Abstract

　本発明は、イヌＮＫＴ細胞の検出・定量方法およびそのための試薬を提供する。 　より詳細には、本発明は、配列番号１で表される塩基配列の部分配列であって、塩基番号３７６～３８１で示される塩基配列を含む連続する約１５～約５０塩基の部分配列、および／またはその相補鎖配列から実質的になる核酸を含んでなるイヌＮＫＴ細胞由来ｉＴＣＲα検出用キットを提供する。該キットは、該核酸と組み合わせることにより、配列番号１で表される塩基配列の連続する約５０～約４００塩基の部分配列を増幅し得る、配列番号１で表される塩基配列の連続する約１５～約１００塩基の部分配列および／またはその相補鎖配列から実質的になる核酸をさらに含んでもよい。さらに本発明は、イヌから採取したＮＫＴ細胞含有試料中のｉＴＣＲα遺伝子転写産物を、上記核酸酸または上記キットを用いて測定することを含む、イヌＮＫＴ細胞由来ｉＴＣＲαの検出方法も提供する。
