根据终端发送的地址分配请求消 息或者数据通道建立请求消息为终端分配 IP地址, 并发送策略控制会话建立 或更新请求消息至策略控制实体, 所述请求消息包含所述 IP地址;
策略控制实体,用于根据网关发送的策略控制会话建立或更新请求消息建 立或更新策略控制会话。
本发明实施例提供一种数据连接的建立方法、 移动网络及策略控制实体, 能够在终端与网关之间建立数据通道之后,由网关触发策略控制实体实现策略 控制会话的建立或更新。 在终端通过数据网关获取 IP地址分配时, 由数据网 关建立或更新策略控制会话; 或者在终端通过服务网关获取 IP地址分配时, 由服务网关建立到数据网关的移动 IP连接, 进而建立或更新策略控制会话。 本发明实施例能够在终端不请求分配 IP地址的情况下仍能实施策略控制, 不 仅适用于 GTP协议, 也能适用于移动 IP协议。

本发明实施例提供一种数据连接的建立方法、 移动网络及策略控制实体, 能够在终端与网关之间建立数据通道之后,由网关触发策略控制实体实现策略 控制会话的建立或更新。 为使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 下面参照附图并举实施例, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
如图 1所示,为下一代移动通信网络提出的支持业务级动态策略控制的网 络架构。 如图 2所示, 为本发明实施例提供的数据连接的建立方法流程图, 包 括以下步骤:
步骤 201、 建立终端与网关之间的数据通道;
步骤 202、 网关根据终端发送的地址分配请求消息为终端分配 IP地址; 步骤 203、 网关根据所述 IP地址触发策略控制实体建立或更新策略控制 会话。
其中, 所述步骤 201中, 建立终端与网关之间的数据通道具体可以是, 建 立终端与数据网关之间的数据通道; 或者建立终端与服务网关之间的数据通 道。 终端发送网间协议(IP, Internet Protocol )地址分配请求消息, 例如, 动 态主机配置协议( DHCP, Domain Host Control Protocol )消息, 请求分配访问 数据网的 IP地址; 数据网关发送 IP地址分配响应消息, 携带所分配的 IP地 址。
所述步骤 202中, 网关根据所述 IP地址触发策略控制实体建立或更新策 略控制会话具体可以是,建立数据网关与策略控制实体之间的策略控制会话过 程; 或者建立服务网关与策略控制实体之间的策略控制会话过程; 或者是先前 已经建立数据网关或服务网关与策略控制实体之间的策略控制会话,之后策略 控制实体再根据分配的 IP地址更新策略控制规则。
如图 3所示,为本发明实施例一提供的数据连接的建立过程示意图,包括: 步骤 301、 终端与数据网关间建立一个数据通道, 例如, 移动终端的附着 连接建立, 终端在附着请求中没有请求分配 IP地址, 网络使用了 GTP移动管 理协议, 建立 GTP承载。 在连接建立过程中, 终端获取连接相关的配置信息, 可以包括承载控制模式等等;
步骤 302、 终端发送地址分配请求消息给数据网关, 例如, DHCP请求消 息, 请求分配访问数据网的 IP地址。 数据网关根据地址分配请求消息处理地 址分配, 包括网关自身分配 IP地址或者通过其他服务器或网关为终端分配 IP 地址;
步骤 303、 数据网关发送地址分配响应消息, 携带所分配的 IP地址给终 端,此外, 消息还可以携带数据网配置信息给终端, 包括域名解析服务(DNS, Domain Name Service )地址、 代理 -呼叫会话控制功能 (P-CSCF, Proxy-Call Session Control Function )地址、 应用服务器地址等信息;
步骤 304、 数据网关根据所述 IP地址发送策略控制会话建立请求消息给 策略控制实体, 请求建立此 IP连接的策略控制会话;
步骤 305、策略控制实体根据所述策略控制会话建立请求消息中携带的 IP 地址建立策略控制会话。
所述步骤 305中, 策略控制实体还可以下发此 IP连接的策略控制规则信 息给数据网关。
