服务器将新增的可接入频点、带宽和无线通信制式等信息作分组处理后, 将包括上述信息的分组接入表项下发给终端。 例如通过分组接入表项告知终 端运营商 B釆用 895. 6Mhz频点作为 GSM的广播消息频点, 同时还釆用 21 1 0. 2频 点上的 4. 6Mhz带宽的频率的 WC丽 A制式用于消息广播,并且该信息以美国这个 国家为分组基础; 服务器对新增信息进行分组处理也就是告知终端以哪个信 息作为分组基础, 终端将服务器下发的信息进行相应地分组存储。
服务器在对新增信息进行处理生成分组接入表项信息后立即下发给终 端, 也可以定时向终端发送新增信息, 还可以根据终端发送的请求信息向终 端下发新增信息即分组接入表项信息; 服务器向终端下发该新增信息可以是 单独下发该分组接入表项, 也可以是将该分组接入表项加入到分组接入表中 后, 将整个表一同下发给终端, 在该表中存储有所有按照分组规则分好组的 终端可接入的频点、 带宽和无线通信制式等信息。
本发明实施例提供的网络消息处理方法中, 移动终端的签约运营商在有 新的频点或者无线通信制式的时候, 将该消息通知所有签约终端, 并且该消 息是按照分组规则处理过的,使得终端也按照相同的分组方式存储新增信息; 终端在进行开机时, 终端在所有可接入频点和通信制式的一小部分分组中进 行信号搜索驻留, 减小开机搜索延时。
本发明网络搜索方法实施例
图 2为本发明网络搜索方法实施例流程结构图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括 如下步骤:
步骤 200 , 接收分组接入表项信息, 所述分组接入表项信息包括新的可接 入频点和通信制式信息;
在终端的签约运营商增加了新的无线通信制式业务, 或该签约运营商和 其他国家或地区的运营商签订的漫游, 或者由该运营商为签约终端提供服务 的协议时, 服务器对新增的频点、 带宽和无线通信制式等信息进行分组处理, 然后向终端发送分组接入表项信息; 终端接收签约运营商服务器下发的分组 接入表项信息,在该表项信息中包括终端新的可接入的频点和通信制式信息。
步骤 201, 将所述分组接入表项信息按照预先设定的分组规则进行存储。 终端在接收到分组接入表项信息后, 将该表项中包括的新增的频点、 带 宽和无线通信制式以及使用范围等信息, 按照与服务器分组规则相同分组方 式存储该信息。 具体地可以为将所述分组接入表项信息按照预先设定的分组 规则存储在分组接入表中。 在终端存储的分组接入表中, 存储有所有终端可 接入的频点和通信制式信息, 并且该信息是按照一定的分组规则存储的, 即 可以是以国家为一组, 在该组中包括该国家有几种制式, 每个制式有哪些可 接入频点和每个频点使用的带宽信息; 当然表中也可以以其它信息作为分组 的基础, 例如以某个地区或者某个运营商为一组等等。 例如终端接收到一条 关于一运营商在中国釆用 895. 6Mhz频点作为 GSM的广播消息频点的广播消息 后, 根据该表项分组规则获知该消息要以 "中国" 这一国家为组进行分组存 储,终端将新增的频点和制式信息存储在终端分组接入表中的 "中国"分组中。
终端在关机后再次开机时, 首先确定在分组接入表中的哪个分组中的频 点和通信制式上进行信号搜索, 分组确认具体可以为根据初始化设置信息, 在所述分组接入表中选择接入搜索分组, 即终端可以在默认的分组中进行搜 索, 也可以先通过定位功能初始化自动生成终端目前所处地理位置, 例如终 端在开机后通过 GPS定位功能获知目前位于美国境内,那么终端就在分组接入 表中 "美国" 分组中的可接入频点和通信制式上进行信号搜索。 分组确认还 可以是通过用户选择来完成, 具体为终端在开机后, 向用户提供操作页面, 用户在该页面上选择所要进行搜索的分组范围,例如用户目前处于美国境内, 并选择了分组接入表中 "美国" 分组, 则终端就在 "美国" 分组中的可接入 频点和通信制式上进行信号搜索。 当然也可以根据分组规则在其他分组中进 行搜索, 例如按照某个运营商进行分组搜索等。 搜索过程为在搜索分组首先 按照某个制式搜索最强的信号频点, 验证该频点上是否能够驻留; 若不能, 则再换一个制式搜索信号最强的频点, 验证该频点是否能够驻留。 该搜索仅 仅需要搜索终端已经保留的消息中提示的频点带宽和无线通信制式, 因此大 大降低了搜索和验证时间。
