Abstract

Provided is a common-mode choke coil, which is intended to improve the Scd21 characteristics by making the inductance difference between a first coil element and a second coil element as small as possible. The common-mode choke coil comprises a magnetic substrate (2-1), an insulator (3), coil elements (4 and 5) involved in the insulator (3), a magnetic particle containing resin (6), a magnetic substrate (2-2) and external electrodes (7-1 to 7-4). The coil element (4) has its lead wires (41 and 42) led from the outer end and inner end of a coil body portion (40), respectively, and then bent backward of the winding direction. On the other hand, the coil element (5) has its lead wires (51 and 52) led from the outer end and inner end of a coil body portion (50), respectively, in the same direction as the winding direction. Moreover, the magnetic particle containing resin (6) fills the filling holes (30A and 30B) of the insulator (3), thereby to form a magnetic portion (61) in the clearance between the lead wire (41) and the outermost circumference electrode wire (40A) and to form a magnetic portion (62) in the clearance between the lead wire (42) and the outermost circumference electrode wire (40A).
