Description

Facing panel.
The present invention relates to the construction materials industry, namely, to the design of the cladding panel. The invention can be used for cladding facades of buildings and structures, interior decoration of residential and office buildings, window and doorways, rooms, in particular, coupes and cabs of vehicles, as well as furniture and household appliances.
Closest to the proposed technical essence is a cladding panel that contains a base including a layer of metal material, in the base on the side of the outer surface are recesses forming a decorative element of the cladding panel [RF Patent Utility Model Ns 66383, IPC E04F 13/12 ( 2006.01), publ. 09/10/2007 Bull. Ns 25]. The base of the described facing panel is made of stainless steel, and the decorative elements are made in the form of recesses from the side of its front surface and are filled with paint of the corresponding color. Such a facing panel, possessing a peculiar metallic luster and a contrasting color of paint in the recesses, creates a unique design.
The disadvantage of the described design, in addition to the high cost, is the insufficient heat and sound insulation of the premises. This is due, in particular, to the fact that metallic materials are good conductors of heat and sound, which somewhat limits the use of stainless steel cladding panels.
The basis of the invention is the task of creating such a cladding panel, which would have improved heat and sound insulation qualities compared to all-metal, would be cheaper than all-metal and at the same time would retain a unique unique design inherent in the metal. The problem is solved by creating in the design conditions for increased sound absorption in the cladding panel. The proposed facing panel, as well as the known one, contains a base including a layer of metal material, in the base on the side of the outer surface there are recesses forming a decorative element of the facing panel, and, according to the invention, the base contains at least two layers - the outer and inner interconnected, and between the layers there is a cavity.
The outer and inner layers can be interconnected using mechanical fastening or with an adhesive seam.
A feature of the invention is the fact that the cavity between the outer and inner layers is filled with sound-absorbing material.
A feature of the invention is the fact that the cavity between the outer and inner layers is filled with either an adhesive composition, or a metal solder, or a polymer, for example, a homogeneous polymer - silicone rubber.
A feature of the invention is the fact that the adhesive composition in the cavity between the outer and inner layers forms a flat discrete structure in the form of separate sections that are not interconnected. This design creates additional acoustic resistance and, in addition, is more durable, because, for example, a crack that occurs in one discrete section of the adhesive joint does not go to another section, which increases the reliability of the proposed design.
The implementation of the two-layer cladding panel allows you to create conditions in which acoustic waves entering the outer surface of the cladding panel are partially reflected, and due to the good sound permeability of the outer layer, pass through it and are absorbed by the inner layer or inner layers of the cladding panel. In addition, the use of the inner layer allows to reduce the thickness of the outer layer, in particular, the layer of expensive metal material and thereby reduce the cost of the facing panel, but to maintain its rigidity. High rigidity of the cladding panel is necessary, firstly, for the convenience of its installation, and secondly, for its stability during operation, when, for example, the working washer can freely rest on the facing panel with your feet, and thirdly, to protect against vandalism.
The outer layer of the base is made of either stainless steel or steel with a corrosion-resistant coating on the outer surface of the cladding panel, for example, galvanized iron, or a titanium alloy, or an aluminum alloy.
The proposed design of the cladding panel, due to the high corrosion resistance of the materials used, can also significantly increase the service life of the product. A feature of the invention is the fact that the cavity between the outer and inner layers is filled with porous material.
A feature of the invention is the fact that the cavity between the outer and inner layers is filled with polymer material.
A feature of the invention is the fact that the cavity between the outer and inner layers is filled with composite material.
A feature of the invention is the fact that the cavity between the outer and inner layers is filled with fusible metal material, for example, solder. A feature of the invention is that the cavity between the outer and inner layers is filled with foam material.
A feature of the invention is the fact that the cavity between the outer and inner layers is filled with either a polymeric material, or a composite, or a wood-particle mass, or a wood-fiber mass, or a mineral-fiber mass.
A feature of the invention is the fact that the cavity between the outer and inner layers is filled with foamed or non-foamed polyethylene, or polystyrene, or polypropylene or polyurethane, or epoxy resin, or PVC, or polyester, or polycarbonate.
As a filler material for these materials, finely dispersed powders of granite, quartz, glass, corundum, metal or metal shavings can be used. Such material in the cavity between the layers - the intermediate layer - is an obstacle to the acoustic wave, which reduces the acoustic pollution of the environment. By choosing the filler material, conditions are created to increase the sound and sound absorption capacity of the structure, as well as to increase its mechanical properties, in particular, strength, hardness, wear resistance, impact strength, durability of the polymer layer, and, in addition, the adhesive strength of the joint as base layers to each other , and with the surface on which the facing panel is fixed. The presence of sound-absorbing material in the cavity between the layers of the base of the facing panel not only creates an obstacle to the path of the acoustic wave, but also allows you to compensate for contact loads on the outer layer of the base.
Layers of the base are made of sheet or roll material. The use of sheet or rolled metals is the most technologically advanced in the automated manufacturing process of cladding panels.
One layer of the base is made of a polymeric material with a filler.
Such constructions are relatively cheap and have good sound-absorbing ability and can be successfully used both for interior decoration of residential and office premises, and building facades.
