Abstract

 簡単な構成でマイナスイオンと育成光線としての遠赤外線吸収波長である3~16μmの範囲内の遠赤外線を被乾燥物に照射し、乾燥位置によらず被乾燥物を均一に乾燥させることができる乾燥装置及び加熱手段の製造方法並びにこの遠赤外線照射により得られた被乾燥物及び蒟蒻食材等の被乾燥物の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。  マイナスイオン発生手段を有するマイナスイオン送風部Aを備え、被乾燥物保持部材10とこの被乾燥物保持部材10で保持された被乾燥物21に遠赤外線を照射する絶縁板A16表面にニクロム線17を形成した発熱部を絶縁板B18で被覆し、その表面を金属板19で、さらにその表面を遠赤外線発生層20で被覆した遠赤外線照射加熱手段とを複数対面配置し、被乾燥物21にマイナスイオン風を送風しながら遠赤外線照射加熱して乾燥することを特徴とする被乾燥物21及び乾燥装置。
