本发明实施例提供一种获取 IP接入会话策略控制信息的方法, 应用于接 入网关不直接处理 IP接入会话建立消息的场景中, 包括: 接收请求 IP接入会 话策略控制信息的消息; 获取接入网关地址; 根据所述接入网关的地址, 向所 述接入网关发送 IP接入会话策略控制信息。 使用本发明实施例提供的技术方 案,可以使接入网关获知该 IP接入会话策略控制信息,能对随后的终端与 PDN 网络传输的数据业务进行策略控制。
参阅图 1 , 本发明实施例一提供一种获取 IP接入会话策略控制信息的方 法, 该方法具体包括:
步骤 401、 终端向接入网关发送本地连接建立请求。
步骤 402、 接入网关与认证服务器进行信息交互, 对用户进行认证和业务 授权, 认证服务器可以是归属用户服务器(Home subscriber servers, HSS )和 /或认证授权与计费服务器( AAA Server )。
步骤 403、 接入网关接受终端的接入, 并为终端分配本地 IP地址, 向终 端发送携带本地 IP地址和业务授权信息的本地连接建立应答消息。
其中, 业务授权信息包括: 该终端能够接入该 PDN网络的授权信息。 步骤 404、 接入网关作为策略执行点 (Policy Enforcement Point, PEP ), 向策略控制功能实体发送策略控制请求消息 ,该消息中携带用户标识和报文数 据网标识。
其中,策略控制功能实体可以是策略与计费规则功能实体 PCRF或者策略 判决功能实体 ( Policy Function, PF )。
步骤 405、 策略控制功能实体生成策略控制信息, 并向报文数据网关发送 策略控制信息的推送请求,请求报文数据网关执行所推送的策略控制信息, 该 请求中包括: 用户标识和报文数据网标识。 报文数据网关接收到策略控制信息的推送请求消息后,根据请求中的用户 标识和报文数据网标识确定对应的 IP接入会话, 如果尚没有此 IP接入会话的 相关信息, 报文数据网关则记录用户标识与报文数据网标识作为一个新的 IP 接入会话的索引信息。
步骤 406、 终端把本地 IP地址作为转交地址(CoA, Care of Address), 向 报文数据网关发送移动 IP绑定更新消息,请求建立到报文数据网关的 IP连接, 该移动 IP绑定更新消息中包括: CoA地址, 用户标识和报文数据网标识。
报文数据网关作为移动 IP家乡代理(Home Agent, HA )或者本地移动锚 点 ( Local Mobility Anchor, LMA )接收到移动 IP绑定更新消息后, 根据其中 的用户标识和报文数据网标识, 确定对应的 IP接入会话, 如果尚没有此 IP接 入会话的相关信息,报文数据网关则记录用户标识与报文数据网标识作为一个 新的 IP接入会话的索引信息。
其中,步骤 405中策略控制信息的推送请求所携带的用户标识和报文数据 网标识, 分别与步骤 406中移动 IP绑定更新消息所携带的用户标识和报文数 据网标识相同, 或者相应, 即策略控制信息的推送请求携带的用户标识与移动 IP绑定更新消息携带的用户标识所表示的是同一用户, 策略控制信息的推送 请求所携带的报文数据网标识与移动 IP绑定更新消息所携带的报文数据网标 识所表示的是同一报文数据网。报文数据网关根据作为索引信息的用户标识和 报文数据标识, 确定移动 IP绑定更新消息所请求的 IP连接对应上述 IP接入 会话。
其中, 步骤 405与步骤 406可以同时执行, 或者先执行步骤 406, 再执行 步骤 405, 不影响本发明的实现。
如果步骤 405和步骤 406中所确定的 IP接入会话还没有终端 IP地址, 需 要报文数据网关分配终端 IP地址时, 报文数据网关根据用户标识和报文数据 网标识, 分配 IP接入会话的终端 IP地址, 步骤 405中的策略控制信息的推送 请求, 或者步骤 406中的移动 IP绑定更新消息都可以作为报文数据网关分配 IP接入会话的终端 IP地址的触发条件。 步骤 407、 报文数据网关向终端发送携带 IP接入会话的终端 IP地址的移 动 IP绑定应答消息, 表示终端与报文数据网关之间的 IP连接已建立, 该 IP 接入会话的终端 IP地址可以作为家乡地址( Home Address , ΗοΑ )。
步骤 408、 报文数据网关接受下发的策略控制信息, 向策略控制功能实体 发送携带 IP接入会话的终端 IP地址的响应应答消息。

如果步骤 504和步骤 505中所确定的 IP接入会话还没有终端 IP地址, 需 要报文数据网关分配终端 IP地址时, 报文数据网关根据用户标识和报文数据 网标识, 分配 IP接入会话的终端 IP地址, 步骤 504中的策略控制请求消息, 或者步骤 505中的移动 IP绑定更新消息都可以作为报文数据网关分配 IP接入 会话的终端 IP地址的触发条件。
其中, 步骤 504与步骤 505可以同时执行, 或者先执行步骤 505 , 再执行 步骤 504, 不影响本发明的实现。
步骤 506、 报文数据网关向终端发送携带 IP接入会话的终端 IP地址的移 动 IP绑定应答消息, 表示终端与报文数据网关之间的 IP连接已建立。

步骤 602、 报文数据网关接收到移动 IP绑定更新消息后, 根据用户标识 和报文数据网标识确定 IP接入会话。 如果需要, 则报文数据网为此 IP接入会 话分配终端 IP地址, 此地址可以是 ΗοΑ地址。

12、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述报文数据网关接收移动 IP绑定更新消息, 以请求终端到所述报文数 据网的 IP连接,所述移动 IP绑定更新消息包括: 用户标识、报文数据网标识; 根据所述用户标识和报文数据网标识, 确定所请求的 IP连接对应所述 IP 接入会话;
所述报文数据网关向所述终端发送携带所述 IP接入会话的终端 IP地址的 移动 IP绑定应答消息。
13、 一种网元设备, 用于获取策略控制信息, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收单元, 用于接收请求 IP接入会话策略控制信息的消息;
获取地址单元, 用于获取接入网关地址;
发送单元, 用于在接收请求 IP接入会话策略控制信息的消息后, 根据所 述接入网关的地址, 向所述接入网关发送 IP接入会话策略控制信息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的网元设备, 其特征在于, 所述请求 IP接入会 话策略控制信息的消息是: 携带接入网关地址的策略控制请求消息;
则所述获取地址单元具体是第一获取地址单元,用于从所述策略控制请求 消息中获取所述接入网关地址。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的网元设备, 其特征在于, 所述请求 IP接入会 话策略控制信息的消息是: 携带用户标识的策略控制请求消息;
则所述获取地址单元具体是第二获取地址单元, 用于根据所述用户标识, 从位置管理网元获取所述接入网关地址。
16、 根据权利要求 13所述的网元设备, 其特征在于, 所述请求 IP接入会 话策略控制信息的消息是: 携带用户标识的策略控制请求消息;
则所述获取地址单元具体是第三获取地址单元,用于根据预存的所述用户 标识与接入网关地址的对应关系, 获取所述接入网关地址。
