Abstract
A mobile communication device which transmits transmission data in frame unit. Output timing of a timing signal for switching transmission power control of the transmission data of a frame unit by a power amplifier is controlled corresponding to the presence or absence of the transmission data. This enables transmission power control corresponding to the response characteristic of the power amplifier, so that lack of transmission data is prevented.
