Abstract

高照度化を図ることができるとともに、長寿命化を図ることができる発光装置を提供する。光反射面２０を内側に有する凹面鏡１２と、凹面鏡１２の内側に収容された複数のＬＥＤ光源２６ａ、２６ｂとを備える発光装置１０において、光反射面２０を凹面鏡１２の中心軸Ｌを中心にして放射状に分割して分割領域Ｓそれぞれに回転楕円面の一部が切り取られた部分楕円面２０ａ、２０ｂを形成し、ＬＥＤ光源２６ａ、２６ｂを対応する部分楕円面２０ａ、２０ｂに向けて該対応する部分楕円面２０ａ、２０ｂの焦点Ｆａ、Ｆｂにそれぞれ配設することにより、上記課題を解決することができる。
