实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法、 系统及装置
技术领域
本发明涉及通信和网络, 特别是涉及实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方 法、 系统及装置。
背景技术
从 3GPP R5阶段开始, UMTS核心网划分为 CS、 PS以及 IMS三个子系 统, 其中电路 CS域(Circuit Switched Domain ) : 用于向用户提供电路型业务 的连接; 分组 PS域( Packet Switched Domain ) 用于向用户提供分组型业务的 连接; IP多媒体子系统 IMS ( IP Multimedia Subsystem )是 3GPP R5阶段增加 的叠加在已有分组域之上的一个子系统, 釆用分组域为其上层控制信令和媒 体传输的承载通道,引入 SIP协议作为业务控制协议,利用 SIP简单、易扩展、 媒体组合方便的特点, 通过将业务控制与承载控制分离, 提供丰富的多媒体 业务。
在 3GPP 的 R8 版本中引入了一种新的业务—— PNM (个人网络管理 Personal Network Management )业务。 该业务针对一个用户可能同时拥有多个 终端设备的场景, 对这些用户设备进行集中管理, 这些终端设备组成了用户 的个人网络, 称为 PN (个人网络 Personal Network ), 对于 PN的集中管理就 是 P丽。
现有技术中 PNM Server的实现方式包括以下两种:
方式一、分别部署方式,即 PNM Server在 IMS和 CS域都分别部署实现。 参见图 1和图 2所示,分别为 PNM Server在 IMS及 CS域的实现方式。在 IMS 域 PNM Server作为 SIP AS (即个人网络管理业务应用服务器 PNM AS )实现, UE通过 Ut接口可以直接和 AS进行交互;在 CS域中 PNM Server作为 gsmSCF ( GSM业务控制功能实体 GSM Service Control Function ) 实现。
方式二、 集中部署方式, 即仅在 IMS域部署 PNM AS, 而在 CS域不部署 gsmSCF, IMS域的 PNM AS同时向 IMS域和 CS域的用户设备提供服务。
发明人在发明过程中发现, 在 PNM 业务中主要包含重定向业务和私网 业务, 用户设备必须首先进行登记加入到 PN才可使用 PN内的两大业务, 现 有技术已经解决用户设备在 IMS域如何登记到 PN。 但现有技术尚未涉及 CS 域用户设备如何登记到 PN (所述登记到 PN包括: 加入 PN和退出 PN ), 所 以目前无法为 CS域的用户设备提供 PNM业务。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法、 系统及装置, 以使 CS域用户设备可登记到 PN。
本发明实施例还提供了获得用户设备能力信息的方法和系统, 以使需要 用户设备能力信息的网元可获得该用户设备能力信息。
本发明实施例提供的一种实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法, 包括下 列步骤: PNM服务器感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化; 以及 PNM 服务器根据该用户设备在 CS域接入状态的变化,调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。
本发明实施例提供的一种 PNM服务器, 包括: 感知单元, 用于感知用户 设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化; 调整单元, 用于根据感知单元感知到的该 用户设备在 CS域接入状态的变化, 调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记 状态。
本发明实施例提供的一种实现用户设备登记到个人网络的系统, 包括: 用户设备, 其在 CS域的接入状态发生变化; PNM服务器, 用于感知用户设 备在 CS 域的接入状态发生变化, 并根据该变化调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。
本发明实施例提供的一种获得用户设备能力信息的方法, 包括下列步骤: DM Server获得用户设备的能力信息; DM Server作为 Presence Server的呈现 用户或网络代理, 向该 Presence Server输入该用户设备的能力信息; 以及 Presence Server获得该用户设备的能力信息后,向订阅了该用户设备能力信息
的网元发布。
本发明实施例提供的一种获得用户设备能力信息的系统, 包括: 用户设 备、 DM Server, Presence Server,需要该用户设备能力信息的网元; DM Server, 用于获得用户设备的能力信息, 并作为 Presence Server的呈现用户或网络代 理, 向该 Presence Server输入该用户设备的能力信息; Presence Server , 用于 接收 DM Server输入的用户设备的能力信息, 并向订阅了该用户设备能力信 息的网元发布。
本发明实施例提供的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法中, PNM服务 器感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化; PNM服务器根据该用户设备 在 CS域接入状态的变化, 调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。 所 以使 CS域用户设备也可登记到 PN,进而使得 CS域用户也可享受 PNM业务。 本发明实施例中还提供了 PNM服务器和实现用户设备登记到个人网络的系 统, 以支撑本发明实施例提供的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法。
