Abstract

 光送信装置(1a)は、波形変形回路(2)を備える。この波形変形回路(2)は、“1”の信号と“0”の信号とを有する2値信号の立ち上がりに要する時間よりも立ち下がりに要する時間が長くなるような処理を行う。これにより、本発明では、消費電力を低減することが可能な送信装置を提供することができる。
