Abstract

A terminal for communicating with a radio station device comprises a determination result receiving section for receiving the determination result after the base station device has determined whether or not to allocate a plurality of radio resources to the terminal from the base station device, a judgment section for judging whether or not each terminal has been allocated the radio resources according to the result of the determination received by the determination result receiving section, a first radio resource determining section for determining a radio resource used for the transmission of a signal to the base station device according to the result of the judgment of the judgment section, and a signal transmission section for transmitting the signal to the base station device by using the radio resource determined by the first radio resource determining section.
