( 4 ) 集群调度子系统 DSS 40 集群调度子系统 DSS 40由调度控制中心 PDS ( PTT Dispatching Server ) 41、 调度归属寄存器 PHR ( PTT Home Register ) 42、 调度台月 务器 DAS ( Dispatching Agent Server )43、调度台客户端 DAC( Dispatching Agent Client ) 44和集群用户数据库 45组成。调集群度子系统 DSS 40主要完成集群调度业 务。 调度控制中心 PDS 41是集群呼叫的总控制点, 完成集群调度呼叫的处 理, 包括鉴别集群用户、 建立各种集群呼叫、 判断集群通话权的请求等。 调 度控制中心 PDS 41还接收来自反向链路的集群语音数据, 根据呼叫的性质 再分发到对应的前向链路。 调度归属寄存器 PHR 42进行集群用户数据库管理操作, 完成数字集群 系统中计费、 鉴权和授权功能。 调度台服务器 DAS 43集群调度服务器端。 调度台客户端 DAC 44集群调度客户端,执行集群用户的相关属性配置 (包括免打扰中用户的工作时间段)、 管理等功能。 同时调度台客户端 DAC 44也可以作为集群呼叫中最高优先级终端, 参与集群呼叫业务。 集群用户数据库 45存储了集群通信系统中的所有用户相关信息。 目前, 一般的集群系统中如果有预付费用户, 而在集群呼叫中如果集群 调度系统发现预付费用户欠费, 则当作是一般释放用户处理, 但是, 对于数 字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户没有说明具体的实现方法。 但这种方法还有一个缺点, 当集群呼叫是传统式组呼时, 由于传统式组
呼中, 基站子系统 BSS对于群組采用共享的前向与反向业务信道, 并不会为 群組中每个成员单独建立资源, 所以无法像增强式呼叫那样去释放资源, 进 而释放单个用户。 发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费 用户的释放方法及其装置, 用于解决集群调度子系统在预付费欠费用户欠费 时无法释放预付费用户的问题。 为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户 的释放方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 步骤一,预付费终端向集群调度子系统发起集群呼叫, 所述集群调度子 系统获取所述预付费终端的账户状态, 居所述账户状态判断所述预付费终 端是否欠费, 当所述预付费终端未欠费时, 转入步骤二; 步骤二 , 所述集群调度子系统对所述预付费终端的账户进行更新, 并当 所述预付费终端的账户余额不足以让所述预付费终端继续处于所述集群呼叫 中时, 则根据所述集群呼叫的类型进行相应的呼叫释放处理。 所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法, 其中, 所述步 一 中, 进一步包括: 当所述预付费终端欠费时, 所述集群调度子系统释放所述 集群呼叫的步驟, 该步驟具体包括: 步驟 11 , 所述集群调度子系统的调度控制中心接收到所述集群呼叫, 向调度归属寄存器进行呼叫鉴权, 在所述调度归属寄存器对所述呼叫鉴权应 答后, 向所述调度归属寄存器发起预付费用户配额申请; 步骤 12, 所述调度归属寄存器查询所述预付费终端的预付费状态或向 预付费服务器进行预付费用户配额申请后返回给所述调度控制中心用户欠费 的信息; 及 步骤 13 , 所述调度控制中心根据所述信息发送呼叫释放信令至基站子 系统 , 所述基站子系统释放所述集群呼叫。 所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法, 其中, 所述步骤一 中, 进一步包括: 所述集群调度子系统通过与预付费服务器交互获取所述账

为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户 的释放装置, 其特征在于, 集群调度子系统接收预付费终端发起的集群呼叫,获取所述预付费终端 的账户状态, 根据所述账户状态判断所述预付费终端是否欠费, 当所述预付 费终端欠费时, 释放本次集群呼叫; 或当所述预付费终端不欠费时, 对所述 预付费终端的账户进行更新, 并当所述预付费终端的账户余额不足以让所述 预付费终端继续处于呼叫中时, 根据所述集群呼叫的类型进行相应的呼叫释 放处理。 本发明提供的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法,实现了预付 费用户欠费时, 将其释放的功能。 以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明 的限定。 附图说明 图 1是本发明应用的数字集群通信系统的基本网络架构图; 图 2是本发明的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的#放方法流程图; 图 3是本发明中预付费欠费用户发起呼叫流程图; 图 4是本发明中单呼和增强式組呼中预付费用户余额不足释放流程图; 图 5是本发明中传统式组呼中预付费用户余额不足释放流程图。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步更详细的 描迷。 如图 2所示,是本发明的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法流 程图。 呼叫包括增强式呼叫、 传统式組呼。 其中, 增强式呼叫包括单呼和增强 式组呼。