本发明实施例提供的获得用户设备能力信息的方法和系统中, 通过 DM Server获得用户设备的能力信息, DM Server作为 Presence Server的呈现用户 或网络代理向该 Presence Server输入该用户设备的能力信息, Presence Server 获得该用户设备的能力信息后向订阅了该用户设备能力信息的网元发布, 使 需要用户设备能力信息的网元可获得该用户设备的能力信息。

具体实施方式
为了使 CS域用户设备可登记到 PN, 填补现有技术的空白, 完善了 PNM 业务, 使 CS域的用户设备也可以享受 PNM业务, 本发明实施例提供了实现 用户设备登记到个人网络的方法、 系统及装置, 以使 CS域用户设备可登记到 PN。
本发明实施例提供了一种实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法,参见图 3 所示, 包括下列主要步骤:
511、 PNM服务器感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化。
本发明实施例中, PNM服务器可通过下述方式之一感知用户设备在 CS 域接入状态发生变化:
方式 1、 当前为所述用户设备服务的拜访位置寄存器 VLR在该用户设备 的 CS域接入状态发生变化时, 将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报给 PNM服务器;
方式 2、 当前为用户服务的 VLR在该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变 化时,将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报给指定的 GSM业务控制功能 实体 gsmSCF, 该 gsmSCF将该变化事件上报给呈现服务器 Presence Server, 再由该 Presence Server将该变化事件通知到 PNM服务器;
方式 3、 HSS感知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化时, 向 PNM服 务器发送消息, 以通知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化。
512、 PNM服务器根据该用户设备在 CS域接入状态的变化, 调整该用户 设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。
具体的, 用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生的变化表明: 用户设备发生主 动位置更新或显式开机事件, 则 PNM服务器将该用户设备在 PN内的登记状
态调整为加入状态; 表明: 用户设备发生网络隐式分离事件、 用户显式关机 事件或 VLR主动清除用户数据, 则 PNM服务器将该用户设备在 PN内的登 记状态调整为退出状态。
为了进一步增加对 CS域用户设备登记到 PN的控制层次, 更好的利用有 限的资源为 CS域用户设备提供更优的服务, PNM服务器感知用户设备在 CS 域的接入状态发生变化后, 进一步还可将获得该用户设备的能力信息作为调 整该用户设备在 PN内的登记状态的条件,并在确认获得该用户设备的能力信 息后, 再根据该用户设备在 CS域接入状态的变化, 调整该用户设备在 PN内 的登记状态。
具体的, PNM服务器获取用户设备的能力信息的方式为: PNM服务器向 保存用户设备能力信息的网络实体或提供商订阅该用户设备的能力信息; 或 者, PNM服务器向保存用户设备能力信息的网络实体(如: Presence Server 或 DM Server )或提供商( DPE中的应用提供商)查询该用户设备的能力信息。
更为具体的, 网络实体为 Presence Server时, DM Server作为该 Presence Server的呈现用户代理 Presence User Agent向该 Presence Server输入用户设备 的能力信息,使得 Presence Server获得并保存用户设备的能力信息,以备 PNM 服务器查询。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 PNM服务器, 参见图 4所示, 其包括: 感知 单元 41和调整单元 42; 进一步若需要增加对 CS域用户设备登记到 PN的控 制层次, 还可包括: 获得单元 43。
感知单元 41 , 用于感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化。 具体可 通过下述方式之一感知用户设备在 CS域接入状态发生变化:
方式 1、 当前为所述用户设备服务的拜访位置寄存器 VLR在该用户设备 的 CS域接入状态发生变化时,将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报给感 知单元 41 ;
方式 2、 当前为用户服务的 VLR在该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变
化时,将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报给指定的 GSM业务控制功能 实体 gsmSCF, 该 gsmSCF将该变化事件上报给呈现服务器 Presence Server, 再由该 Presence Server将该变化事件通知到感知单元 41 ;
