Abstract

　適度な錠剤硬度と口腔内での速やかな崩壊性を兼ね備え、かつ加湿条件下で保存しても硬度低下が小さく、良好な口腔内崩壊性が維持される口腔内崩壊錠を提供する。 　本発明は、(a)結晶セルロース、(b)リン酸水素カルシウム類、(c)天然デンプン類及び(d)滑沢剤を含有する口腔内崩壊錠であって、該崩壊錠100重量％に対する配合割合が(a) 9～60重量％、(b) 16～60重量％、(c) 3～40重量％及び(d) 0.01～1.8重量％である口腔内崩壊錠に関する。
