According to the present invention, if there are no accidents or no violations of traffic regulations during a specific period or mileage, proper compensation money (insurance money) is paid. [60] The insurance subscription server 10 that has been paid with the compensation money from the insurance relay server 20 subscribes to the driver compensation insurance and becomes a serve 10 that has paid insurance premiums of, for example, 10 thousands won or more monthly, 30 thousands won or more quarterly or 120 thousands won or more in a lump sum wholly.
[61] The insurance relay server 20 largely includes a member D/B 21, a driver compensation insurance D/B 23, and a vehicle liability insurance D/B 25 and classifies and stores various data occurring when insurances are concluded.
[62] The insurance relay server 20 may further include a D/B for storing data or information supplied by the support server 30.
[63] Hereinafter, an insurance relay method of this system according to the present invention is described in detail.
[64] The vehicle liability insurance is compensated for according to the well-known procedure and therefore a process of compensating for the driver compensation insurance will be mainly described.
[65] FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing a method of relaying plural contracts of an automobile liability insurance and a driver compensation insurance using an Internet in accordance with the present invention.
[66] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of an input window for obtaining automobile information in the method of relaying plural contracts of an automobile liability insurance and a driver compensation insurance using an Internet in accordance with the present invention.
[67] FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example in which SMS text service is transmitted in the method of relaying plural contracts of an automobile liability insurance and a driver compensation insurance using an Internet in accordance with the present invention.
[68] As shown in the drawings, the method of relaying plural contracts of an automobile liability insurance and a driver compensation insurance using an Internet in accordance with the present invention begins with a step (Sl 11) in which the insurance subscription server 10 that has subscribed to the insurance relay server 20 as a member accesses a homepage constructed by the insurance relay server 20 and applies for an insurance contract.
[69] The insurance relay server 20 determines whether the insurance subscription server
10 is a member by reading records stored in the member D/B 21.
[70] If the insurance subscription server 10 is not a member, the insurance subscription server 10 can become a member by subscribing to the insurance relay server 20 according to a subscription procedure provided by the insurance relay server 20, and data thereof is stored in the member D/B 21.
[71] With respect to a non-member, the insurance relay server 20 can obtain simple information about an automobile, calculate an insurance premium of the automobile and show the calculated insurance premium to the non-member.
[72] If the insurance subscription server 10 accepts the insurance, it can become a member to the insurance relay server 20 and subscribe to the insurance supplied by the insurance relay server 20.
[73] If it is determined that the insurance subscription server 10 is a member, the insurance relay server 20 obtains simple information about an automobile from the insurance subscription server 10 and searches the vehicle registration office server 31 for checking whether the automobile has been registered (Sl 12).
[74] The automobile information can include a registration number, a driving purpose, a brand name, a factory output time, etc. of the automobile that will be insured by the insurance subscription server 10 (refer to FIG. 3).
[75] The insurance relay server 20 obtains a vehicle registration book, a regular test certificate, etc., which correspond to the information, from the vehicle registration office server 31 and determines whether the automobile is a registered automobile (S113).
[76] If, as a result of the determination, there are reasons for disqualification, all subsequent procedures are finished.
[77] Furthermore, the insurance relay server 20 stores the automobile information, obtained from the insurance subscription server 10, for example, in the member D/B 21 by linking the automobile information to member information.
[78] If, as a result of the determination in step (Sl 13), the automobile is a registered automobile, the insurance relay server 20 requests various pieces of information about the automobile, including information about whether the automobile has violated traffic regulations, supplied from the police office server 34, from the insurance development institute server 33 and the insurance association server 35 (Sl 14) and receives the requested information from the insurance development institute server 33 and the insurance association server 35.
[79] The insurance relay server 20 determines whether the automobile is eligible to subscribe to its insurances based on the received information (Sl 15).
[80] That is, the insurance relay server 20 obtains all pieces of information about the automobile, such as used car accident history information provided from the insurance development institute server 33 and violations of traffic regulations and payment of automobile penalties provided from the police office server 34.
[81] The insurance relay server 20 further obtains information, such as an registration number, accidents, violations of laws and regulations, and an automobile insurance subscription career from the insurance association server 35. .
[82] The insurance relay server 20 determines whether the automobile of the insurance subscription server 10, which will be insured, is eligible to subscribe to its insurances.
[83] If, as a result of the determination, the automobile has reasons for disqualification, all subsequent procedures are finished.
[84] Furthermore, the insurance relay server 20 stores data and information, obtained from the insurance development institute server 33 and the insurance association server 35, in a D/B.
[85] The data and information are preferably stored in the D/B with them being linked to member information.
[86] If, as a result of the determination in step (Sl 15), the automobile is eligible to subscribe to its insurances, the insurance relay server 20 calculates a vehicle liability insurance premium and a driver compensation insurance premium based on its insurance rate (S 116) and supplies the calculated insurance premiums, vehicle liability insurance terms, and driver compensation insurance terms to the insurance subscription server 10 (S 117).
[87] If the insurance contracts between the insurance subscription server 10 and the insurance relay server 20 are concluded, the insurance relay server 20 transmits the contents of the concluded contracts to the insurance subscription server 20, receives a public certification signature about the contracts from the public certification institute server 36, stores the public certification signature in the electronic document depository server 37, and notifies the insurance association server 35 of the fact (S118).
[88] The insurance relay server 20 stores the vehicle liability insurance and the driver compensation insurance, enrolled by the insurance subscription server 10, in the driver compensation insurance D/B 23 and the vehicle liability insurance D/B 25, respectively, along with the corresponding contracts.