方式 3、 HSS感知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化时, 向感知单元 41发送消息, 以通知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化。
调整单元 42, 用于根据感知单元 41感知到的该用户设备在 CS域接入状 态的变化, 调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。
获得单元 43 , 用于获得用户设备的能力信息后, 向调整单元 42发出开始 调整信号。
本发明实施例还提供了一种实现用户设备登记到个人网络的系统, 包括: 用户设备和 PNM服务器;进一步还可包括:当前为所述用户设备服务的 VLR; 或者, 当前为所述用户设备服务的 VLR、 指定的 gsmSCF和 Presence Server; 或者, HSS。
用户设备, 其在 CS域的接入状态发生变化。
PNM服务器, 用于感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化, 并根据 该变化调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。
进一步可包括当前为所述用户设备服务的 VLR,用于在该用户设备的 CS 域接入状态发生变化时,将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报给 PNM服 务器。
进一步可包括当前为所述用户设备服务的 VLR,用于在该用户设备的 CS 域接入状态发生变化时, 将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报; 指定的 gsmSCF,用于接收该 VLR上报的移动事件,并将该事件上报; Presence Server, 用于接收该 gsmSCF上报的事件, 并将该事件通知到 PNM服务器。
进一步还包括: HSS,用于感知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化时, 向 PNM服务器发送消息, 以通知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化。
以下通过 4个实施例具体描述。本发明实施例中, IMEI为设备标识在 CS
或 IMS中的表现形式; MSISDN为用户标识在 CS中的表现形式, 之后不再 赘述。
实施例一: CS 域中, 当前为用户设备提供服务的拜访位置寄存器 VLR ( Visit Location Register )在该用户设备接入状态发生变化时, 发送消息通知 PNM服务器, PNM服务器根据该变化对该用户设备是否加入 PN内的状态进 行调整。 参见图 5所示, 包括下列步骤:
1. CS域用户设备向网络发起位置更新请求, 其中位置更新类型为 attach, 表示为用户显式开机请求。
2. 当前为该用户设备提供服务的 VLR改变该用户的 attach/detach状态, 由于用户事先已经签约相关移动事件上报相关的 CAMEL签约信息,此时 VLR 检测到该签约信息 M— CSI,并向 PNM服务器(本实施例中为 CS域的 gsmSCF ) 上报该移动事件。
3. 当前为用户设备服务的 MSC/VLR向该用户设备返回位置更新请求被 接受的消息。
4. PNM服务器 ( gsmSCF ) 向呈现服务器 Presence Server订阅用户设备 的能力信息, 此时订阅请求消息中可以携带用户设备的 MSISDN ( Mobile Station International ISDN Number移动台国际 ISDN号码)和 IMEI( International Mobile Subscriber Identity国际移动用户识别码), 或仅携带 IMEI, 或仅携带 MSISDN;
注: gsmSCF通过 MAP接口向 HSS查询可获得用户设备的 IMEI。 gsmSCF 获得 IMEI后, 还可保存该 IMEI。
若订阅请求消息中仅携带了用户设备的 MSISDN, 则 Presence Server可 以通过 Sh接口向 HSS查询获得该用户设备的 IMEI。
5. Presence Server使用 IMEI向设备管理服务器 DM Server查询或订阅该 用户设备的能力信息。
6. DM Server向 Presence Server返回用户设备的能力信息。
7. Presence Server将该能力信息返回给 PNM服务器。
注: 本实施例中步骤 4 - 7非必选步骤, 若按照登记策略, CS域用户设 备登记到 PN, PN不需要获得该用户设备的能力信息; 或者若 PNM服务器原 来已经保存了该用户设备的能力信息, 并且发现本次加入 PN 的用户设备的 MSISDN和 IMEI (设备标识和用户标识 )的对应关系没有发生变化, 则 PNM 服务器可以重用原有能力信息, 不需要再次向 Presence Server获取能力信息。
8. PNM服务器保存该能力信息 (若存在步骤 4-7 ), 并将用户设备在 PN 内的登记状态调整为加入状态。
实施例二: CS域中, 当前为用户设备提供服务的拜访位置寄存器在用户 接入状态发生变化时, 发送消息通知指定的 gsmSCF, gsmSCF通知 Presence Server,个人网络管理业务应用服务器 PNM AS通过 Presence Server感知到该 用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化, 并据此对该用户设备在 PN内的登记 状态进行调整。 参见图 6所示, 包括下列步骤:
1. PNM AS在 SIP订阅请求消息中携带 MSISDN , 向 Presence Server订 阅用户设备在 CS域的接入状态, 例如 attach/detach状态变化通知。
2. Presence Server返回订阅响应。
