Abstract
The invention relates to fitness body-building devices. The simplicity, multipurpose usefulness and the low cost of the inventive simple fitness device enable any person, independently of his age and material situation, to exercise at any time and anywhere. Said fitness device consists of four tubes which are made of a soft material, are provided with convex lines arranged through the length and breadth thereof, are used for reducing sliding, for carrying out the light massage of the wrist or more voluminous parts of arms and legs (for example rubber) and for reducing friction between a link and the regions of the body. Said tubes are mounted on a solid rope (or a cable), the ends of which are firmly tied into a knot, thereby forming an adjustable rigid link which is adjusted by remaking the knot in order to prevent the increased friction between the wrists and the voluminous parts of the arms and legs paced inside the adjustable rigid link. The inventive use method consists in placing tubes exactly on the wrists only (not in the hands) or on more voluminous parts of the arms and legs placed inside the adjustable rigid link and in carrying out exercises by overcoming the resistance of the adjustable rigid link, the arm (leg) and a group of muscles produced by the motion of the other arm (leg) and group of muscles. Also the leg (arm), the group of muscles and the adjustable rigid link cam produce the resistance to the arm (leg) and the groups of muscles during the movement thereof.

Простейший физкультурный тренажёр и способ его использования. Применяется для мышечного развития тела. Аналог ( по внешним признаком): бусы (украшения), состоящие из бус, помещённых на жёсткую нить (не растягивается), концы которой связываются в узел. Аналог (по способу): милицейские наручники, состоящие из двух окружностей, соединённых жёстким звеном, предназначены для препятствия действий руками и сопротивления одной руки при движении другой рукой, с помощью жёсткой связи. Отличие моего тренажёра (по внешним признаком), в больших по размеру «бycax» (четыре трубки из мягкого материала, вдоль и поперёк которых расположены выпуклые линии, для уменьшения скольжения и лёгкого массажа запястьев и более объёмных частей рук или ног), помещённых на прочную верёвку (или тросик), концы которой крепко связываются в узел . По способу: размещаем трубки только на запястьях (не в кистях рук) или объёмных частях рук или ног и при движении одной из рук ( ног) и групп мышц, создаём сопротивление при помощи регулируемой жёсткой связи, другой руки ( ноги) и группы мышц. Простейший физкультурный тренажёр состоит из регулируемой жёсткой связи, прочная верёвка (или тросик) и помещённые на неё четыре трубки из мягкого материала, вдоль и поперёк которых расположены выпуклые линии, для уменьшения скольжения и лёгкого массажа запястьев или более объёмных частей рук или ног (например резина), для уменьшения трения между связью и частями тела, нагрузка переносится только, строго на запястья ( не на кисти рук) или объёмные части рук или ног, концы верёвки (или тросика) крепко связываются в узел. Трубки не фиксируются на регулируемой жёсткой связи и служат только для размещения на запястьях и объёмных частях рук или ног, но никак не в кистях рук. По желанию, одну трубку можно крутануть, получится две окружности, для уменьшения скольжения (в результате потоотделения) запястьев и более объёмных частей рук или ног. Связь регулируемая жёсткая, потому что регулируется за счёт узла, чтобы не было сильного трения (слабое допускается), между запястьями или объёмными частями рук и ног, помещённых внутрь регулируемой жёсткой связи. Способ использования тренажёра: размещаем запястья или более объёмные части рук или ног внутри регулируемой жёсткой связи и при движении одной из рук (ног ) и групп мышц, создаём сопротивления при помощи регулируемой жёсткой связи, другой рукой (ногой) и группой мышц. Пример «c pyкaми»: размещаем запястья рук внутри регулируемой жёсткой связи, на груди, разгибаем руку в локтевом суставе, преодолевая сопротивления регулируемой жёсткой связи, другой руки и групп мышц. Упражнения «c нoгaми» выполняются сидя на опоре или лёжа (на спине, животе, боку). Пример: сидя на опоре, размещаем запястья ног внутри регулируемой жёсткой связи, выпрямляем ногу в коленном суставе, преодолевая сопротивления регулируемой жёсткой связи, другой ноги и групп мышц. Также нога, группа мышц и регулируемая жёсткая связь, могут создавать сопротивления руке. Например: размещаем колено и запястье руки внутри регулируемой жёсткой связи, сгибаем руку в локтевом суставе, преодолевая сопротивления регулируемой жёсткой связи, ноги и групп мышц. Мышцы на ногах развиты сильнее, чем на руках, поэтому сопротивление эффективнее. А также рука, группа мышц и регулируемая жёсткая связь, могут создавать сопротивления ноге при движении. Например: сидя на опоре, размещаем колено и запястье руки внутри регулируемой жёсткой связи, и при движении колена в сторону, создаём сопротивления регулируемой жёсткой связью, запястьем руки и группами мышц. В кисти рук трубки не помещаются, строго, только на запястья или другие объёмные части рук и ног.