对于增强式呼叫, 如果在呼叫过程中, 集群調度子系统 DSS 30发现用 户因余额耗尽而欠费, 则通知基站子系统 BSS 20释放该用户的资源, 进而 将用户从群组中释放; 对于传统式组呼,由于集群终端 10自主响应基站子系统 BSS 20的广播 寻呼而接入, 所以基站子系统 BSS 20无法像增强式呼叫那样不寻呼集群终 端 10或将集群终端 10直接释放, 此时集群调度子系统 DSS 30发通知消息 (比如 flash消息)通过基站子系统 BSS 20转给集群终端 10, 由集群终端 10自主选择不接入呼叫或者退出呼叫。 调度控制中心 PDS 41设置呼叫成员列表, 并记录下呼叫成员在本次集 群呼叫中的预付费账户状态, 集群终端 10响应基站子系统 BSS 20转发集群 调度子系统 DSS 30的通知消息 (如 flash消息), 以自主选择接入呼叫或者 退出呼叫。 在图 2 中, 描述了数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的具体释放方法流 程, 具体包括如下步骤: 步骤 201 , 集群终端 10-预付费终端的用户发起集群呼叫; 步 202, 集群调度子系统 DSS 40通过与预付费服务器交互, 查看预 付费用户的账户状态, 如果发现该用户欠费, 则转入步錄 206; 否则转入步 骤 203; 步骤 203 ,对处于集群呼叫中的预付费终端 10 ,集群调度子系统 DSS 40 会对预付费终端 10 的预付费账户进行定期更新, 一旦在某次更新中发现该 预付费账户的余额不足以继续让预付费终端处于呼叫中, 则区分集群呼叫的 类型进行处理, 并根据类型进行相应的释放处理, 当集群呼叫为增强式呼叫, 即单呼、 增强式组呼时, 转入步骤 204; 当集群呼叫为传统式组呼时, 转入 步骤 205; 步骤 204, 对于呼叫类型为单呼和增强式組呼的两种集群呼叫, 集群调 度子系统 DSS 40直接给基站子系统 BSS 20发送释放用户指令, 基站子系统 BSS 20释放用户资源; 及 步骤 205 , 对于呼叫类型为传统式组呼的集群呼叫, 集群调度子系统 DSS 40给基站子系统 BSS 20发送通知消息,基站子系统 BSS 20通过共享的
业务信道将消息转发至集群终端 10, 由集群终端 10根据通知消息中的组 ID (标识) 与终端标识符进行自主匹配, 自主选择退出组呼, 返回应答消息并 通过基站子系统 BSS 20转发给集群调度子系统 DSS 40; 步驟 206 , 集群调度子系统 DSS 40释放本次集群呼叫。 在上述流程中, 集群调度子系统 DSS 40通过调度控制中心 PDS 41完 成其功能。 如图 3所示,是本发明中预付费欠费用户发起呼叫流程图,.该流程描述 了预付费欠费用户发起呼叫的过程, 当预付费终端 10发起集群呼叫, 集群 调度子系统 DSS 40通过与预付费服务器交互, 查看预付费用户的账户状态, 如果发现该用户欠费, 则集群调度子系统 DSS 40释放本次集群呼叫。 具体 包括以下步骤: 步 301 , 预付费欠费终端 10的用户发起集群呼叫; 步驟 302, 调度控制中心 PDS 41收到用户的呼叫请求后向调度归属寄 存器 PHR 42进行呼叫鉴权; 步錄 303 , 调度归属寄存器 PHR 42进行呼叫鉴权应答, 返回主叫用户 的信息, 标识用户为预付费用户; 步骤 304,调度控制中心 PDS 41向调度归属寄存器 PHR 42发起主叫预 付费用户配额申请; 步驟 305 , 调度归属寄存器 PHR 42查询用户预付费状态或向预付费服 务器进行预付费用户配额申请后, 返回给调度控制中心 PDS 41用户欠费; 步骤 306,调度控制中心 PDS 41向基站子系统 BSS 20发释放本次呼叫 的信令, 基站子系统 BSS 20释放资源, 本次呼叫释放。 进一步地, 对处于集群呼叫中的预付费终端 10, 对于按照呼叫次数计 费的预付费用户不存在呼叫过程中欠费的情况; 对于按照在线时长计费的预 付费用户, 集群调度子系统 DSS 40会对该终端 10的预付费账户余额定期更 新; 一旦在某次更新中发现该预付费 H长户余额不足以继续处于呼叫中, 则才艮 据调度控制中心 PDS 41 中记录的本次集群呼叫类型是单呼、 增强式组呼还 是传统式组呼进行分别处理。
如图 4所示,是本发明中单呼和增强式组呼中预付费用户余额不足释放 流程图, 该流程描述了单呼和增强式组呼中预付费用户余额不足时进行释放 的过程, 具体包括以下步 : 步驟 401 ,调度控制中心 PDS 41向基站子系统 BSS 20发送释放用户的 信令, 释放原因为预付费用户余额不足欠费; 步骤 402, 基站子系统 BSS 20释放集群终端 10占用的信道, 并与集群 终端 10交互, 将集群终端 10从呼叫中释放; 及 步驟 403 , 集群终端 10释放后, 通过基站子系统 BSS 20向调度控制中 心 PDS 41发送释放成功应答消息, 调度控制中心 PDS 41将集群终端 10在 本次呼叫中状态置为退出。 如图 5 所示, 是本发明中传统式组呼中预付费用户余额不足释放流程 图, 该流程描述了传统式組呼中预付费用户余额不足时进行释放的过程 , 具 体包括以下步骤: 步驟 501 , 调度控制中心 PDS 41按空口格式封装通知消息(比如 flash 消息)发送给基站子系统 BSS 20, 通知集群终端 10释放, 原因值为预付费 用户余额不足欠费; 步驟 502 , 基站子系统 BSS 20将此消息头变换为空口格式通过共享的 业务信道发送给集群终端 10; 步驟 503 , 集群终端 10根据组 ID与终端标识符进行自主匹配, 当确认 为此消息是发给自己的消息, 则自主选择退出本次呼叫, 不再响应本次该群 組的广播寻呼; 及 步骤 504,集群终端 10通过基站子系统 BSS 20向调度控制中心 PDS 41 发回释放成功应答消息, 调度控制中心 PDS 41 居释放成功应答消息将集 群终端 10在本次呼叫中状态置为退出。 本发明提供的一种数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法,实现了 预付费用户欠费时, 将其释放的功能。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实盾的 情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形 , 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims
