Abstract

　ノイズレス擬似リード信号とノイズ信号とをそれぞれ論理的に生成し、これらを論理的に加算することにより、ＳＮ比が異なる複数の擬似リード信号（１７）の波形データを生成する信号波形データ生成部（３１）と、擬似リード信号（１７）を発生する信号発生部（１１）と、リードチャネル（１３）に対して、複数の擬似リード信号（１７）を入力信号として入力させてそれぞれの品質評価データの生成を品質評価機能により行なわせるリードチャネル制御部（１８）と、複数の擬似リード信号（１７）のそれぞれについて、擬似リード信号（１７）を入力信号としてリードチャネル（１３）において生成された各品質評価データと当該擬似リード信号（１７）の各ＳＮ比とに基づいて、リードチャネル（１３）のリード特性データを記憶・出力するリード特性データ記憶・出力部（３３）とをそなえることにより、リードチャネルのリード特性の測定評価を精度良く行なう。