A new technical result obtained as a result of the implementation of the present invention is the creation of conditions under which acoustic waves entering the outer surface of the cladding panel are partially reflected, and due to the good sound permeability of the outer layer, pass through it and are absorbed by the inner layer or inner layers of the cladding panel, which reduces acoustic pollution.

The proposed facing panel includes a base containing two layers - the outer 1 and inner 2. Layers 1 and 2 are rigidly interconnected. In the outer layer 1 from the side of the outer surface of the cladding panel, recesses 3 are made, filled with filler - paint, which form a decorative element of the cladding panel.
Between layers 1 and 2 there is a cavity 4 / cm. figure 1 /. An adhesive joint can be placed in the cavity 4. In this case, the glue line in the cavity 4 forms a flat discrete structure in the form of separate, unconnected sections / cm. figure 2 /. This structure creates additional acoustic resistance and, in addition, is more durable, because, for example, a crack that occurs in one discrete section of the adhesive joint does not go to another section, which increases the reliability of the proposed panel design as a whole. The outer 1 and inner 2 layers can be interconnected also by mechanical fastening. The cavity 4 can be filled with sound-absorbing material, which can be used as a metal solder, or polymer, for example - homogeneous polymer, silicone rubber, or porous material, or polymeric material, or composite material, or particleboard, or fiberboard, or fiberboard, or foamed or not foamed polyethylene, or polystyrene, or polypropylene, or polyurethane, or epoxy in the form of discrete sections, or PVC, or polyester, or polycarbonate with or without fillers.
As a filler material for these materials, finely dispersed powders of granite, quartz, glass, corundum, metal or metal shavings can be used.
Such material in the cavity between layers 1 and 2 — the intermediate layer — is an obstacle to the path of the acoustic wave, which reduces the acoustic pollution of the environment. By choosing a filler material, conditions are created to increase the sound-absorbing ability of a structure, as well as to increase its mechanical properties, in particular, strength, hardness, wear resistance, impact strength, durability of the polymer layer, and, in addition, the adhesive strength of the joints of both the base layers and with the surface on which the facing panel is fixed. The number of layers in the cavity 4 and their geometric parameters is determined by the technological features of the production and the requirements for the degree of absorption of noise by the facing panel, as well as the requirements of rigidity and fire safety to the facing panel. The outer layer 1 can be made of a corrosion-resistant metal material, for example, stainless steel or alloys of titanium, aluminum, galvanized sheet steel. The inner layer 2 is made of sheet or roll plastic. Such materials can be, for example, polystyrene, tape sealants "Gerlen", "Liplen", Tervolent "," Likalen. Tape sealants are rolled elastoplastic materials that are a significant obstacle to the acoustic wave, have high tensile strength at break tensile, high bond strength with concrete - not less than 0.1 MPa. The proposed two-and more-layer cladding panel is produced in the factory, where all technological parameters of production can be precisely maintained, including temperature conditions, holding time under pressure at a given temperature, the presence of a protective gas medium during polymerization of the compound of the outer 1 and inner 2 layers , which allows you to get a strong and durable facing panel. For the manufacture of the proposed cladding panel using traditional equipment - stamping presses designed for the manufacture of blanks of the outer 1 and inner 2 layers, as well as specialized equipment. Depending on the materials used, pressing is used with or without preheating. As an example, for the manufacture of preforms of the inner 2 layers of non-metallic material, a model PB474 press was used with a pressing force of 630-6300 KN. Next, the mating surfaces of the blanks of the outer 1 and inner 2 layers were coated with an adhesive composition and their connection was performed under conditions of temperature conditions and pressures determined by the adhesive composition selected for connection.
соm].The cladding panel was fastened to the building surface using traditional means - either using cement mortar, or using a self-adhesive surface of tape sealant, or using a sealant based on polyurethane that quickly hardens in air, for example, Sikaflex-11 FC. The panels can also be fixed with glue with anchoring in accordance with the Sika ApshorFix - 1 technology [information was received on 08.10.2007 from the website www.sika.com].
After hard mounting to the surface of the building, the proposed facing panel works like this. Acoustic waves (noise), falling on the outer layer 1 are partially reflected from it, and partially penetrate into the panel structure. In the cavity 4 between the layers 1 and 2 or in the sound-absorbing material fixed in the cavity 4, the acoustic waves are almost completely quenched and do not penetrate the panel structure. This is due to the reflection of acoustic waves from the inner surfaces of layers 1 and 2, their mutual addition and subtraction (interference), thus reducing the energy of sound vibrations in the panel design, which, as a result, leads to a decrease in acoustic pollution of the environment.
The outer layer 1 of the cladding panel, in addition, works as a protection of the outer surface of the building, the inner layer 2 and the material in the cavity 4 from atmospheric influences, and, thanks to its high strength, also works as protection against contact influences. The material in the cavity 4 of foamed polyethylene or polystyrene is protected externally by the outer layer 1, which allows it to maintain its elastic properties for many years. And, in addition, the material in the cavity 4 under the action of contact actions on the cladding panel is elastically deformed, which can significantly reduce the destructive effect of such contact actions, and therefore contributes to an increase in the life of the cladding panel.