3.用户设备在 CS域发起位置更新请求,位置更新类型为显式开机 attach。
4. 根据用户签约的 CAMEL签约信息, 当前为该用户设备服务的 VLR 将该事件上报给指定 gsmSCF。
5.当前为该用户设备服务的 MSC/VLR向该用户设备返回位置更新请求被 接受的响应。
6. gsmSCF将该用户设备的 CS域接入状态(如 attach/detach )发生变化 事件及新的状态信息发布给事先指定的 Presence Server。
7. Presence Server向订阅了该事件的 PNM AS发布通知消息, 将该用户 设备的 CS域接入状态 (attach/detach )发生变化事件及新的状态信息通知给 PNM AS„
8. PNM AS向呈现服务器 Presence Server订阅或查询该用户设备的能力 信息 ,此时订阅或查询请求消息中可以携带 MSISDN和 IMEI,或仅携带 IMEI, 或仅携带 MSISDN。
注 1: 本步骤中, 被请求订阅用户设备能力信息的 Presence Server与通知 CS接入状态发生变化的 Presence Server可以是同一个 Presence Server, 也可 以是不同的 Presence Server„
注 2: PNM AS可以通过向 HSS查询可获得用户设备的 IMEI; Presence Server 从本步骤中的订阅请求消息中仅获得 MSISDN 的情况下, Presence Server也可以使用 MSISDN向 HSS查询获得用户设备的 IMEI。
9. Presence Server使用 IMEI向 DM Server查询或订阅用户设备的能力信 息。
10. DM Server向 Presence Server返回用户设备的能力信息。
11. Presence Server将该能力信息返回给 PNM服务器。
注: 本实施例中步骤 8-11非必选步骤, 若按照登记策略, CS域用户设备 登记到 PN, PN不需要获得该用户设备的能力信息; 或者若 PNM服务器发现 用户设备没有发生变化且上次保存了该用户设备的能力信息, 则不需要向 Presence Server再订阅或查询能力信息。
12. PNM服务器保存该能力信息 (若存在步骤 8-11 ), 并将用户设备在 PN内的登记状态调整为加入状态。
注: 图中 gsmSCF和 PNM AS既可能是分设也可能是合设的物理实体。 实施例三: 用户归属域的 HSS发现用户设备在 CS域接入状态发生变化, 发送消息通知 PNM AS该变化 , PNM AS据此对该用户设备在 PN内的登记状 态进行调整。 参见图 7所示, 包括下列步骤:
1. PNM AS使 MSISDN, 通过 Sh接口向 HSS订阅用户在 CS域的接入 状态 (如正常位置更新 /清除 Purge ) 变化通知。
注: 若 PNM服务器以 CS域的 gsmSCF实现, 则 PNM服务器也可以通
过 gsmSCF和 HSS之间的 MAP接口订阅用户在 CS域的接入状态变化通知。
2. HSS返回订阅响应。
3. CS域用户设备发起位置更新请求,向 MSC发送 LocationUpdate Request 消息, 该位置更新请求类型为主动位置更新。
4. 当前为用户服务的 VLR向 HSS发送位置更新请求消息, 更新 HSS中 该用户位置信息。
5. HSS向 VLR插入用户的签约信息。
6. 当前为用户服务的 MSC/VLR向用户设备返回位置更新接受的响应消 息。
7. HSS向订阅了用户在 CS域的接入状态(如正常位置更新/ Purge )变化 通知的 PNM AS发送变化通知消息, 以通知该 PNM AS用户 CS域接入状态 发生了变化。
8. PNM AS向 Presence Server订阅或查询用户设备的能力信息, 此时该 订阅或查询消息中可以携带 MSISDN 和 IMEI, 或仅携带 IMEI, 或仅携带 MSISDN。
注 1 : 本步骤中, 被请求订阅用户设备能力信息的 Presence Server与发布 CS接入状态发生变化的 Presence Server可以是同一个 Presence Server, 也可 以是不同的 Presence Server„
注 2: PNM AS可以通过向 HSS查询可获得用户设备的 IMEI; Presence Server 从本步骤中的订阅请求消息中仅获得 MSISDN 的情况下, Presence Server也可以使用 MSISDN向 HSS查询获得用户设备的 IMEI。
9. Presence Server使用 IMEI向 DM Server查询或订阅用户设备的能力信 息。
10. DM Server向 Presence Server返回用户设备的能力信息。
11. Presence Server将该能力信息返回给 PNM服务器。
注: 本实施例中步骤 8-11非必选步骤, 若按照登记策略, CS域用户设备
登记到 PN, PN不需要获得该用户设备的能力信息; 或者若 PNM服务器发现 用户设备没有发生变化且上次保存了该用户设备的能力信息, 则不需要向 Presence Server再订阅或查询能力信息。
12. PNM服务器保存该能力信息 (若存在步骤 8-11 ), 并将用户设备在 PN内的等级状态调整为加入状态。
实施例四、 为用户提供服务的拜访位置寄存器 VLR主动清除 purge用 户数据导致用户接入状态发生变化, HSS发送消息通知 PNM服务器该变化, PNM服务器据此对该用户设备在 PN内的登记状态进行调整。参见图 8所示, 包括下列步骤:
1. PNM服务器向 HSS订阅用户在 CS域的接入状态变化通知, 若 PNM 服务器为 CS域的 gsmSCF, 则通过 MAP接口实现该订阅, 若 PNM服务器为 IMS域的 SIP AS, 则通过 Sh接口的 subs-notify消息实现该订阅。
2. HSS返回订阅通知的响应消息。
3. 由于用户设备长时间没有和网络联系, 或者其他原因导致 VLR删除 该用户数据并发送消息通知 HSS。