[89] The insurance premiums can be paid through an Internet banking, telebanking or deposit without passbook, and the contents of the concluded contracts are sent to the insurance subscription server 20 via e-mail or mail.
[90] Furthermore, the fact that the insurances have been signed up can be informed to a mobile phone of the insurance subscription server 10 through SMS text service (refer to FIG. 4).
[91] If the insurance subscription server 10 requests compensation money from the insurance relay server 20 in accordance with the driver compensation insurance terms after the insurances are singed up, the insurance relay server 20 pays compensation money, contracted with the insurance subscription server 10, to the insurance subscription server 10 (S 119).
[92] The insurance relay server 20 pays the compensation money if there are no reasons for disqualification, such as traffic accidents or violations of traffic regulations during a specific period or mileage, based on information obtained from the insurance development institute server 33 and the insurance association server 35.
[93] At this time, if the insurance subscription server 10 pays the driver compensation insurance premium again despite that it has caused a traffic accident or violated traffic regulations, the insurance relay server 20 extends the contract period of the driver compensation insurance from a date when the insurance premium was paid again and compensates for insurance premiums paid by the insurance subscription server 10.
[94] The insurance relay server 20 also pays compensation money when diseases or death due to overwork occur or automobile malfunction other than traffic accidents occurs while driving. Industrial Applicability
[95] As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a new type of an insurance in which proper compensation money (insurance money) is paid if there are no accidents or no violations of traffic regulations during a specific period or mileage.

Claims

Claims
[1] A method of relaying plural contracts of an automobile liability insurance and a driver compensation insurance using an Internet, the method comprising the steps of: an insurance relay server receiving an application for insurance contracts from an insurance subscription server; the insurance relay server determining whether the insurance subscription server has subscribed to insurances based on information of the insurance subscription server, which is supplied from a support server; if, as a result of the determination, the insurance subscription server can subscribe to the insurances, the insurance relay server calculating a vehicle liability insurance premium and a driver compensation insurance premium, providing the calculated insurance premiums to the insurance subscription server along with corresponding insurance terms, and requesting a support server to store the concluded insurance contents; and if the insurance subscription server requests compensation money in accordance with the insurance terms, instructing to pay compensation money contracted between the insurance subscription server and the insurance relay server.
[2] The method of claim 1, wherein the insurance relay server obtains information about an automobile from the insurance subscription server, searches a vehicle registration office server, i.e., a corresponding support server, for checking whether the automobile has been registered with the vehicle registration office server, if the automobile is a registered automobile, obtains various pieces of information about the automobile, including information about whether the automobile has violated traffic regulations, which is received from a police office server and an insurance association server, i.e., corresponding support servers, and determines whether the insurance subscription server has subscribed to the insurances based on the information.
[3] The method of claim 2, wherein the insurance relay server determines whether the insurance subscription server has subscribed to the insurances based on various pieces of information about an automobile, which is provided by a police office server, from an insurance development institute server connected to communicate with the police office server.
[4] The method of claim 2, wherein the insurance relay server receives a public certification signature with respect to the insurance contents, concluded with the insurance subscription server, from a public certification institute server, i.e., a corresponding support server, instructs an electronic document depository server to store the public certification signature, and instructs to inform an insurance association server of the public certification signature.
[5] The method of claim 1, wherein the insurance relay server instructs to pay compensation money if there are no reasons for disqualification, such as traffic accidents or violations of traffic regulations during a specific period or mileage.
[6] The method of claim 5, wherein if the insurance subscription server pays the driver compensation insurance premium again despite that it has caused a traffic accident or violated traffic regulations, the insurance relay server extends a contract period of the driver compensation insurance from a date when the insurance premium was paid again and instructs to compensate for insurance premiums paid by the insurance subscription server.
[7] The method of claim 1, wherein the insurance relay server instructs to pay compensation money when diseases or death due to overwork occur or automobile malfunction other than traffic accidents occurs while driving.
[8] A system for relaying plural contracts of an automobile liability insurance and a driver compensation insurance using an Internet, the system comprising: an insurance relay server connected to communicate with an insurance subscription server and support servers, and configured to determine whether the insurance subscription server has subscribed to insurances based on information of the insurance subscription server, which is supplied from the support servers, if the insurance subscription server can subscribe to the insurances, calculate a vehicle liability insurance premium and a driver compensation insurance premium, provide the calculated insurance premiums to the insurance subscription server along with corresponding insurance terms, request the support servers to store the concluded insurance contents, and if the insurance subscription server requests compensation money in accordance with the insurance terms, instruct the support servers to pay contracted compensation money to the insurance subscription server.
[9] The system of claim 8, wherein the insurance relay server instructs to pay compensation money if there are no reasons for disqualification, such as traffic accidents or violations of traffic regulations during a specific period or mileage based on information obtained from the support servers.
[10] The system of claim 9, wherein if the insurance subscription server pays the driver compensation insurance premium again despite that it has caused a traffic accident or violated traffic regulations, the insurance relay server extends a contract period of the driver compensation insurance from a date when the insurance premium was paid again and instructs to compensate for insurance premiums paid by the insurance subscription server.
[11] The system of claim 8, wherein the insurance relay server instructs to pay compensation money when diseases or death due to overwork occur or automobile malfunction other than traffic accidents occurs while driving.
[12] The system of claim 8, wherein the support server comprises a vehicle registration office server, a financial supervisory service server, an insurance development institute server, a police office server, an insurance association server, a public certification institute server, and an electronic document depository server.
