Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine des constructions mécaniques et d'autres mécanismes dans lesquels il est nécessaire de faire varier le rapport de transmission lors d'un chargement de la charge sur l'arbre. Un exemple d'un tel mécanisme est le réducteur d'un outil, notamment d'une clé à molette, le mécanisme d'embrayage d'une voiture, le réducteur d'un hélicoptère ou d'une autogyre. Selon l'invention, on utilise en tant que convertisseur du rapport de transmission un dispositif comprenant un différentiel planétaire avec un guide et des roues dentée possédant des diamètres différents dont une est fixée rigidement sur l'arbre de sortie de manière à pouvoir transmettre l'énergie du moteur à un arbre de sortie, et l'autre est chargée sur la partie d'entraînement d'un dispositif à frottement possédant un effort de glissement connu, qui créé un couple de freinage et de rotation et régule le rapport de transmission. La partie entraînée du dispositif de frottement est reliée rigidement à la troisième roue dentée qui pivote librement sur l'arbre de sortie et transmet la rotation, via le réducteur, sur une quatrième roue dentée reliée rigidement à l'arbre de sortie.
