Abstract
A can having a cover for an outlet is disclosed, which overcomes the problems that an outlet and a surrounding portion of the same may be polluted by means of a foreign substance such as dust, etc. during the distribution, and certain dirt can be inputted into a can through an outlet after the outlet is opened. The can having a cover for an outlet comprises an outlet cover which is engaged at an engaging pin of the open lever for covering the outlet.

Description
CAN HAVING COVER FOR OUTLET Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a can having a cover for an outlet, and in particular to a can having a cover for an outlet which is able to prevent an outlet and a surrounding portion of the same from being polluted during a distribution of the can by providing an outlet cover which covers an outlet of a can.
Background Art [2] Generally, a can made of a metallic material such as aluminum comprises an outlet formed on an upper side of the can along with a stopper which is cut and opened for thereby discharging the contents of the can. The stopper includes an open lever for cutting and opening itself. [3] In the above conventional can, an open lever is lifted up and rotates about an engaging pin for thereby cutting and opening the stopper of the outlet, so that the outlet is opened. [4] However, in the conventional can, since the outlet and a surrounding portion of the same are exposed to the outside during the distribution, certain dirt such as dust may pollute the same. [5] In a state that the outlet and a surrounding portion of the same are polluted, when a user takes the contents of the can, the user may have a polluted content for thereby causing disease. [6] When the can is putted carelessly, not taking all of the contents after opening the can, an insect such as a fly may be inputted into the can. [7]
Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem [8] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a can having a cover for an outlet which overcomes the problems that an outlet and a surrounding portion of the same may be polluted by means of a foreign substance such as dust, etc. during the distribution, and certain dirt can be inputted into a can through an outlet after the outlet is opened. [9] Namely, in the present invention, there is provided an outlet cover which is rotated about an engaging pin of an open lever for thereby covering the outlet. [10] So, the present invention is able to prevent an outlet from being polluted from a foreign substance such as dust during the distribution and is able to prevent an insect from being inputted into the can in a storage state after the can is opened by providing
an outlet cover to the outlet of the can. [H]
Technical Solution
[12] To achieve the above objects, in a can which includes an outlet for discharging the contents of the can with the help of an outlet stopper cut and opened on an upper side of the can, and an open lever for opening the outlet stopper, there is provided a can having a cover for an outlet which comprises an outlet cover which is engaged at an engaging pin of the open lever for covering the outlet.

Advantageous Effects
[14] In the present invention, it is possible to prevent the outlet of the can from being polluted by a foreign substance such as dusts during the distribution of the can by providing the outlet cover at the outlet of the can.
[15] In addition, in a state that the can is stored after opening the outlet, the outlet of the can is covered by means of the outlet cover for thereby preventing the input of a certain foreign substance such as insects.
[16] Since a wiping sheet is provided, it is possible to wipe and clean the surrounding portion of the outlet of the can when opening the same.
[17] An insertion hole is formed at the engaging pin hole. It is engaged by inserting into the engaging pin via the insertion hole after the can is manufactured. So, the manufacture of the can of the present invention is easy and simple.
[18] The outlet cover and the shoulder cover are engaged by means of the engaging member, so that the upper plate used for making the outlet can be separately manufactured during the manufacture of the can. The outlet cover is engaged, and the engaging shoulder formed by the engaging process of the upper plate and the body of the can is engaged by means of the shoulder cover which is engaged later, so that the manufacture of the can is easy and simple.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[29] In a can which includes an outlet 220 for discharging the contents of the can with the help of an outlet stopper 210 cut and opened on an upper side of the can, and an open lever 230 for opening the outlet stopper 210, there is provided a can having a cover for an outlet which comprises an outlet cover 100 which is engaged at an engaging pin 231 of the open lever 230 for covering the outlet 220.