1. 一种数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 步骤一, 预付费终端向集群调度子系统发起集群呼叫, 所述集群 调度子系统获取所述预付费终端的账户状态, 根据所迷账户状态判断 所述预付费终端是否欠费, 当所述預付费终端未欠费时, 转入步骤二; 步驟二, 所述集群调度子系统对所迷预付费终端的账户进行更 新, 并当所述预付费终端的账户余额不足以让所述预付费终端继续处 于所述集群呼叫中时, 则根据所述集群呼叫的类型进行相应的呼叫释 放处理。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤一中, 进一步包括: 当所述预付费终端欠费时, 所述集群调度子系统释放所述集群呼叫的步骤, 该步驟具体包括: 步驟 11 ,所述集群调度子系统的调度控制中心接收到所述集群呼 叫, 向调度归属寄存器进行呼叫鉴权, 在所述调度归属寄存器对所述 呼叫鉴权应答后, 向所述调度归属寄存器发起预付费用户配额申请; 步骤 12,所述调度归属寄存器查询所述预付费终端的预付费状态 或向预付费服务器进行预付费用户配额申请后返回给所述调度控制中 心用户欠费的信息; 及
步驟 13,所述调度控制中心根据所述信息发送呼叫释放信令至基 站子系统, 所述基站子系统释放所述集群呼叫。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟一中, 进一步包括: 所述集群调度子系统通过 与预付费服务器交互获取所述账户状态的步骤。
4. 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放 方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟二中, 进一步包括: 所述集群调度子系 统通过调度控制中心获取所述集群呼叫的类型的步珮 , 所述集群呼叫 的类型包括增强式呼叫、 传统式组呼; 所述增强式呼叫包括单呼和增 强式组呼。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法, 其特征在于, 所述步 二中, 进一步包括: 当所述集群呼叫为增强式 呼叫时, 所述集群调度子系统直接向所述基站子系统发送释放用户指 令, 所述基站子系统释放所述预付费终端占用的信道, 与所述预付费 终端交互, 将所述预付费终端从所述集群呼叫中释放的步骤。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤二中, 进一步包括: 所述集群调度子系统通过 所述基站子系统接收所述预付费终端发送的释放成功应答消息, 并将 所述预付费终端在所述集群呼叫中的状态设置为退出的步骤。
7. 根据权利要求 4所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法, 其特征在于, 所述步綠二中, 进一步包括: 当所述集群呼叫为传统式 组呼时, 所述集群调度子系统通过所述基站子系统将通知消息转发至 所述预付费终端, 所述预付费终端 居所述通知消息中的組标识与终 端标识符进行自主匹配, 自主选择退出所述集群呼叫的步骤。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方法, 其特征在于, 所迷步骤二中, 进一步包括: 所述集群调度子系统按照 空口格式封装所述通知消息发送给所述基站子系统, 所述基站子系统 将所述通知消息的消息头转换为空口格式, 并通过共享业务信道再发 送给所述预付费终端的步驟。
9. 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放方 法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤二中, 进一步包括: 所述集群调度子系统 通过所述基站子系统所述接收所述预付费终端发送的释放成功应答消 息,并将所述预付费终端在所述集群呼叫中的状态设置为退出的步骤。
10. 根据权利要求 2、 3、 5、 6、 7或 8所述的数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用 户的释放方法 , 其特征在于, 所述集群调度子系统通过所述调度控制 中心设置呼叫成员列表, 并记录呼叫成员在所述集群呼叫中的预付费 账户的状态的步骤。
11. 一种数字集群呼叫中预付费欠费用户的释放装置, 其特征在于, 集群调度子系统接收预付费终端发起的集群呼叫, 获取所述预付 费终端的账户状态,根据所述账户状态判断所述预付费终端是否欠费, 当所述预付费终端欠费时, 幹放本次集群呼叫; 或当所述预付费终端 不欠费时, 对所述预付费终端的账户进行更新, 并当所述预付费终端 的账户余额不足以让所述预付费终端继续处于呼叫中时, 根据所述集 群呼叫的类型进 4亍相应的呼叫释放处理。