以下列举网络消息下发和接收方法的具体实施过程,例如运营商 A在网络 中通过架设一个频点信息服务器, 提供其签约漫游的 C国运营商 B使用的 GSM 制式和频点信息,服务器下发该新增信息或用户访问该服务器得到这个信息。 当该用户漫游到 C国后进行手机开机的时候, 通过人机界面提示手机搜索 C国 的 GSM制式的相关频点, 手机分组只对存储的相关频点和制式进行搜索, 很快 搜索到相关频点并驻留。再例如运营商 A在网络中通过架设一个频点信息服务 器, 提供其签约漫游的 I地区所有运营商使用的 GSM和 WC丽 A和 LTE制式和频点 信息, 用户访问该服务器得到这个信息。 当该用户漫游到 C国开机的时候, 通 过人机界面提示手机搜索 I地区所有运营商所有制式相关频点,手机只对存储 的相关频点和制式进行搜索, 4艮快搜索到相关频点并驻留。
本发明实施例通过将终端可接入的频点和通信制式信息进行分组下发, 终端在开机时仅在指定的分组中包括的频点和通信制式上进行信号搜索, 减 少了终端开机延时, 提高终端开机接入网络的速度和效率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: R0M、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本发明服务器实施例
图 3为本发明服务器实施例结构示意图, 如图 3所示, 服务器包括分组 模块 11和下发模块 12 , 其中分组模块 11用于按照预先设定的分组规则, 生 成与包括新的可接入频点和通信制式信息的网络消息对应的分组接入表项信 息; 下发模块 12用于下发所述分组接入表项信息。 当因终端的签约运营商增 加了新的无线通信制式业务, 或因该签约运营商和其他国家或地区的运营商 签订的漫游, 或者由该运营商为签约终端提供服务的协议等原因产生新的终 端可接入的频点和制式信息时, 分组模块 11将包括有新增频点、 带宽和无线 通信制式的信息按照分组规则进行分组处理, 生成与新增信息对应的分组接 入表项信息;下发模块 12向服务器的签约终端下发所述分组接入表项信息或 分组接入表。
服务器中还包括有第一存储模块 1 3 用于存储包括所述分组接入表项信 息的分组接入表。 在分组模块 11生成分组接入表项信息后, 将其加入到分组 接入表中, 并由第一存储模块 1 3进行存储。 服务器还包括第一接收模块 14 用于接收终端的分组接入表获取请求信息。 当服务器的第一接收模块 14接收 到终端发来的新增信息请求信息后,下发模块 12向发出请求的终端下发所述 分组接入表项信息。
本发明实施例提供的服务器将新增信息进行分组处理后, 下发给终端, 使得终端以相同的分组方式对可接入频点和通信制式进行分组存储, 在进行 搜索时仅在一选定的分组内的可接入频点和通信制式上进行信号搜索, 减少 了搜索延时。 本发明终端实施例
图 4为本发明终端实施例结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 该终端包括查找模块 21和搜索模块 22 , 其中查找模块 21用于在分组接入表中选择接入搜索分组; 搜索模块 22用于在所选择的接入搜索分组中包括的频点和通信制式上, 进行 信号搜索。
当终端重启进行网络信号搜索时, 终端的查找模块 21根据初始化信息或 用户输入信息, 在分组接入表中查找与之相应的接入搜索分组, 所述分组接 入表中包括分组接入表项信息, 所述分组接入表项信息包括可接入频点和通 信制式信息; 查找模块 21查找到相应的接入搜索分组后, 通过搜索模块 22在 所选择的接入搜索分组中包括的频点和通信制式上, 进行信号搜索, 找到接 入网络。
进一步地, 查找模块 21包括第一获取单元 211和第二获取单元 212 , 其中 第一获取单元 211用于根据初始化设置信息,在所述分组接入表中选择接入搜 索分组; 第二获取单元 212用于根据接收到的用户输入的选择信息, 在所述分 组接入表中选择接入搜索分组。
