众所周知,空气净化器用于对空气的净化处理,常用于室内、工业设备的空气净化, 其常见结构是: 在空气净化器的壳体上设有通风口, 在通风口位置设有滤芯, 空气通过 该通风口时, 空气中的灰尘被滤芯所吸附而达到空气净化的效果, 在长期使用之后, 灰 尘会将滤芯堵塞而影响到滤芯的净化效果, 所以需定期的对滤芯进行更换, 使用者在使 用时需时时关注空气净化器的使用状态, 使用极不方便。 发明内容
本发明提供了一种自报警空气净化器, 该空气净化器克服了现有技术的缺陷, 需要 对滤芯进行更换时, 会自动进行报警对使用者进行提醒。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种自报警空气净化器, 包括滤芯, 还设有光源及光感应器, 光源及光感应器均朝 向滤芯, 光源发出的光经滤芯反射或透射之后形成的光照区域为衰减光照区域, 光感应 器位于该衰减光照区域内; 光源、 光感应器与带有报警装置的电路连接。
本发明中, 光源发出的光照射到滤芯上, 若滤芯经长期使用之后,'其表面会附着大 量的灰尘, 会将滤芯上的微型通孔堵塞, 使透射光的强度强低, 或者使光线的反射强度 降低, 光感应器收到从滤芯透射出的光线或被滤芯反射出的光线后, 若其强度过低, 报 警装置会发出报警信号, 使用者会及时的对滤芯进行更换。
本发明的进一步结构是:
所述光源、 光感应器分别位于所述滤芯的两侧, 即所述光感应器位于所述光源发出 的光经滤芯透射后形成的透射区域内。 或者, 所述光源、 光感应器分别位于所述滤芯的 相同侧, 即所述光感应器位于所述光源发出的光经滤芯反射后形成的反射区域内。

确认本 所述电路包括电源 Cl、 调节电阻 Rl, 电源 C1最终与所述光源、 光感应器连接, 调 节电阻 R1与光感应器连接。调节电阻 R1用于对报警装置的报警极限值进行调整, 进而 调整报警时滤芯上灰尘的极限值。
所述报警装置为发光二极管。 当需要更换滤芯时, 发光二极管发光闪烁, 提醒使用 者更换滤芯。
所述空气净化器内设有负离子发生器。 负离子发生器可以产生负离子, 负离子能有 效的杀菌、 除臭, 提高空气净化的效果。 附图说明

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图 1至图 3所示, 一种自报警空气净化器, 包括滤芯 1, 还设有光源 2 (如发光的 LED,发光管,灯泡,也可用红外光及激光等)及光感应器 3,光源 2及光感应器 3均朝向滤 芯 1, 光源 2发出的光经滤芯 1反射或透射之后形成的光照区域为衰减光照区域, 光感 应器 3位于该衰减光照区域内; 光源 2、 光感应器 3与带有报警装置 4的电路连接。
其中, 滤芯 1设于壳体 7上通风口位置, 在壳体 7内还设有风轮 8及马达 5, 空气 净化器内设有负离子发生器 6; 光源 2、 光感应器 3分别位于滤芯 1的两侧, 即光感应 器 3位于光源 2发出的光经滤芯 1透射后形成的透射区域内;报警装置 4为发光二极管; 电路包括电源 Cl、 调节电阻 Rl, 电源 C1最终与光源 2、 光感应器 3连接, 调节电阻 R1 与光感应器 3连接。
使用时, 马达 5带动风轮 8旋转而使空气通过该空气净化器, 负离子发生器 6产生 负离子以加强空气净化效果,灰尘通过滤芯 1时附着在滤芯 1上,当灰尘达到一定量时, 光源所发出的光被滤芯 1摭挡, 当灰尘积累达到一定程度之后 , 光感应器, 3向使得发 光二极管闪烁而报警, 本实施例相对于现有技术而言, 使用更为方便。 实施例二:
如图 4、 图 5所示, 本实施例与实施例的不同之处在于, 光源 2、 光感应器 3分别 位于滤芯 1的相同侧, 即光感应器 3位于光源 2发出的光经滤芯 1反射后形成的反射区 域内。 本实施例中, 滤芯 1上积累大量的灰尘之后, 光源 2所发出的光经滤芯 1反射的 强度减弱, 发光二极管闪烁报警, 本实施的原理与实施例一相同。