Mode for the Invention
[31] The embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[32] In the present invention, it is possible to prevent an outlet and a surrounding portion from being polluted by a foreign substance such as dust during the distribution when a can is used.
[33] As shown in Figures 1 through 4, in a can which includes an outlet 220 for discharging the contents of the can with the help of an outlet stopper 210 cut and opened on an upper side of the can, and an open lever 230 for opening the outlet stopper 210, there is provided a can having a cover for an outlet which comprises an outlet cover 100 which is engaged at an engaging pin 231 of the open lever 230 for covering the outlet 220.
[34] The outlet cover 100 is formed in a hand fan shape and rotates about the engaging pin 231 of the open lever 230, and an engaging pin hole 110 is engaged at the engaging pin 231.
[35] An opening operation hole 140 is formed on the outlet cover 100 for applying an opening force to the outlet stopper 210 when lifting up the open lever 230, and a shoulder cover 130 is provided at a rim of the outlet cover 100 for covering and surrounding the engaging shoulder 240 formed at a rim of the upper side of the can, and the opening operation hole 140 is preferably formed in a circular shape.
[36] As shown in Figure 5 of the embodiment of the present invention, the engaging pin
hole 110 has an insertion hole 111 having a smaller width than the engaging pin hole 110 so that the open lever 230 is engaged with the engaging pin 231 with the open lever 230 being engaged at the can.
[37] As shown in Figures 2 through 4, a shoulder cover 130 is provided at a rim of the outlet cover 100 for covering and surrounding the engaging shoulder 240 formed at a rim of the upper side of the can.
[38] As shown in Figures 2 through 4, the shoulder cover 130 may be integrally formed with a rim of the outlet cover 100.
[39] As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the shoulder cover 130 may be engaged with the rim of the outlet cover 100 by means of an engaging member.
[40] As shown in Figure 6, as an example of the engaging member, an insertion groove
151 is formed at a rim of the outlet cover 100, and an insertion protrusion 152 is formed at an inner side of the shoulder cover 130 to correspond to with the insertion groove 151.
[41] As shown in Figure 7, as another example of the engaging member, a shoulder wall
120 contacting with an inner surface of the engaging shoulder 240 of the can is formed at a rim of the outlet cover 100, and the shoulder cover 130 holds the engaging shoulder 240 of the can along with the shoulder wall 120 of the outlet cover 100 and is engaged by means of the shoulder wall 120 and the engaging structure.
[42] Here, the engaging structure may be implemented by forming the engaging protrusion 161 and the engaging groove 162 at the inner surface of the shoulder cover and the shoulder wall, respectively.
[43] In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 8, a wiping sheet 170 made of a woven clothe may be provided at each lower surface of the outlet cover 100 and the shoulder cover 130 for wiping out dusts during the rotation process.
[44] The operation of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[45] In the can including the outlet 220 formed at the upper side of the can for discharging the contents of the can with the help of the outlet stopper 210, and the open lever 230 for opening the outlet stopper 210, there is provided an outlet cover 100 engaged at the engaging pin 231 of the open lever 230 for covering the outlet 220. With the above structure, it is possible to prevent pollutions by foreign substance such as dusts during the distribution of the can by covering the outlet 220.
[46] When a user buys the product of the can having the outlet cover 100 of the present invention and takes the contents of the can, the outlet cover 100 is rotated. In a state that the outlet stopper 210 is exposed or in a state that the outlet cover 100 is attached, a grip of the open lever 230 is lifted up, and the open lever 230 works like a lever for thereby cutting and opening the outlet stopper 210 and forming the outlet 220.
[47] In a state that the outlet 220 is opened, when a user takes the contents of the can, it is possible to take the contents of the can in a state that the surrounding portion of the outlet 220 is not polluted by means of the outlet cover 100.
[48] In the embodiments of the present invention, the shoulder cover 130 provided at the outlet cover 100 may be engaged by means of the engaging member, so that the body of the outlet cover 100 is integrally engaged with the open lever 230 with the help of the engaging pin 231 for thereby engaging the shoulder cover 130. So, the manufacture of the present invention is easy.
[49] In the embodiments of the present invention, a wiping sheet 170 may be provided at the outlet cover 100 and the shoulder cover 130, respectively. So, it is possible to keep the surrounding portion of the outlet 220 of the can clean during the rotation and opening process of the outlet cover 100.
[50] In a state that a user took part of the contents of the can of the present invention, when it is needed to temporarily store the can, the outlet cover 100 is rotated and covers the opened outlet 220 for thereby preventing the input of foreign substances or insect. Industrial Applicability
[51] In the present invention, it is possible to prevent the outlet of the can from being polluted by a foreign substance such as dusts during the distribution of the can by providing the outlet cover at the outlet of the can.
[52] In addition, in a state that the can is stored after opening the outlet, the outlet of the can is covered by means of the outlet cover for thereby preventing the input of a certain foreign substance such as insects.
[53] Since a wiping sheet is provided, it is possible to wipe and clean the surrounding portion of the outlet of the can when opening the same.
[54] An insertion hole is formed at the engaging pin hole. It is engaged by inserting into the engaging pin via the insertion hole after the can is manufactured. So, the manufacture of the can of the present invention is easy and simple.
[55] The outlet cover and the shoulder cover are engaged by means of the engaging member, so that the upper plate used for making the outlet can be separately manufactured during the manufacture of the can. The outlet cover is engaged, and the engaging shoulder formed by the engaging process of the upper plate and the body of the can is engaged by means of the shoulder cover which is engaged later, so that the manufacture of the can is easy and simple. Claims
[1] In a can which includes an outlet 220 for discharging the contents of the can with the help of an outlet stopper 210 cut and opened on an upper side of the can, and an open lever 230 for opening the outlet stopper 210, a can having a cover for an outlet, comprising: an outlet cover 100 which is engaged at an engaging pin 231 of the open lever 230 for covering the outlet 220.
[2] The can of claim 1, wherein a wiping sheet 170 made of a certain material such as a woven clothe is provided at a lower surface of the outlet cover 100 for wiping and cleaning dusts during a rotation of the same.
[3] The can of claim 1, wherein said outlet cover 100 is formed in a hand fan shape and rotates about the engaging pin 231 of the open lever 230, and an engaging pin hole 110 is engaged at the engaging pin 231, and an opening operation hole 140 is formed on the outlet cover 100 for applying an opening force to the outlet stopper 210 when lifting up the open lever 230, and a shoulder cover 130 is provided at a rim of the outlet cover 100 for covering and surrounding the engaging shoulder 240 formed at a rim of the upper side of the can.
[4] The can of one among claims 1 through 3, wherein said engaging pin hole 110 has an insertion hole 111 having a smaller width than the engaging pin hole 110 so that the open lever 230 is engaged with the engaging pin 231 with the open lever 230 being engaged at the can.
[5] The can of one among claims 1 through 3, wherein said shoulder cover 130 is engaged at a rim of the outlet cover 100 by means of an engaging means, and said engaging means is selected among the following means that an insertion groove 151 is formed at a rim of the outlet cover 100, and an insertion protrusion 152 is formed at an inner side of the shoulder cover 130, and a shoulder wall 120 contacting with an inner surface of the engaging shoulder 240 of the can is formed at a rim of the outlet cover 100, and said shoulder cover 130 holds the engaging shoulder 240 of the can along with the shoulder wall 120 of the outlet cover 100 and is engaged by means of the shoulder wall 120 and the engaging structure.