本实施例提供的终端还包括第二接收模块 23用于接收分组接入表项信 息; 还包括第二存储模块 24用于按照预先设定的分组规则, 将接收到的所述 分组接入表项信息存储到分组接入表中相应的分组中。 第二接收模块 23接收 服务器下发的包括新的可接入频点和通信制式信息的分组接入表项信息后, 将该分组接入表项信息发给第二存储模块 24 , 第二存储模块 24按照预先设定 好的分组规则, 将该表项添加到第二存储模块 24中存储的分组接入表中相应 的分组中。 当手机重新开机时, 查找模块 21在第二存储模块 24中查找符合条 件的接入搜索分组。
由终端的签约运营商通知该终端目前该终端可能接入的所有频点和在这 些频点上的不同制式和不同带宽, 终端将这个信息按照规定的分组方式存入 某个非挥发性存储器中, 例如 S IM卡或者 FLASH Memory中。 终端将所有可接入 的频点和通信制式信息分组存储, 终端在开机时仅在指定的分组中包括的频 点和通信制式上进行信号搜索, 减少了终端开机延时, 提高终端开机接入网 络的速度和效率。
本发明网络消息处理系统实施例
图 5为本发明网络消息处理系统实施例结构示意图, 如 5图所示, 该系 统包括服务器 1和终端 2 , 其中服务器 1包括分组模块 11和下发模块 12 , 其 中分组模块 11用于按照预先设定的分组规则,生成与包括新的可接入频点和 通信制式信息的网络消息对应的分组接入表项信息;下发模块 12用于下发所 述分组接入表项信息。 当因终端的签约运营商增加了新的无线通信制式业务, 或因该签约运营商和其他国家或地区的运营商签订的漫游, 或者由该运营商 为签约终端提供服务的协议等原因产生新的终端可接入的频点和制式信息 时, 分组模块 11将包括有新增频点、 带宽和无线通信制式的信息按照分组规 则进行分组处理, 生成与新增信息对应的分组接入表项信息; 下发模块 12向 服务器 1的签约终端下发所述分组接入表项信息。
服务器 1中还包括有第一存储模块 1 3用于存储包括所述分组接入表项信 息的分组接入表。 在分组模块 11生成分组接入表项信息后, 将其加入到分组 接入表中, 并由第一存储模块 1 3进行存储。 服务器 1还包括第一接收模块 14用于接收终端 2的分组接入表获取请求信息。 当服务器 1的第一接收模块 14接收到终端 1发来的新增信息请求信息后, 下发模块 12向发出请求的终 端 2下发所述分组接入表项信息。
终端 2包括查找模块 21和搜索模块 22 ,其中查找模块 21用于在分组接入表 中选择接入搜索分组; 搜索模块 22用于在所选择的接入搜索分组中包括的频 点和通信制式上, 进行信号搜索。
当终端重启进行网络信号搜索时, 终端的查找模块 21根据初始化信息或 用户输入信息, 在分组接入表中查找与之相应的接入搜索分组, 所述接入搜 索分组中包括分组接入表项信息, 所述分组接入表项信息包括可接入频点和 通信制式信息; 查找模块 21查找到相应的接入搜索分组后, 通过搜索模块 22 在所选择的接入搜索分组中包括的频点和通信制式上, 进行信号搜索, 找到 接入网络。
进一步地, 查找模块 21包括第一获取单元 211和第二获取单元 212 , 其中 第一获取单元 211用于根据初始化设置信息,在所述分组接入表中选择接入搜 索分组; 第二获取单元 212用于根据接收到的用户输入的选择信息, 在所述分 组接入表中选择接入搜索分组。
本实施例提供的系统中,终端 2还包括第二接收模块 23用于接收分组接入 表项信息; 还包括第二存储模块 24用于按照预先设定的分组规则, 将接收到 的所述分组接入表项信息存储到分组接入表中相应的分组中。 第二接收模块 23接收服务器下发的包括新的可接入频点和通信制式信息的分组接入表项信 息后, 将该分组接入表项信息发给第二存储模块 24 , 第二存储模块 24按照预 先设定好的分组规则, 将该表项添加到第二存储模块 24中存储的分组接入表 中相应的分组中。 当手机重新开机时, 查找模块 21在第二存储模块 24中查找 符合条件的接入搜索分组。