其中, 步骤 303与步骤 304之间没有先后顺序; 步骤 303是可选的。 如图 4所示,为本发明实施例二提供的数据连接的建立过程示意图,包括: 步骤 401、 终端与数据网关之间建立数据通道, 数据网关与策略控制实体 间建立策略控制会话过程; 其中,数据网关提供数据通道标识信息给策略控制 实体, 所述数据通道标识信息包括: 终端的 ID信息、 访问数据网 ID信息。 策 略控制实体可以发送相关的策略控制规则信息给数据网关,可用于数据通道的 建立, 例如, 为数据通道预留带宽资源等。 在数据连接的建立过程中, 终端还 可以从数据网关获取连接相关的配置信息, 可以包括承载控制模式等等。
步骤 402、 终端发送地址分配请求消息, 请求分配访问数据网的 IP地址。 数据网关收到请求消息后, 为终端分配 IP地址, 包括网关自己分配或者转发 请求消息通过其它服务器或者网关分配。
步骤 403、 数据网关发送地址分配响应消息, 携带所分配的 IP地址。 此 夕卜, 消息还可以携带数据网配置信息给终端, 包括 DNS服务器地址、 P-CSCF 地址、 应用服务器地址等信息。
步骤 404、 数据网关发送策略控制会话更新请求消息给策略控制实体, 提 供终端的 IP地址及数据通道标识信息。
步骤 405、 策略控制实体可以根据数据通道标识信息关联到先前所建立的 策略控制会话, 更新策略控制会话的 IP地址信息, 还可以更新策略控制规则, 包括提供基于此 IP地址的数据包过滤分流信息等, 下发更新的策略控制规则 信息给数据网关。
其中, 步骤 403和步骤 404没有先后顺序; 步骤 403是可选的。
上述流程中, 用户终端所访问的是同一个数据网。 用户终端在步骤 401 中没有分配 IP地址, 随后通过步骤 402、 步骤 403分配 IP地址。
如图 5所示,为本发明实施例三提供的数据连接的建立过程示意图,包括: 步骤 501、 终端与服务网关间建立数据通道, 服务网关还可以提供数据通 道标识信息给策略控制实体, 与策略控制实体之间建立策略控制会话过程, 用 于对与终端间的数据通道的策略控制。所述数据通道标识信息包括:终端的 ID 信息、 访问数据网 ID信息。 在数据连接的建立过程中, 终端还可以从服务网 关获取连接相关的配置信息, 可以包括承载控制模式等等;
步骤 502、 终端发送地址分配请求消息给服务网关, 请求分配访问数据网 的 IP地址;
步骤 503、 服务网关发送连接建立请求消息, 例如代理移动 IP绑定更新 消息,请求数据网关为终端建立访问数据网的 IP连接。数据网关分配 IP地址, 包括自身分配或者通过其他服务器、 网关分配;
步骤 504、 如果需要数据网关与策略控制实体之间建立此 IP连接的策略 控制会话, 获取相应的策略控制规则信息;
步骤 505、 数据网关发送连接建立应答消息给服务网关, 所述连接建立应 答消息包括地址分配响应消息, 携带所分配的 IP地址。 此外, 消息还可以携 带数据网配置信息给终端, 包括 DNS服务器地址、 P-CSCF地址、应用服务器 地址等信息;
步骤 506、 如果需要, 服务网关可以发起到策略控制实体的更新或建立此 IP连接的策略控制会话过程, 包括提供连接的 IP地址及数据通道标识信息给 策略控制实体;
步骤 507、 服务网关发送地址分配响应消息给终端, 携带所获取的 IP地 址。 此外, 消息还可以携带数据网配置信息给终端, 包括 DNS服务器地址、 P-CSCF地址、 应用服务器地址等信息。
其中,步骤 506与步骤 507之间没有先后顺序;步骤 507是可选的。另夕卜, 如果在步骤 501中,服务网关已建立了到策略控制实体的会话过程, 那么在步 骤 504中, 策略控制实体在接收到连接的 IP地址后, 也可以主动发起到服务 网关的策略控制规则信息的更新请求。如果在步骤 501中,服务网关没有建立 到策略控制实体的会话过程, 则可以在数据网关为终端建立访问数据网的 IP 连接后, 由数据网关建立到策略控制实体间的此 IP连接的策略控制会话过程, 具体过程可以参照前述本发明实施一的描述, 此处不再赘述。
