Abstract

　本発明は、糞便中の剥離がん細胞の検査等の生物学的試料を用いた検査において、容易かつ安全に試料の処理を行うことの可能な生物学的試料Ｅと懸濁溶媒Ｓとの混合用容器及び生物学的試料Ｅと懸濁溶媒Ｓとの混合方法であって、生物学的試料を収容可能な第一の容器１と、生物学的試料中の核酸を安定化させる懸濁溶媒Ｓを収容した第二の容器２と、第一の容器１と第二の容器２との相互に内部を密閉された状態での螺合又は嵌合を可能にする接合手段と、第一の容器１と第二の容器２とが螺合又は嵌合した状態において第二の容器２における密閉部２ｂによる懸濁溶媒Ｓの密閉を解除させる密閉解除手段とを有する。密閉解除手段によって生物学的試料Ｅと懸濁溶媒Ｓとが密閉状態の容器内で混合が可能となり、常温で安全に核酸を高収率で回収することができる。