由终端的签约运营商通知该终端目前该终端可能接入的所有频点和在这 些频点上的不同制式和不同带宽, 终端将这个信息按照规定的分组方式存入 某个非挥发性存储器中, 例如 S IM卡或者 FLASH Memory中。 终端将所有可接入 的频点和通信制式分组存储, 终端在开机时仅在指定的分组中包括的频点和 通信制式上进行信号搜索, 减少了终端开机延时, 提高终端开机接入网络的 速度和效率。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种网络消息处理方法, 其特征在于包括:
按照预先设定的分组规则, 生成与包括新的可接入频点和通信制式信息 的网络消息对应的分组接入表项信息;
下发所述分组接入表项信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的网络消息处理方法, 其特征在于所述下发所述 分组接入表项信息包括:
生成所述分组接入表项信息后立即下发;
或定时下发所述分组接入表项信息;
或在接收到请求信息后下发所述分组接入表项信息。
3、 一种网络搜索方法, 其特征在于包括:
在分组接入表中选择接入搜索分组, 所述分组接入表中包括分组接入表 项信息, 所述分组接入表项信息包括可接入频点和通信制式信息;
在所选择的接入搜索分组中包括的频点和通信制式上, 进行信号搜索。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的网络搜索方法, 其特征在于还包括:
接收所述分组接入表项信息;
将所述分组接入表项信息按照预先设定的分组规则进行存储。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的网络搜索方法, 其特征在于在所述分组接入表 中选择接入搜索分组具体为:
根据初始化设置信息, 在所述分组接入表中选择接入搜索分组; 或根据接收到的用户输入的选择信息, 在所述分组接入表中选择接入搜 索分组。
6、 一种服务器, 其特征在于包括:
分组模块, 用于按照预先设定的分组规则, 生成与包括新的可接入频点 和通信制式信息的网络消息对应的分组接入表项信息;
下发模块, 用于下发所述分组接入表项信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的服务器, 其特征在于还包括: 第一存储模块, 用于存储包括所述分组接入表项信息的分组接入表。
8、根据权利要求 6或 7所述的服务器,其特征在于还包括: 第一接收模块, 用于接收终端的分组接入表获取请求信息。
9、 一种终端, 其特征在于包括:
查找模块, 用于在分组接入表中选择接入搜索分组, 所述分组接入表中 包括分组接入表项信息, 所述分组接入表项信息包括可接入频点和通信制式 信息;
搜索模块, 用于在所选择的接入搜索分组中包括的频点和通信制式上, 进行信号搜索。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的终端, 其特征在于所述查找模块包括: 第一获取单元, 用于根据初始化设置信息, 在所述分组接入表中选择接 入搜索分组;
第二获取单元, 用于根据接收到的用户输入的选择信息, 在所述分组接 入表中选择接入搜索分组。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的终端, 其特征在于还包括第二接收模块, 用于接收所述分组接入表项信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的终端, 其特征在于还包括第二存储模块, 用 于按照预先设定的分组规则, 将接收到的所述分组接入表项信息存储到分组 接入表中相应的分组中。
1 3、 一种网络消息处理系统, 其特征在于包括:
服务器, 用于按照预先设定的分组规则, 生成与包括新的可接入频点和 通信制式信息的网络消息对应的分组接入表项信息, 并将生成的所述分组接 入表项信息下发给终端;
终端, 用于在分组接入表中选择接入搜索分组, 并在所选择的接入搜索 分组中包括的频点和通信制式上, 进行信号搜索, 所述分组接入表中包括分 组接入表项信息, 所述分组接入表项信息包括可接入频点和通信制式信息。