4. HSS根据拜访位置寄存器 VLR上报的消息, 将该用户的 CS域接入状 态调整为 MNRF ( Mobile Station Not Reachable Flag )。
5. HSS返回 Purge响应消息给 VLR。
6. HSS发送通知消息给 PNM服务器, 告知该用户设备在 CS域的接入 状态发生变化。
7. PNM服务器返回通知响应消息。
8. PNM服务器根据 HSS发送的通知消息, 将用户设备在 PN内的登记 状态调整为退出状态。 可选的, PNM服务器可以继续保存该用户设备的能力 信息。
为了使需要用户设备能力信息的网元可获得该用户设备能力信息。
本发明实施例提供了一种获得用户设备能力信息的方法, 参见图 9所示,
包括下列主要步骤:
521、 DM Server获得用户设备的能力信息。
本发明实施例中, 作为设备管理客户端 DM Client 的用户设备向 DM Server上报能力信息; 或者 DM Server主动向 DM Client查询能力信息。
522、 DM Server作为 Presence Server 的呈现用户或网络代理, 向该 Presence Server输入该用户设备的能力信息。
Presence Server需要先向 DM Server发送查询或订阅用户设备能力信息的 请求, 当 DM Server收到 Presence Server以设备标识( IMEI )向该 DM Server 查询或订阅用户设备能力信息的请求后, DM Server 才会作为该 Presence Server的呈现用户或网络代理,并向该 Presence Server输入该用户设备的能力 信息。
由上可见 Presence Server需要先获得设备标识, 具体可通过下述方式之 一获得:
之一、 使用用户标识号码或公共用户标识向 HSS查询获得。 所述公共用 户标识为共享公共用户标识( sharedlMPU ), Presence Server向 HSS查询设备 标识时还需要在查询消息中携带私有用户标识 IMPI。
之二、 向 Presence Server订阅用户设备能力信息的网元直接将设备标识 传递给所述 Presence Server„
523、 Presence Server获得该用户设备的能力信息后, 向订阅了该用户设 备能力信息的网元发布。
若订阅用户设备能力信息的网元为 gsmSCF时, gsmSCF可以使用但不限 于 USSD, SIP消息进行订阅。
若订阅用户设备能力信息的网元为 SIP AS时, SIP AS可以使用但不限于 SIP消息进行订阅。
若其他网元向 Presence Server订阅用户设备能力信息时, 可以将用户标 识和设备标识同时传递给 Presence Server, 由 Presence Server记录该用户标识
与设备标识的匹配关系, 并在转发用户设备能力信息的过程中, 进行两种标 识间的转换; 或者其他网元只传递设备标识到 Presence Server进行订阅 , 由 该网元自行记录用户标识和设备标识的匹配关系, 并在转发用户设备能力信 息的过程中, 进行两种标识间的转换。
本发明实施例还提供了一种获得用户设备能力信息的系统, 包括: 用户 设备、 DM Server, Presence Server, 需要该用户设备能力信息的网元。
DM Server, 用于获得用户设备的能力信息, 并作为 Presence Server的呈 现用户或网络代理, 向该 Presence Server输入该用户设备的能力信息。
Presence Server, 用于接收 DM Server输入的用户设备的能力信息, 并向 订阅了该用户设备能力信息的网元发布。
上述实施例中, 在 CS域, PNM服务器都是向 Presence Server订阅用户 设备能力信息。 本发明实施例还提供了既可应用于 CS域, 又可应用于 IMS 域的实施方式, 如 PNM服务器直接向 DM Server (设备管理服务器 Open Mobile Architecture DM Server ), 或者向 DPE ( Device Profile Evolution设备配 置演进) 中的应用提供商 application service provider订阅用户设备的能力信 息。
实施例五、网络中实体 gsmSCF向 Presence Server获取用户设备能力信息, DM Server作为呈现用户代理向 Presence Server输入用户设备能力信息。参见 图 10所示, 包括下列步骤:
1. 作为观察者 watcher的 gsmSCF向 Presence Server订阅用户设备的能 力信息, 该订阅请求可以是 USSD或 SIP消息, 该请求中可以包含 MSISDN 和 /或 IMEI (用户标识和 /或设备标识)。
2. Presence Server返回订阅响应消息,若订阅请求中只包含用户标识(如: CS域的 MSISDN ) , 则 Presence Server需要查询 HSS获得用户设备的 IMEI。
3. Presence Server在需要时主动向 DM Server查询用户设备能力信息。
4. 作为 DM Client (设备管理 客户端) 的 UE或 ME (移动终端 Mobile
Equipment ) 向 DM Server上报自己的能力信息, 或者 DM Server主动向 DM Client发送消息查询能力信息。
5. DM Server作为 Presence机制中的 Presence 用户代理向 Presence Server 上报获得的用户设备的能力信息。
6. Presence Server向订阅了能力信息的 Watcher gsmSCF发布该能力信息。 上述实施例中步骤 1 , 2执行顺序也可以在步骤 3之后, Watcher Application 也不限于 gsmSCF,可以是网络中任何其他需要获得用户设备能力信息且具有 订阅功能的实体。并且这些实体可以直接使用 IMEI向 DM Server进行查询或 订阅获得所述用户设备的能力信息。
