Abstract

　タイヤ回転軸１にタイヤ３を回転させながら、タイヤ回転数Ｎｔを上下させるタイヤモータ５と、タイヤ回転数Ｎｔを測定する回転数測定手段６と、ドラム回転軸１４の周りに走行ドラム１２を一定のドラム速度Ｖｄで回転させるドラムモータ１１と、ドラム速度Ｖｄを測定する速度計１５と、タイヤ荷重Ｆｚでタイヤ３を走行ドラム１２に圧接させる荷重付与手段４と、タイヤ荷重Ｆｚを測定する荷重ロードセル２と、タイヤ３に働く前後力Ｆｘを測定する前後力ロードセル２と、ドラム速度Ｖｄ、タイヤ回転数Ｎｔ、前後力Ｆｘ、タイヤ荷重Ｆｚの測定結果を測定したタイヤ回転数Ｎｔを上下させている時間内の複数の時刻と関係付けて記録する記録手段とを有する。
