Abstract
L'invention concerne un équipement intégré utilisé pour le filtrage-pressage, le battage et le transport de la boue humide, cet équipement comprenant un cadre de presse (4), un filtre-presse à plateaux et cadres (1, 2), une chambre (3), un pulvérisateur de boue (5) et une courroie transporteuse (6). Le filtre-presse à plateaux et cadres (1, 2), la chambre (3), le pulvérisateur de boue (5) et la courroie transporteuse (6) sont placés sur le cadre de presse (4). Le filtre-presse à plateaux et cadres (1, 2) est monté sur la partie supérieure, et la chambre (3) se trouve sous le filtre-presse à plateaux et cadres (1, 2). Le pulvérisateur de boue (5) se trouve sous la chambre (3), et la courroie transporteuse (6) est placée sous le pulvérisateur de boue (5). Le fond de la chambre (3) est pourvu d'un tuyau de guidage de l'eau dont les deux extrémités comportent respectivement une gorge (31) avec barre de coulissement fixée sur le cadre de presse (4), et la chambre (3) peut coulisser dans la gorge (31).