综上所述,本发明实施例的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法中, PNM 服务器感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化; PNM服务器根据该用户 设备在 CS域接入状态的变化,调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。 所以使 CS域用户设备也可登记到 PN,进而使得 CS域用户也可享受 PNM业 务。
PNM服务器感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化后, 进一步还可 将获得该用户设备的能力信息作为调整该用户设备在 PN 内的登记状态的条 件, 并在确认获得该用户设备的能力信息后, 再根据该用户设备在 CS域接入 状态的变化, 调整该用户设备在 PN内的登记状态。 从而增加对 CS域用户设 备登记到 PN的控制层次, 更好的利用有限的资源为 CS域用户设备提供更优 的服务。
本发明实施例中还提供了 PNM服务器和实现用户设备登记到个人网络 的系统, 以支撑本发明实施例的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法。
本发明实施例提供的获得用户设备能力信息的方法和系统中, 通过 DM Server获得用户设备的能力信息, DM Server作为 Presence Server的呈现用户 或网络代理向该 Presence Server输入该用户设备的能力信息, Presence Server 获得该用户设备的能力信息后向订阅了该用户设备能力信息的网元发布, 使
需要用户设备能力信息的网元可获得该用户设备的能力信息。
而且本发明实施例提供的获得用户设备能力信息的方法可应用于 CS 域 和 IMS域。 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims
1、 一种实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法, 其特征在于, 包括下列步骤: PNM服务器感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化; 以及
PNM服务器根据该用户设备在 CS域接入状态的变化, 调整该用户设备在 个人网络 PN内的登记状态。
2、如权利要求 1所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法,其特征在于, PNM服务器通过下述方式之一感知用户设备在 CS域接入状态发生变化:
方式 1、 当前为所述用户设备服务的拜访位置寄存器 VLR在该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化时, 将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报给 PNM 服务器;
方式 2、 当前为用户设备服务的 VLR在该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生 变化时,将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报给指定的 GSM业务控制功能 实体 gsmSCF, 该 gsmSCF将该变化事件上报给呈现服务器 Presence Server, 再 由该 Presence Server将该变化事件通知到 PNM服务器;
方式 3、归属签约用户服务器 HSS感知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变 化时,向 PNM服务器发送消息, 以通知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化。
3、如权利要求 1所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法,其特征在于, 所述变化表明用户设备发生主动位置更新或显式开机事件,则 PNM服务器将该 用户设备在 PN内的登记状态调整为加入状态。
4、如权利要求 1所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法,其特征在于, 所述变化表明用户设备发生网络隐式分离事件、 用户显式关机事件或 VLR主动 清除用户数据, 则 PNM服务器将该用户设备在 PN内的登记状态调整为退出状 态。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法, 其特征在于, PNM服务器感知该用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化后, 进
一步在获得该用户设备的能力信息后, 根据该用户设备在 CS 域接入状态的变 化, 调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。
6、如权利要求 5所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法,其特征在于, PNM服务器获取所述用户设备的能力信息的方式为: PNM服务器向保存用户设 备能力信息的网络实体或提供商订阅该用户设备的能力信息; 或者,
PNM服务器向保存用户设备能力信息的网络实体或提供商查询该用户设备 的能力信息。
7、如权利要求 6所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法,其特征在于, 所述网络实体为 Presence Server或设备管理服务器 DM Server; 所述提供商为设 备配置演进 DPE中的应用提供商。
