Abstract

 配列された複数のピンに直列部を有するように掛け止めされた繊維束からなる繊維束層を複数積層する繊維束配列装置が提供される。該装置は、プレスローラと第1移動装置とを備える。プレスローラは周縁部を有する。プレスローラの周縁部は、前記ピンに掛け止めされた繊維束の直列部を前記ピンの近傍で該ピンの根元に向けて押し込む。第1移動装置は、前記周縁部が前記繊維束の直列部に順次交差するように前記プレスローラを前記ピンの配列方向に移動させる。前記周縁部は、プレスローラの進行方向前側に位置するとともに、前記プレスローラの進行方向前側に向かうにつれて前記ピンの根元から前記繊維束層の積層方向において遠くなるように傾斜した状態で、前記繊維束の直列部に順次交差するように移動させられる。