如图 6所示,为本发明实施例四提供的数据连接的建立过程示意图,包括: 步骤 601、 终端发送数据通道建立请求消息给服务网关, 例如, 附着请求 消息, 所述数据通道建立请求消息没有请求分配 IP地址;
步骤 602、 服务网关发送数据通道建立请求消息给数据网关, 例如代理移 动 IP绑定更新消息或者 GTP创建承载消息, 数据网关根据所述数据通道建立 请求消息为终端建立访问数据网的 IP连接。 数据网关分配 IP地址, 包括自身 分配或者通过其他服务器、 网关分配;
步骤 603、 如果需要, 数据网关与策略控制实体之间建立此 IP连接的策 略控制会话, 获取相应的策略控制规则信息;
步骤 604、 数据网关发送数据通道建立应答消息给服务网关, 所述数据通 道建立应答消息包括地址分配响应消息, 携带所分配的 IP地址。 此外, 所述 数据通道建立应答消息还可以携带数据网配置信息给终端, 包括 DNS服务器 地址、 P-CSCF地址、 应用服务器地址等信息;
步骤 605、 如果需要, 服务网关可以发起到策略控制实体的建立此 IP连 接的策略控制会话过程, 包括提供连接的 IP地址给策略控制实体;
步骤 606、 服务网关发送数据通道建立应答消息给终端, 例如, 附着完成 消息, 消息不携带为终端分配的 IP地址;
步骤 607、 终端发送地址分配请求消息给服务网关或者数据网关, 请求分 配 IP地址;
步骤 608、 服务网关或者数据网关发送地址分配响应消息给终端, 携带所 获取的 IP地址。 此外, 所述地址分配响应消息还可以携带数据网配置信息给 终端, 包括 DNS服务器地址、 P-CSCF地址、 应用服务器地址等信息。
需要说明的是, 如果上述过程中没有步骤 603 , 也就是说数据网关未与策 略控制实体建立策略控制会话过程。

因此, 本文提供一种数据连接的建立方法、 移动网络及策略控制实体, 能 够在终端与网关之间建立数据通道之后,由网关触发策略控制实体实现策略控 制会话的建立或更新。 在终端通过数据网关获取 IP地址分配时, 由数据网关 建立或更新策略控制会话; 或者在终端通过服务网关获取 IP地址分配时, 由 服务网关建立到数据网关的移动 IP连接, 还可以建立或更新策略控制会话。 本发明实施例能够在终端不请求分配 IP地址的情况下仍能实施策略控制, 不 仅适用于 GTP协议, 也能适用于移动 IP协议。

10、根据权利要求 5所述的移动网络的数据连接的建立方法,其特征在于, 所述根据数据通道建立请求消息为终端分配 IP地址的步骤, 包括: 服务网关接收终端发送的数据通道建立请求消息,所述数据通道建立请求 消息未携带地址分配请求指示;
服务网关发送所述数据通道建立请求消息至数据网关;
数据网关根据所述数据通道建立请求消息建立数据通道并为终端分配 IP 地址, 并发送数据通道建立应答消息至服务网关, 所述数据通道建立应答消息 携带所述分配的 IP地址。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的移动网络的数据连接的建立方法, 其特征在 于, 所述策略控制实体根据所述策略控制会话建立请求消息建立策略控制会 话, 包括:
数据网关和 /或服务网关发送策略控制会话建立请求消息给策略控制实 体, 所述策略控制会话建立请求消息携带有为终端分配的 IP地址;
策略控制实体根据所述 IP地址建立策略控制会话。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的移动网络的数据连接的建立方法, 其特征在 于,所述策略控制实体根据所述策略控制会话建立请求消息建立策略控制会话 之后, 还包括:
服务网关发送数据通道建立应答消息给终端;所述数据通道建立应答消息 未携带为终端分配的 IP地址;
终端发送地址分配请求消息给服务网关或者数据网关,请求分配 IP地址; 服务网关或者数据网关发送地址分配响应消息给终端 ,所述地址分配响应 消息携带所述 IP地址。
13、根据权利要求 4或 6所述的移动网络的数据连接的建立方法, 其特征 在于, 所述数据通道标识信息包括: 终端的 ID信息或访问数据网 ID信息。