8、如权利要求 7所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的方法,其特征在于, 所述网络实体为 Presence Server, 则 DM Server作为该 Presence Server的呈现用 户代理 Presence User Agent向该 Presence Server输入所述用户设备的能力信息。
9、 一种 PNM服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
感知单元(41 ), 用于感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化; 调整单元(42 ), 用于根据感知单元(41 )感知到的该用户设备在 CS域接 入状态的变化, 调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的 PNM服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括:
获得单元(43 ), 用于获得用户设备的能力信息后, 向调整单元(42 )发出 开始调整信号。
11、 一种实现用户设备登记到个人网络的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户设备, 其在 CS域的接入状态发生变化;
PNM服务器, 用于感知用户设备在 CS域的接入状态发生变化, 并根据该 变化调整该用户设备在个人网络 PN内的登记状态。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的系统, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
当前为所述用户设备服务的 VLR, 用于在该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发 生变化时, 将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报给 PNM服务器。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的系统, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
当前为所述用户设备服务的 VLR, 用于在该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发 生变化时, 将该变化事件作为 CAMEL移动事件上报指定的 gsmSCF;
所述指定的 gsmSCF, 用于接收该 VLR上报的移动事件, 并将该事件上报 Presence Server;
所述 Presence Server, 用于接收该 gsmSCF上报的事件, 并将该事件通知到 PNM服务器。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的实现用户设备登记到个人网络的系统, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
HSS, 用于感知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化时, 向 PNM服务器 发送消息, 以通知该用户设备的 CS域接入状态发生变化。
15、 一种获得用户设备能力信息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括下列步骤: DM Server获得用户设备的能力信息;
DM Server作为 Presence Server的呈现用户或网络代理,向该 Presence Server 输入该用户设备的能力信息; 以及
Presence Server获得该用户设备的能力信息后,向订阅了该用户设备能力信 息的网元发布。
16、如权利要求 15所述的获得用户设备能力信息的方法,其特征在于, DM Server通过下列方式之一获得用户设备能力信息:
作为设备管理客户端 DM Client的用户设备向 DM Server上报能力信息; DM Server主动向 DM Client查询能力信息。
17、 如权利要求 15所述的获得用户设备能力信息的方法, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
DM Server收到 Presence Server以设备标识向该 DM Server查询或订阅用户 设备能力信息的请求后, DM Server作为该 Presence Server的呈现用户或网络代 理。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的获得用户设备能力信息的方法, 其特征在于, 还 包括: Presence Server获得设备标识的方式为下列之一:
使用用户标识号码或公共用户标识向 HSS查询获得;
向 Presence Server订阅用户设备能力信息的网元直接将设备标识传递给所 述 Presence Server。
19、 一种获得用户设备能力信息的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户设备、 DM Server, Presence Server, 需要该用户设备能力信息的网元;
DM Server, 用于获得用户设备的能力信息, 并作为 Presence Server的呈现 用户或网络代理, 向该 Presence Server输入该用户设备的能力信息;
Presence Server, 用于接收 DM Server输入的用户设备的能力信息, 并向订 阅了该用户设备能力信息的网元发布。
