 各種アンテナと電池パックとが近接配置されても、アンテナの感度の劣化を抑制することができる通信機器を提供する。  基準電位部34を有する基板30と、基板30に配置される、金属部42を有する充電池40と、充電池40からの給電により動作される電子部品36と、充電池40の電源電圧を電子部品36の動作に必要な所定の電圧に変換する電圧変換部32と、充電池40と近接して配置されるメインアンテナ50と、充電池40の金属部42と基準電位部34とを高周波的に接続する高周波接続部35と、を有する。