14、 一种策略控制实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元,用于接收网关发送的策略控制会话建立请求消息或策略控制会 话更新请求消息,所述策略控制会话请求或更新请求消息携带有为终端分配的 IP地址;
建立单元, 用于根据所述策略控制会话建立请求消息建立策略控制会话; 更新单元,用于根据所述策略控制会话更新请求消息更新策略控制会话的 IP地址信息及策略控制规则信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的策略控制实体, 其特征在于, 还包括: 下发单元, 用于根据所述策略控制会话更新请求消息携带的 IP地址下发 更新的策略控制规则信息至网关。
16、 一种移动网络, 其特征在于, 包括:
网关, 用于建立与终端之间的数据通道,根据终端发送的地址分配请求消 息或者数据通道建立请求消息为终端分配 IP地址, 并发送策略控制会话建立 或更新请求消息至策略控制实体, 所述请求消息包含所述 IP地址;
策略控制实体,用于根据网关发送的策略控制会话建立或更新请求消息建 立或更新策略控制会话。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的移动网络, 其特征在于, 所述网关包括数据 网关, 所述数据网关包括:
第一分配单元,用于根据终端发送的地址分配请求消息或者数据通道建立 请求消息为终端分配 IP地址, 所述数据通道建立请求消息未携带地址分配请 求指示;
第一发送单元, 用于发送策略控制会话建立请求消息给策略控制实体, 所 述策略控制会话请求消息携带所述为终端分配的 IP地址;
所述策略控制实体包括:
接收单元, 用于接收策略控制会话建立请求消息;
建立单元, 用于根据所述策略控制会话请求消息携带的为终端分配的 IP 地址, 建立策略控制会话。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的移动网络, 其特征在于, 所述移动网络还包 括服务网关:
所述数据网关的第一发送单元 ,还用于发送数据通道建立应答消息给服务 网关, 所述数据通道建立应答消息携带所分配的 IP地址;
所述服务网关包括:
第二发送单元, 用于根据所述数据通道建立应答消息携带的 IP地址发送 策略控制会话建立请求消息给策略控制实体,所述策略控制会话建立请求消息 携带所述 IP地址。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的移动网络, 其特征在于,
所述数据网关还包括:
第二分配单元, 用于根据终端发送的地址分配请求消息为终端分配 IP地 址;
则所述第一发送单元, 还用于根据所述第二分配单元所分配的 IP地址, 发送策略控制会话更新请求消息给策略控制实体,所述策略控制会话更新请求 消息携带所述 IP地址;
所述策略控制实体还包括更新单元, 用于更新策略控制会话的 IP地址信 息及策略控制规则信息;
则所述策略控制实体的接收单元,还用于接收数据网关发送的策略控制会 话更新请求消息, 所述策略控制会话更新请求消息携带为终端分配的 IP地址 和数据通道标识信息。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的移动网络, 其特征在于,
所述服务网关,还用于发送连接建立请求消息给数据网关, 所述连接建立 请求消息携带地址分配请求指示;发送策略控制会话更新请求消息给策略控制 实体,所述策略控制会话更新请求消息携带所述 IP地址和数据通道标识信息; 所述数据网关,用于根据所述连接建立请求消息携带的地址分配请求指示 为终端分配 IP地址, 并发送连接建立应答消息给服务网关, 所述连接建立应 答消息携带为终端分配的 IP地址; 则所述策略控制实体的接收单元, 还用于 接收服务网关发送的策略控制会话更新请求消息,所述策略控制会话更新请求 消息携带为终端分配的 IP地址和数据通道标识信息所述的更新单元, 还用于 根据所述策略控制会话更新请求消息携带的 IP地址更新所述数据通道标识信 息对应的策略控制会话。
